[Resolved] Flipkart — Delayed Response for Return of the item bought | |||
I had ordered Redmi 3 S Prime gold ( Mobile ) on 18th October and received it on 20th October. But when I had found the Mobile with faulty display (A straight blue line was appearing in the display screen ) within an hour i had requested flipkart to return/replace my order . What was shocking was that they had sent their Executiive on 25th October i.e today and on 25 th October only I've got two emails stating that I will get my item by 27th October or on 02nd November . It's my humble request to the company to deliver the item at the earliest as I don't want to wait for so long. Please note that I have already waited for almost a week just to know that the item will be replaced in another weeks time ( upto ). Nov 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 27, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed replacement is already approved and new product will delivered by 2nd Nov also inform to keep old product ready with brand box and accessory. Customer agreed hence closing case.
