When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

Have been trying it for the last week but still the same issue

    I have purchased the tv on 30th sep for 73999 rupees. The delivery is to be expected on 5th october. I have not received the tv till date (8th oct). The tracking id updated in the flipkart app is not correct. Because of this i really dont have any information where my tv is. I have approached customer care on 5th itself and there after multiple times. Customer care is waste of time and they dont have any knowledge at all. Person rohit is very diplomatic and laughing at the me. I didnt know that their customer care service employees dont have any respect and care for their customers like me. What a pathetic service. When i request them to escalate to next level, they started giving me false information. Please help me on my tv, i want the tv for the same rate and it should get delivered to me

        Dear support,
        This is to inform you that we have purchase the mi note 7 pro from filpkart & received to me 3-oct-2019 with 10 days replaced & refund policy this product after that i have used this phone same days
        & it phone was very heatup & over heating without any application & internet after that i have raised the complaint for replacement this phone in my filpkart app & after that call recieved from filpkart team for mobile troubleshooting and i flow the troubleshooting but problems not resolved same problem after all troubleshooting after that filpkart assigned the engineer for technical visit for home & and engineer visit my address and check & found phone heatup 49 tramp without any application call & internet but filpkart closed this complaint with out solution used again i have raised complaint to filpkart after that new technical engineer visit at home for phone troubleshooting same problems phone team is 49 without any application used but filpkart & filpkart sailer not understand my problem and filpkart closed my complaint, filpkart team 4 time cancel the my replacement request & i have many call to filpkart team not action taken filpkart as per filpkart policy.

        The filpkart is not replacing my phone, make my money, i am losing time in the morning, yet i am unable to understand such a baby and there is a question of someone's life.

          Hi all,

          I am from chennai, on sep 30rth i have ordered hp laptop by flipkart on offer price and it was confirmed by seller as well. Shipment was done and the product was teacher chennai on 4th october morning... The order was deliver on or before 5th october... When i track the details by 5th the product was reached to bengaluru.. Actually it started from hyderabad and it came chennai and then went to bengaluru. I got confused and called customer care executive, they said like you product will reach before 8th.. I agreed on it.. Very next day i got message like my product will be deliver by 10 oct... Again i agreed.. On 8th morning.. I got a message and stated as the hp laptop was cancelled by seller... I called flipkart customer care again and they same thing again and again like i have to reorder the product since seller cancelled it. I just disconnected call.

          I have asked them few questions

          1. If flipkart or seller is unable to deliver the product to chennai location why he confirmed the order.
          2. While tracking it came to chennai hub on 4th.. Then only it went to bengaluru.
          3. If they want to cancel.. Why they took more time.. Instead they can inform after placing order with in few days... Else i would have buy this product in amazon on reasonable price

            My name is ashwin and my contact number is [protected]. I have purchased a real me xt on flipkart with exchange. However first of all the product was delivered 3 days late. Secondly it was with exchange of my old phone mi a1. However the delivery agent rejected it just because of really really small scratch. I am unable to attach the video i took of my phone. If there is any email, i can forward that video as well.
            I don't understand how can some company work so inefficiently. Very pathetic. I was waiting for the phone since last 3 days. I formatted my old phone and was waiting for the new phone. It was great inconvenience to us.

            I traveled to work without a phone since last 3 days as my old phone has to be kept at home for pickup. And after all this inconvenience i didn't get my phone today. Delivery boy rejected my old phone.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on October 11, 2019.                     I am unable to play any flipkart games, whenever i try to play amy games, they show an error message. This has been going on since 2-3 months, i have called the flipkart customer service many times, they say to wait for few days, but months have passed and my problem is still not resolved. I use flipkart very much but this bad service has been unsatisfactory and i am really disappointed. Will i never get to play again? Will flipkart ever look into this seriously???

                        If something i purchase from flipkart at low price they are canceling the order and telling us to order a fresh one at its original price and I talk to customer service to raise a complaint regarding this. They denayed to raise a complaint also

                          My product was cancelled by flipkart after a week of placing the order. I was placed the order on 29/09/2019 they accepted the order and given the delivery date was 01/10/2019. But i didn't got the product so i raised a complaint on it they given the the for solving the issue was 05/10/2019. But they didn't solve the issue and moreover they were called to me and said that please cancel the order we have an issue from our side, i didn't accept it i said to them i want my order. After they they were cancelled my order with out giving the information to me. At the time of booking the product cost is ₹4499/- now the price is ₹5799/- who bare the difference amount.                             On 18 th sep 2019, i have ordered for 2 realme 5 pro phones (Price each for 16, 999) and cancelled the same on 18th sep itself. My order details are od[protected] and od[protected]. On the cancellation day i got the message that my money will be refunded by 26 th. But it was not credited. I called your customer care and they asked to send my bank statement n i have done the same. It's more than 19 days but still i don't have a correct response from flipkart. Every time there executives call me n tell "" sorry mam for the delay we are contacting with bank, please wait for some more time. How long should i wait for my money. I should get refund of a total of 33, 998. Please kindly provide me with some correct response apart for the dialogue what i get from flipkart customer service representative.

                                  I have ordered realme xt (6gb ram, pearl white) on 1st october by exchanging my old lenovo k3 note and i received the product on 4th october. But they have sent realme xt (4gb ram, pearl blue). I have raised request for that 3 times but every time the seller rejected the request by replying that the reason is not correct. I talked to the customer care executive and they are just extending the timeline. They just kept on saying that the problem will be resolved within 3 days. From 4th october i have been waiting to get a replacement but neither the customer executive nor the seller is helping me out. I requested the customer agent to make a request but they made a wrong request because of which once again the request got rejected. Please help me out. It's a humble request.

                                  From yesterday, Realme XT is at sale on flipkart store but the seller is not initiating the replacement request neither he is accepting the refund request. The return window will close by 14th October. After that, I will not be able to place any replacement or refund request. The customer care executives are also not taking the matter seriously. I'm in a dilemma whether they will give any refund or just extend the timeline so that after 14th October the return window closes and the policy ends. Please do something.

                                  The product is available today(12th October) on flipkart store but the seller is neither replacing nor accepting the refund request. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                  The issue is still not resolved. 15 days passed but no any sign of response from flipkart team. Worst and pathetic customer service from flipkart.

                                    I ordered a mobile with exchange offer but flipkart delivery agent rejected my order stating that my phone has scratches.. Later i contacted the flipkart customer care and i was promised that they'll reattempt the delivery.. But it never happened and it got cancelled without my confirmation.. This is not acceptable.. I sent a several mails to customer care but never got reply.. This is completely cheating.. I've attached the images from flipkart website itself stating that the scratches are acceptable..

                                    It can be rejected only if my phone falls under this rejection policy but my mobile had only one or two scratches that's it..

                                      I have booked redme 7a on big billion days offer, this order was expected to deliver on 5th october, on 5th october i got a missed call not a full ring mobile was in hand only, immediately i called them back and asked when you will deliver, he replied with bold attitude i was trying to reach you whole day but couldn't, so will deliver tomorrow (06oct2019), he was lying, because my phone was on with full network and other call i got as usual. Then tomorrow (06oct2019) i didn't get any call and day after tomorrow (07oct19) i got a flipkart notification mentioned your ​order has delivered. I called on flipkart customer care number [protected], they are helpless saying, concerned department is available call in between 9am to 6pm, such a bad experience i never expected from flipkart. Kindly resolve complaint number in[protected] as early as possible.

We have continuously followed them, sometimes they're simply marked complaints as resolved, then immediately we have called customer care and asked them to reopen the complaints. Lately delivered but this situation nicely handled by flipkart. Thanks

                                      Order ID - OD[protected] will get resolved on or before 12-Oct-2019. Will update this post again after 12-Oct-2019. If I get my order delivered or full refund amount then surely will appreciate them.

                                        From the past 1 and a half year, my affiliate marketing money has not been paid. I have crossed the threshold a year ago. But i have not been paid to date. I have tried to contact them multiple times but i haven't had from them even once. I have trying to contact them over twitter bu no positive response.

                                        I request the flipkart affiliate marketing team to process my payment after tds as soon as possible.

Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. My Flipkart Account balance is Rs.2100..
