refund issue of the product which I have ordered

I have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart of worth ₹13999/- (Redmi note 7 pro) on 9th aug 2019. On 10aug 2019 i got the order but the box which i got didn't contain the mobile phone. When i complained about this they asked me to wait.

I had placed an order on 12 august..at the time of placing an order i had found one line on product please check delivery date before placing an order.. as per that i had placed an order..

On the day of 14 th august the delivery date changed to 27 august from 15 august..rakshabandhan was on 15..

flipkart complete mobile protection - jeeves consumer services

I have been trying to make a purchase using debit and credit cards of union bank of india and hdfc bank.
