Issue with installation of a product

I purchased a CCTV camera along with installation option provided during the checkout. Now after delivery, the installation was denied by their service partner (Jeeves, Flipkart). I am not able to get the product installed or returned.

I did raise multiple complaints both on chat and on voice call.

    Wrong product delivered and not accepting return

    I ordered a 'TEMSON Dragonwood A game of dice and adventurous board game Strategy and War Games Board Game (Multicolor)' from flipkart on 20th October 2024. The order ID was OD[protected]. Rs. 602 was prepaid at the time of order.

    A package was delivered on 25th october by courier service provided with the aforesaid order details written on the box. But a wrong item was delivered. A product called '5 crowns' was delivered....

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order, Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage 8 Wheels - Nicobar Hard-Sided Dual Tone Polypropylene Luggage Set of 3 Blue and Grey Trolley Bags (55, 65 & 75 cm) - Blue, Grey.
    Despite multiple attempts to return this order, I have been unsuccessful. The order was marked as "open box delivery," but the delivery executive handled the entire process without our involvement, leaving us with a misguided and subpar product.

        I bought a charger from flipkart roar x company its getting heated too much looks like it will blast, i applied for refund which was in their policy, but flipkart executive didn't accept the package. Now they are stelling they can only replace the product...

        Open Box Delivery for DIY Products.

        I recently purchased a kitchen rack listed as 24x24 inches, delivered via open box. I later found during installation that the dimensions did not match the product description—the width parts are shorter than the height.

        I attempted a return, but it was rejected, and my follow-up with customer care has not led to a resolution. Since the size issue was only evident during assembly, I request to reconsider. I hope for a prompt...

        I have ordered a Water purifier with below details, however, found couple of issues in it:-
        1. It’s leaking from Front and Back sides.
        2. I ordered 14L tank and received 7-8 L tank model
        3. Engineer came to fix the leakage and he broke the Water purified body from the bottom.

        The RO was leaking at the time of installation itself, and the installation engineer has replaced the part and fixed the RO on the wall, however, it was in vain. Product started leaking over engineer left the house.

        I have raised the return request 4 times in different reasons as recommended by Flipkart customer executed, and all were cancelled by your team by providing irrelevant reasons. This not expected at all from Flipkart.

        I am just being harassed instead I tried finding piece for myself by buying new product from Flipkart.

                Delivered Damaged IFB Washing Machine and Not providing replacement

                Flipkart delivered IFB Washing Machine. When Flipkart installation engineer visited for installation. He found that Machine is damaged from internally and from bottom. At the time of delivery we told to Flipkart Delivery person that it is damaged.
