Hello good morning. My name is yogesha d s. This complaint on delivering defective or duplicate device. I purchased vivo v15pro by flipkart delivered on 7th sept. I use that device and i find this is a defective or duplicate device show as vivo v15 pro. And this device have a lot of issues like camera. Battery. So i request for replacement and tecnicians visit and not do anything but tech say there is no issue so flipcart not accepted so please solve this issue. I will show about this issue its a defective device or duplicate device anywhere anytime so contact me.

    Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said they are working on the issue. Even after one week there is no change it is blocked still.
    Now they are not responding to the complaints also.
    They are not giving any explanation for this. But some of my friends are able to play some are not. Till the date there is no response from there side.

        I am not able to login my account since a long time. I have complaint two times. But the problem didn't resolved. They told my account was blocked because the goods i order was not for personal use. But they are wrong, i'm using flipkart since a long time and i had ordered many things for personal use. Last two orders was of mobile and they cancel the order by telling that the product is not in stock. Then, why they took order. I ordered single piece of mobile for personal use and they told i'm not ordering for personal use. I already paid for order one time and they cancel the order for the same reason. What the hell is wrong with flipkart??? All the fault is of flipkart and i am facing punishment. I need it to be resolved as soon as possible.

          I myself ordered and received samsung mobile handset from flipkart 2gud refurbished catogory on 12/09/2019 by prepaid payment method...
          The phone i received was found faulty since the home button and back key was not working...
          I made a return request but it was cancelled after 4-5days...
          This is really bad and worst experience since every customer who buys expect good service and valuable...
          Please make me ease in this process and solve the same as early as possible...

            I order samsung phone through flipcart on 12th Sept 2019 for my friend birthday gift, They give expected devilry 14th Sept but they did't deliver itm after that change delivery date 16th sept and again 19th sept, Then finally without any intimation cancel my Order.
            I try to reach flipcart CC they saying item not available, Then if item is not available why they put it in cart for increasing user they can paly like these checp tricks.
            They are wasting my time and money, And i am unable to give gift for my frnd on his birthday.

                I ordered Redmi Note 7 pro on 12 september, 2019 from flipkart.com for which i made online payment of Rs.13, 999/-.
                As expected date was 14 September, 2019 but my order got delayed by 18 september, 2019. order no:-OD[protected] And today on 19september, 2019 flipkart is delaying it till 23 september, 2019.
                I urgently required phone for use i couldn't even pay fromother shop because i already made payment..! I am making call to flipkart customer care helpline no:[protected] from last 4-5 days, customer executive are not having proper information and after 2-3 asking for feedback of their conversation and that is really annoying..!
                I even track my order details on ekart logistics that is courier service of flipkart but still didnt got proper status of my order.
                Pleaseee helpp to get my order or either my money which i paid to flipkart for Redmi note 7 pro..!
                Flipkart should pay compensation for delay of delivery .

Consumer Complaint registered my complaint n gave me complaint Id through mail and then i got call from them asking for details.But due to some technically phone issues I could not have proper conversation.! Flipkart's Customer Care commented on my complaint that we will revert on it. Issue got resolved.

                  On 25th of July 2019 at midnight 12 o clock a popup came to my screen that Flipkart is running a pre-monsoon offer where i saw mobile phones and laptop was being sold in great offers and the offer lasted for 15 min so i selected the laptop which was on sale and clicked on the payment option so it redirected to paytm and as i had some amount in paytm money so i added amount and did transaction but i did not received and confirmation msg saying your order is being placed.i waited for two days and then i report this to paytm and Flipkart both companies but none is willing to take any action . As a consumer now i feel scared that why i downloaded there app and do shopping .i want my money back amount was of Rs 1247 to Danish store .Kindly help my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                      Today I received call from CSE team, they said that I can't get my order because of courier dept having some issue.
                      My question is if they said that they delivered my order then what is the problem?
                      As per courier dept they mentioned a name, my order delivered to Anil Patra how come is my family member?
                      Flipkart is a big brand, I think Flipkart is a agent. I have recording too but I can't sending it to you.

                          Dear sir,
                          I had ordered a blueair air purifier 280i via flipkart which cost me ~27896 inr. Today i have received the delivery. The flipkart delivery package cover mentions blueair 280i air purifier, but inside i have been provided with a single cob led wall light. I have already called up and filed a complaint with flipkart customerservice. The complaint number is in[protected]. I am also attaching the photo of the received product with this email.
                          I had only heard in some facebook posts mentioning such issues but never imagined this would happen to me.
                          I am really worried since the amount paid is large and the product received is different and of a much lesser price.
                          Also today i received an email from flipkart that they are proceeding with an fir on the seller and want my consent which i have provided. The issue is that they are saying that it will take 20 days for resolution and i don’t want to wait for that long and want my money back since this is not a small amount. I have requested flipkart to take back the product i received and refund the amount, but not sure if they will comply. Why should i wait for 20 days for no fault of mine. Flipkart should take back the delivered product, refund the amount and deal with the seller however they want.
                          In the attached photo of the received product you can see clearly that the product slip mentions blueair air purifier but the package contains wall lamp.

                                This is the first ever behaviour that the company employees from flipkart repeatedly calling to cancel my ordered product. I wonder why they do that. And the ekart courier employees playing a fake delivery attempt everytime. Ekart is usually silent and inert courier. Not doing anything. They are neglecting some delivery points usualy. I will always pick my call when ever anyone call me. I never told anyone to cancel this order. But flipkart saying i told to. Show me the proof
                                So all are playing a worst game and lead to cancellation of the product. They told me to reorder the product. But this time product is no more available. The order camed to my city and cancelled what a disgusting behavious from flipkart. So, disappointing.. I am not going to buy from flipkart anymore. Even aliexpress can sent items to my door step. Or hand it over to delhivery courier. They will come to our doorstep without any problem

                                  I purchased ipro power bank 10400 mah, one months ago through the flipkart. Now it was not working. Its is turns off suddenly. I want to replace the power bank or repair it. I have warranty card. I am very disappointed with flipkart order id :od[protected]

                                  I don't have nearest service center in my area. I contact with flipkart but they are not responsible.

                                    Hello sir/mam, i purchage a hp laserjet pro mfp m126nw multi-function wireless printer from https://www.flipkart.com on 08 aug. 2019 (Product amount 17100.00). But flipkart sent me only one box when box open i see some wooden and tharmacol sheet in this box. When i complaint for want the product or refund my amount but flipkart support team not respond please check the same and do needful. I'm already requested for return and replace the product or refund amount.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have gone through some of the devastating & pathetic service experience with flipkart...!!

                                      As per flipkart order id:-od[protected] i have ordered a product on 8th september and payed an amount of 1524 through my credit card to flipkart. They said they will deliver the product by 13th september which they failed in doing. After my constant effort i got to speak to the concerned team and they said the product will be delivered on next day & then again have the same wordings the same will be deliver tommorow followed by some lame excuses that there is some technical glitch because of which the ordered is not delivered. It’s been more than 7 days since i have registered more than 7 complaints against my oder not delivered and your team just has an answer that they are sorry for the problem encountered and just hunting for my product since than, and it’s not tracable!!
                                      I question your tracking mechanisms if your not able to track my product since 7 days and update me regarding the same than how can you advertise an event such as big billion day!! Where people’s will be trusting you for the prompt delivery and you didn’t have the basic infrastructure to get allocated!!
                                      It’s better to have some tracking mechanism before attending the customer query...!!!
                                      Really annoyed by your services!!!
