[Resolved]  Flipkart — delivered a product which I didn't order

This is to inform you all to open the parcel before the delivery boy who delivers you the product and after confirmation of the product, you can allow him to leave.

Because i have been delivered a product which i did not order.

1. I received a defective product and made a return request.
2. I received a product 160 gb hdd seagate in spite of 1tb sshd seagate firecuda.
3. Now again i have made a return request which customer care executive said it's not possible and i have to wait on call... But the call automatically got disconnected after waiting half an hour.

Flipkart should keep up the promise. They should deliver what they promise to their customers.

My phone call to customer care was disconnected too after waiting for half an hour. I have that recording of speaking to the flipkart customer care executive.

Ridiculous service... I will never suggest anyone buy anything from flipkart because they cheat.

Very worst experience with flipkart.

I claimed but what happens with people who never know anything about what they have ordered.

Even so called big corporations are ready to cheat if we are unaware of whats happening to us.

Be careful.
