I ordered a refrigerator from Flipkart on 13th July 2025 (Order ID: OD[protected]. After multiple delays and repeated false promises, the product was finally delivered on 31st july — but installation has still not been completed, even after 7 days of delivery.
I have received 3 calls from Whirlpool asking for my address, and each time I provided it, yet no technician has come. To make things worse:
The Flipkart order page falsely shows “Demo Completed”, which is completely untrue.
Whirlpool sent an SMS stating that installation was scheduled, then another claiming it was completed — both are false.
Despite raising complaints with Flipkart and Whirlpool, no one has taken accountability or resolved the issue.
Now the last date for cancellation or replacement (8th August) is almost here, but the product is still not usable.
I have paid the full amount, and it's been almost one month since I placed the order. I’ve wasted hours calling customer support and waiting for technicians who never came.
This is unacceptable, and a simple “sorry” doesn’t justify the time, inconvenience, and mental frustration I’ve gone through.
I demand:
Immediate installation within 24 hours.
Correction of false “demo completed” status.
Extension of the replacement/cancellation date.
Accountability from both Flipkart and Whirlpool
