I have ordered a zebronics gaming pc from flipkart on 21 Jan 25, it was delivered to me on 26 Jan 25. Then i raised a replacement request as the screen had (vertical rgb lines) malfunction. This was out for delivery on 3 Feb25 but reached me 7Feb 25 but they couldn't replace due to serial number mismatch(the delivery agent couldn't find serial number usch capable trained employes) and they took it back. i raised another replacement request on 9 Feb 25 that arrived on 15Feb 25, now the app doesnot take 3 digit serial number but only one. Then tried maybe the next day it will be resolved(now the delivery agent doen't feel like coming and deliverying) and raised that customer didnot respond. What can a consumer do i waited FOR EACH DAY FROM 16FEB, 17FEB, 18FEB, 19FEB till 22 FEB, why waited becuase now there is some issue with courier so they can't deliver and it got cancelled from there side. What can i do i was frustrated but raised another request on on 24Feb now the same story repeats and each day flipkart say courier is not available. EKART, FLIPKART if you are listening its 2-MARCH-2025, i am still waiting for that replacement. Worst experience of all time.

    Hi Sir/Mam,

    I recently made payment from my card for buying Samsung s25 mobile in exchange offer for iqoo11 mobile from FLipkart. my mobile is in completely new state (confirmed by the vendor who came to receive mobile) but in the flipkart reset app it is showing while exchanging device mismatch. (it is saying ram and storage donot match)

    My order ID is OD[protected]
    seller BTPLD
    order confirmed date is 24 feb 2025

    I want to specify here that while applying for exchange flipkart app don't ask for storage variant or ram variant and not even IMEI is asked then how come at the time of pickup the exchange become mismatch. Flikart app only asks for brand name, device model. (already attached in screenshot as proof)
    THis is a fraud which is happening where as a customer I make advance payment and then at the time of pickup with false reason my exchange is cancelled thus I loose the good offer for which I paid my time and money.

    Kindly look into this fraud and help me in getting my purchased mobile.

          I am unable to return this product of order number OD[protected] dated 18th February 2025, despite repeated attempts. It says 'some issue occurred and it is not accepted. Customer service was a disgrace as well. The product is within return period.

            Order ID - OD[protected] Pepperfry mintwood 2 seater sofa.

            Sofa was delivered on 13th Feb 2024 and 10 days return policy was attached.
            I wanted to immediately return the sofa as I found that color and size was mismatching from image and product specifications description on the website.
            I tried to create a return request in app but after uploading product images it threw error that your request can not be processed, pls try again. I called up customer care and got support request raised. First resolution deadline was 16th Feb but I did not get any call from back end team. On 17th morning, I also saw status of ticket was resolved in app without any communication. Then I asked for support by calling customer care everyday. It was same story, I was asked what was the reason of return and my exact problem, then customer care like postman raised a ticket for their back end team, asked me upload images in the ticket and gave me newer deadlines with 72 hrs TAT. This happened 6 times until 19th Feb 10 pm. I received a call on 17th evening that there is a technical glitch which will be resolved by 18th and then, I ll be able to initiate return. Nothing changed. On 18th, I got frustrated and said I need immediate resolution. A guy called 'Aman Srivastava' took my bank details and said I ll get the refund if they are unable to solve it in 2 days (ref ticket IN[protected].

            On 19th Feb, I again followed up as I saw all tickets were resolved. Also IN[protected] was surprisingly closed, when I asked, I got to know that it's closed due to tech glitch.
            On 19th 11:45 pm i tried playing around more with return possibility in app and this time it threw new tech glitch 'comments mismatch with product return reason' while I was using exact same comments.
            So, in all current situation is the return validity is 23rd Feb and all my efforts of getting help are in vain because customer care can't do anything except creating a request, which are getting auto resolved without any communication to me. I'm afraid that my return request may not be accepted later even though it's your fault that I am 'technically' not able to return the sofa.
            If they can't solve tech glitch, they should find other way to help me get refund.
            Also, Flipkart customer service model is horrible. Customer service team acts only as postman for back end office and does nothing for resolving actual problem. Customer is expected to be available whenever back end team calls and not when it's convenient for customer. There is also no other medium to reach out. Also multiple tickets get created for the same issue and then, people keep calling making customer totally confused. It's simply a waste of someone's time and efforts. You need to reconsider it. You should check all call and chat records between 13th Feb to 19th Feb 2024 for justifying this. I need compensation not just for my sofa but having to deal with all unnecessary hassle and mental harrasment.

              I want to add I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flipkart’s service. I purchased this AC from Flipkart, only to find that the installation pipe was missing. Your team acknowledged this issue and agreed to provide a compensation of ₹3, 336. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the compensation yet.

              Initially, I was informed that the update would be done by the 18th, but now the date has been changed to the 24th. This continuous delay and lack of resolution reflect poor customer service and an unreliable system.

              Moreover, this is the third time I have faced such terrible service from Flipkart. Each time, the experience has been frustrating, with delayed responses, lack of accountability, and a failure to resolve issues efficiently. Had I purchased the AC from Amazon or an offline store, I would have received far better service. Unfortunately, I chose Flipkart, and I deeply regret it.

              Due to this ongoing pattern of poor service, I have decided that I will never order anything from Flipkart again.

              I expect a final and immediate resolution regarding my compensation. Please process the refund without further delays and provide a confirmation at the earliest.

                I Biren Sangoi had ordered a ceiling fan fCROMPTON SUREBREEZE HILLBRIZ from flipkart on 10th feb order no OD[protected] & it was suppose to be delivered on 15th feb. But on 15th feb delivery was rescheduled for 18th feb & today on 18th feb they cancelled the order, resins given some internal problem. Now this fan was for my aged parents room who suffered & waited for 10 days without fan. If flipkart didn’t hv tht product they should hv delisted it . I demand compensation for the wait. It’s like Indian consumer has no value for his time . In foreign markets consumer is THE KING and in India who is 1 of the biggest consumer of goods has no standing in front of these foreign companies

                      Hereby to inform you that I have order a product which has to be delivered on 9th Feb but I didn't get it on that day. when I asked the reason from the customer support they told me that there are some logistics error and I will get my product by 10th feb surely. the same thing happened on 10th feb and they continued to tell me to wait till 11pm, same thing is happening since three daysand there is no action or feedback on this. at last I would like to inform to that I am going to file a complaint against flipkart because I have already paid for my order since 6 days ago and flipkart promised me to deliver it by 3 days but I am getting again and again fraud by flipkart

                        Instant discount for sbi card 10% emi transaction -1468
                        Zero cost emi promotional discount -848
                        Total sum of prinicpal amount (Rs) 12180
                        So that 06 month zero cost emi cost per month 2030.00

                        Kindly reverse the dispute variation amount of rs.1818/- as per judicial manner. Ortherwise i will lodge a compliance to rbi ombudsman about flipkart online fraud.

                          I have ordered face wash worth 400 in Flipkart on 23rd Jan and it was delivered on 28th. Since I was out of station I have opened the parcel on 2nd feb and found it to be a duplicate product. The outer cover of the face wash has come out when I opened the box. I have contacted customer service but they have rejected the refund because of return policy. When I was ordering it was seven days return policy. I was exceeded only one day.                             I purchased a phone thorugh flipkart using flipkart paylater emi method. paid first emi. Now when i am trying to pay the second emi it shows transaction was declined due to risk check. As their customer care advised i tried all the possible payment methods(thorough upi and debit card) but didn't work. thye also provide link t pay but that doenst work. My due date was 5th of this february i couldnt make that payment yet. i really afraid it will effect my credit history and will cause extra money as fine.

                                I ordered Asus Vivo book laptop on 14 Jan 20205 on that day only I returned the laptop and asked replacement due the screen defect soo from Asus technician visit over and provided DOA Packing and DOA certificate is also over on 27 Jan 2025 Fater that I contacted ting the Flipkart customer service they are not at all responding and not proving any information about my replacemnt they are telling the team will contact you about your problem still they are not contacting me from 2 days back don't know what to do I want new laptop even the asus company also provided the DOA certificate why they are not providing the replacement to my order please resolve it as soon as possible sir still more than 2o days I am facing this problem

                                  I have bought boult dift max smartwatch form flipkart but Item is so much buggy and have very avarage software and also don't have IP68 certification as advertised and mentioned on flipkart product specifications. Seller is cheating the people by selling some old refurbished items and not accepting return for item. Information was misleading about IP rating. It is IP67 but advertised as IP68. Software is just kiddish. Icons are so small that we can not select desired option from watch. It is Boult Regret Max watch. Shame on Flipkart for spreading misleading information on platform.

                                        Subject: Request for Immediate Resolution of Return and Refund Issue

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the return of a Woodland loafer that I recently purchased.

                                        On delivery, the field executive opened the box, confirmed the item matched the order, and handed it over to me. Due to a size issue, I initiated a return the next day. The same delivery person collected the item but returned it later, claiming the box lacked an article number. On his advice, I contacted customer care and raised another return request.

                                        However, the second delivery attempt to collect the return also failed, citing the same reason. Today, after explaining the situation to your customer care executive, I was told the return cannot be processed due to company policies.

                                        This is unacceptable. The article number issue was not caused by me, and I cannot be held accountable for lapses in the delivery or packaging process. If the box initially lacked an article number, the product should not have been delivered. If it was tampered with after delivery, the delivery executive must be held accountable.

                                        I request your immediate intervention to process the return and refund at the earliest. I trust Flipkart to uphold its service standards, as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
