Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am a plus premium member in flipkart and using that e- commerce for a long time but recent experience had left me disappointed... Few days before, I had ordered some grocery items on flipkart and since I had ordered it at low cost then by tactics of the flipkart and delivery executive the order wasn't delivered to me and while the product got out for delivery I received a call from the delivery executive and he told me that the product can't be delivered to me since the grocery products like the detergent and rice are of heavy weighted and by giving this baseless excuse he cancelled my order from his side... Regarding to that while I connected in Flipkart customer center then I was completely assured that the order will not be cancelled at any cost and would be delivered to me shortly but unfortunately today the order got cancelled from the flipkart's end and even without mine's mutual consent...

I am not able to understand that if something like that would be done so then what would be the benefits of e - commerce and how the brands will develop properly...

Hope that you understand the concern and the needful would be done at the earliest of your convenience and if it wouldn't be so then unwillingly I would have to move to consumer forum...

    I buy VU make led Television.
    It was delivered on 24th May. Ant it would be installed on 25th may as per schedule given buy Flipkart.
    But till date installation not done. And Flipkart coustom care give me daily new time but giving me any proper update on installation. Even they don't have any contacts details of the installation service provider.

      Hi Team,
      I ordered a water purifier from Flipkart and it is delivered on 10th of April but the installation team is not showing up.
      I raised the issue to Flipkart on 6th of May regarding this and they informed they will provide the service by 10th of May, but as of 29th of May they didn't provide the service and everytime when I called them they will be saying it will be sorted with in 24 to 48 hours and they are just extending the deadline.
      I lost my patience to them and last few days I was asking for refund and take back the product but they are not willing to do it
      Just one team is saying on other team and just passing the time .
      Is there anyway I will get the resolution to this

            I ordered a Faber Hood Chimney through Flipkart on May 13 (Order ID: OD[protected] and got the product delivered on May 15. The model I ordered was FABER HOOD CLASS PRO PB BK LTW 60. As a layman I trusted the images provided by Flipkart which displayed the suction vent for this model as SS (Stainless Steel). However when the product was actually received the vent was black in colour. I tried to reject it on the doorstep (since this was an open box delivery) but the delivery executive advised us to request a return through the app & some other guy will come to pick up the product. He left our premises with the return assurance.

            Later I raised a replacement request on Flipkart on May 18 but the Flipkart team did not entertain my request and rejected it saying that the product is only available in black colour. I then raised a return request on the basis that 'product description on flipkart website does not match the actual product. The Flipkart team again rejected my plea without giving any rejection reason. The Flipkart team asked me to contact the company for any problem with the product as they mentioned it under '7 days service centre replacement' policy. The executive on customer care contact no. asked me to contact the company/service centre for any product related query and that Flipkart is not responsible for the same. They failed to understand that for return/replacement of product due to incorrect description/images given by the Flipkart website, the company cannot be held responsible (unless it is proved that company has shared incorrect pictures of product with Flipkart). The replacement request was again raised on May 22 & this was again rejected after 2-3 without mentioning the reason. I checked it on May 25, which was the last day to return the product.

            I have attached images of product ordered vs. the image displayed on the Flipkart website. Invoice is also attached.

            I tried to contact the company's customer care team who informed me that this product is not manufactured with SS vent and that Flipkart has shown incorrect images of the product. I tried to get in touch with the company's customer care to return the product but they said it has to be done through Flipkart only. Now I feel completely deceived and frustrated with Flipkart's action and response to my grievances (The company has been delaying and rejecting the return request only to reach the last date of returning the product). The product has been lying packed in the delivery box at my residence for nearly 14 days. Since the product does not match my requirement, I would like to return the same​.

            Hoping to get a positive response f​or my issue.

                I have placed order for a NIKE shoes on flipkart, it was a open box delivery. When the agent came on 18th May, I was not at home, so he called me and got the otp. I gave the otp and when I reached home I saw box was there without the outer packaging which contains shipping and invoice details. The size for the shoes is incorrect, so I wanted to return them. Turns out you need the outer packaging to return or exchange the product since the delivery guy didn't mark the product as delivered.
                I am stuck with 3558 Rs. with a shoe pair that is not usable for me.
                Calling flipkart 1000s of times, the only thing they say is it has been escalated someone will get in touch, and every time I get a call it is for asking Invoice Number/Shipping details which I do not have!!!
                I am so frustrated that I want to never order from Flipkart again. I and my husband also have worked in ecommerce companies as engineers. We know that if they want they can resolve it but they choose not to.

                  This phone is not getting charge due to charging port is not working,

                      Hi Order a grocery item from Flipkart on 9th May and it supposed to be delivered by 11th may, I was not at home while i received message for product delivery, but i couldn't follow up with it, since i was with my Official Event on May 11th, I haven't received any call from Ekart also that there are delivering to the neighbours. I didn't ask at home for next 2 3 days, since i thought it was delivered, and it was started using, after 4 to 5 days only i realize that item is not at home and only delivery message i have received. i tried calling them(Flipkart) on 18th morning 11am, they are saying that we don't have the data of the delivered item, only exact 7days data we will have, and we can't track the item, and asked to check with my Neighbours, I HAVE A QUESTION IF INCASE THEY ARE DELIVERING THE PRODUCT TO NEIGHBOURS HOW COME THEY WILL NOT INFORM US. even for grocery item can't they keep OTP or not delivered option if the customer is not available in the worst case, now we have lost 500 bucks because of this, EVEN EKART didnt responding, i have a message that we tried reaching you but u were busy, then how come they would have delivered the product. Tracking id : GROC[protected] for Ekart, the person who as been assigned we need to connect with that delivery person to understand to whom they have delivered the product.

                        I have received a damaged product since last month I am raising a return request but they are cancelling my request it's almost one month over regarding my issue daily iam calling to Flipkart people but no proper solution from them

                            The goods were not delivered to the home by the delivery boy, he called on the phone 5 kilometers away from the house and also threatened to cancel the delivery, if the goods were not delivered to the home, a file can be submitted to the court. As per customer rule, so my problem should be solved within 24 hours.

                              I ordered a mobile on 2nd may 2024 from Flipkart for rs 43956 on no cost emi, payment is still not converted to emi, flipkart keeps changing last date of conversion since 10th to next day, today it is marked resolved but as per bank statement it is still not converted

                                  I had purchased a Motorola Smart TV (40 inch) from Flipkart in Jul 2021. I also took the 3 year protection plan which was provided by Jeeves.

                                  My TV developed some red patches around the borders a month back. I contacted Jeeves and a technician visited. He informed me during the visit that the panel will need to be replaced and he will get back to me. After 2 hours he informed me over phone that since he did not find the sticker with serial number at the back, he has been advised not to proceed. After that he stopped picking my calls or used to say he will call back and never did.

                                  I called flipkart who kept passing it back to Jeeves or alternately they said I can get a duplicate sticker from Motorola. Motorola support told me that Smart TV support in India is provided by flipkart and Jeeves and then will issue the sticker. Messages to flipkart's X handle simply returns a robotic response that they are looking into it. I am sure being a Smart TV, there are other ways to verify the serial number rather than only from the sticker.

                                  Both Flipkart and Jeeves are now stalling and probably seeking to delay this till the protection plan ends in less than 2 months.

                                    Hi,
                                    Here i would like to warn people of the danzers of purchasing things on Flipkart platform as its the most crooked, cheater and thugg type of online purchase platform where they showcased lucrative offers and deals but the customer has paid for them, then the sellers, delivery people and flipkart customer care tries to trap the customer and threatens to not to deliver the product, if the customer is not paying the delivery executive extra money while delivering the product. If you complain to customer care also then they will also side with the delivery executive and will ask you to pay him that extra money which is over and above the products cost.
                                    Recently this happened to me on 11 May 2024 while the flipkart delivery executive came to deliver the RR 115L DESERT COOLER which purchased on 08 May 2024 from Flipkart's crooked, cheater and liar seller : OMNI TECRETAIL, who's the worst fraud seller on Flipkart but is 4+ star honoured, not sure for what.
                                    The delivery guy whose name, he told me, was Jhony, came to me on 11 may 2024 along with the cooler and asked me to show the cooler which was to be given in the exchange offer(the exchange offer for coolers was to give any cooler with no mention of its condition or type).
                                    Upon inspecting the old cooler which was in perfect working condition, he asked me to give him Rs900 and told me that it was not possible for him to take the cooler in his vehicle and also the seller: Omni Tec Retail, has asked him to fetch Rs900 instead of the exchanged old cooler, no matter what its condition is.
                                    I did my protest and asked him to honour Flipkart offers and terms and conditions and that i have already paid the total amount to Flipkart through EMI mode on 08 May 2024 itself but that didn't deter the shameless delivery executive and he continues to harp on his demand of Rs900.Then i called the customer care number of Flipkart through its App. but to my surprise the customer care executive too asked me to pay Rs900 to the delivery guy without even caring to the contract of purchase, terms and conditions laid down by Flipkart for any purchase.
                                    I decided to not to bow down before the thieves of Flipkart: the delivery guy, seller and the customer care and denied paying Rs900 to the delivery guy as it was against the contract of purchase and which the thug company and its delivery, seller and customer care executives were so blatantly and shamelessly breaking. I send feedback and review of the product on Flipkart online page but that too was taken down by Flipkart moderator so that the truth about the dark business tactics donnot go to other future buyers and Flipkart can continue to rob people of their money and blackmail them in to paying more, more than what it proclaims on its product page and thus not only harassing customers and creating a loss for them in every possible way but also acts like an autocratic seller where you cannt complain for their cheap tricks and thuggish tactics through feedbacks and product reviews. This way they are running review scams too, to benefit their sellers and manufactures and shield them from any negative feedback affect for the poor services and products that they sell on Flipkart. Its funny to see rainbow Rose flower plant seeds on Flipkart and their feedbacks and reviews taken down by Flipkart. They reviews and feedbacks can caution fellow customers about traps and poor quality products sold on Flippkart and that's why they are hurriedly taken down by Flipkart so as to allow cheater and fraud and robbing of customers money.
                                    Do not buy anything from Flipkart as these people are the worst nightmare for the customers and are greedy, cheater, fraud business entity.

                                      I have 30, 000 INR credit limit approved for Flipkart pay later, but I am unable to use it for any product at all on the flipkart app. This is simply a scam. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone is [protected] on Flipkart.

                                        Why is this huge amount of 6, 732.82 Rs deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge?
                                        What is this M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR?
                                        How can you guys deduct so much amount without informing the customer and what is it regarding?
                                        I want this money reimbursed in my account asap.
