Flipkart — delivery boy and his contact number | |||
This is krunal, i ordered flipkart smart buy’s saving trimmer on 01.10.2019. I got a massage from flipkart that ‘your item is out for delivery and executive contact number is 8087...’ on dtd 04.10.2019. I am regular customer of amazon and flipkart from past 3 years but this was a worst experience from flipkart side. 1st was the contact number provided in massage was not available rather i call from my registered mobile number and they don’t even provided alternate number for this, litrally i called 42 times on that number bt it doesn’t work. At evening around 7 pm delivery boy call from different number and said directly in hindi that “agr aapko lena nhi h to order kyu krte ho” which means ‘if you don’t want to buy a product then why u order on flipkart’. After the first call from delivery boy and listening those words i really curse that why i order the product from flipkart. Delivery boy was so rude and when i ask to please drop my product on given address he simply refuse it and said i am standing at 3 km from your address and you should come here to collect your product. That kind of service i never expect from the standard site like flipkart. Please give this as a importance and take necessary action that we trust on flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||

One of Flipkart delivery guys took off my product that has to be return after one day he told me, sir i have to come again tommorow please give the following product now so that i can save my time
I felt pity and gave him the product
Next day i get to know he didn't returned the product to flipkart and my return has also been rejected
Now i don't have either the product or the money
