Hi team,

I ordered lenovo k10 (Ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]) mobile on 20th-sep-19 and the promise date of delivery was 21-sep-19. The product is not delivered yet. When i call for update on 21st they were stating that product will be delivered by today eod. But it was not delivered. When i call again on 22-sep-19 then they were saying again the same word (It will be delivered by eod also received the same mail). I am listening same response all day. I asked him for wherehous address where i can collect my product then they have no such response stating that its in noida (No proper address).

This is the samefull for such a great company like flipkart.

Advice: pleas dont bluff with the customer. If you are not able to track your parcel then you should not give the fake commitment.

      I ordered realme 5 pro and paid full amount of 16999. They debited the money and cancelled the order after debiting. Now, they are creating issues in refund. They have given a bank transaction number: dgtvgthhtkkcxa but my bank pnb is claiming that they have not received any transaction from flipkart.
      Flipkart initiated the process on 12th september and till today no money has been credited into my account. Flipkart is not at all supportive. They are not going into details where the transaction is failed.
      First, they debit the amount from the customer.
      Second, cancel the order by their own after debiting.
      Third, create refund issues and delay it.
      Forth, they do not take any responsibility for the customer's issues created by their own fault.

          Dear team,
          I have received demi pic phone on 21st-sept-19 against my order of moto g7 power (Ceramic black, 64 gb). Within an hour i was raised complaint to flipkart. They said it ll resolve by 72hrs. I called after 72hrs they again said it will resolve by another 24hrs. I called flipkart service team today njow they said it will resolve by 28th spet-2019. Is it joke? I am spending my money to buy a phone. All mail information's provided to flipkart team as they requested. My money is blocked from more than 10days at the time of order.
          I want resolutions by todays.
          Pls awaiting for reply.

            I had ordered waltzer india high quality kitchen non stick parchment vide order id: od[protected] and same got delivered. I had paid the amount through net banking of rs 189/- and same amount also delivery guy took from us from my wife stating payment not reflecting. Immediately i called up the delivery guy as i was in office to return the amount as i had paid the amount through online. Delivery gave me the same answer which he had given to my wife and told to route the issue through flipkart customer service team. I had ordered on sept 19, 2019 and same got delivered on sept 20, 2019. On dated sept 20, 2019, i had raised complaint for excess refund purpose and it was told same will be resolved by sept 23, 2019 with assurance it will be credited in my wallet. From dated sept 20, 2019 i was getting 2-3 times call from flipkart and were assuring me issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. On sept 22, 2019 i got the call and itw as assured me the same and suddenly seeing resolution date has been extended from sept 23, 2019 to sept 24, 2019 without any information to me. Today again the customer service team called and again telling me to wait for 48 hrs and stating they don;t have information on the issue,.
            I am totally pissed up with your flipkart team and your delivery guys are cheaters. They are taking money and fulfilling their personal needs and not returning the money to customer. Pure case of cheating with customer. I am suiting consumer and police case against the delivery guy and flipkart. This is for your information.

            Today is 27 Sept 2019 still no response from Flipkart. I am sure this is clear case of cheating customers. Taking money from customer by the delivery agents instructed by flipkart not showing the payment status in their system and making customer to run pillar to post for refund and at the end they will eat all the money and will not refund the money. I think Consumer forum should take action on this .

              I had ordered two canon lenses with order id od[protected] on 20th september and was supposed to be delivered on 22nd september. When the item was not delivered on the date i contacted flipkart customer service and was promised the delivery by 25th september. Again it was not delivered by 25th, so i again contacted customer care, again they extended the deadline to 26th september.
              As i can see the items are till not shipped, so a delivery on 26th september can not be expected.
              I do not want a refund, i want the products i ordered.
              I bought them on some offer, now these items are out of stock in flipkart. As they promised the delivery by 25th september, having faith on them (Which was my grave mistake!) i didn't order them from another shopping site although they also had the items for the same price. Now these items are not on offer anywhere, so if you don't provide me i have to buy them without offer.
              The mentally harassment caused due to their unprofessional behavior is not acceptable, not appreciated at all.

                I had ordered a peter england shirt but i recieved a torn packet with a different brand and same tags i had asked for the return but the seller has cancelled it telling that i had done lot of returns but from that account i havent even done many returns even flipkart associates didnt help me. Its very bad situation where these people dont value your money and customer relationship. I need them to return this product and get my money refunded

                  I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone.

                  Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.
                  When i complaint than customer representative told that sorry we can't do anything as many users are facing same issues so we can't do anything they suggested me to play on web but on web only quiz games are available when i play the game there same error shown there.
                  Am a flipkart plus member and am extremely disappointed with their services.

                  I am not the victim of this issue I have upto 10 Flipkart's Id In Which the same issue Is going On So you mean to say that It's Due to Fraud Activity And Till Now you can't solve.
                  I Request You To Check Your Complaints Mail Box And Provide The Details In numbers How Many Persons Are Facing This Problem And How Many Issues have been Solved.
                  It's Simply That Your System of Gaming Is weak.
                  You Haven't Developed A good Software your system automatically blocks the account if someone plays Continuously or some one log in on Flipkart app using 2-3 Id's And You Term it as Fraudulent Activity.
                  You Just By Posting 4lines Shows public that you are taking care of public doing something in favour of them.
                  You Just Want New Peoples to play the game and remove the old ones's as they are having more probability to win plus your system is weak that any1 can bypass
                  From 7days My game zone Is not working and You have no exact reason and plus you don't have solution too So weak Your System.

                      Oppo reno2 ordered on 12th september 2019 with emi option and promised delivery on 21st september 2019. Order status never changed since then, raised an complain on 22nd, 23rd and 25th september. No update from flipkart they keep saying backend team is working on it and no other update.

                      When i asked for a full refund including the interest of emi as they did not deliver the product. They are asking me to pay the intrest even if the order gets cancelled.

                        I had made a purchased for mentioned tv on 14th sep '19, the delivery of the product was received on 16th sep'19 and the installation was also done the same day, during the demo it was figured out that the tv have some spots in it on the screen from inside hence the installation guy immediately escalated the same and requested for a return and replacement, the uninstallation of the tv also happened on the very next day and the tv was packed in the original box for pick up, its been 10 days since the return and replacement request was placed and till now nobody has come to pick up the tv neither i have got any replacement, i have raised a complaint atleast 15 times on call and mail to flipkart but the issue is still unresolved, i was given the deadline for yesterday i. E. 24th sep'19 by end of day, i had very cleary mentioned that if the issue is not resolved by 24th than i need a refund of my order, you cannot keep my hard earned money without giving me a product, please help me resolve this issue today.

                          I want to say that flipkart continously harrasing me for non payment of flipkart pay later bill of rs 8797/- but they themselves blocked my account and they continue to harras me.
                          I tried to unblock my account but account is not unblocked. The flipkart customer executive continously harras me for non payment of bill legal implications. Plesase resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                            A week ago i used "zestmoney" to get fund for purchasing new mobile phone and they provided a flipkart gift card worth rs 15348/-

                            And thereafter i added gift card to my flipkart account and ordered a product, but after placing order the seller rejected my order and told "i cant buy, because you not intend to use product for personal use". And my flipkart account was blocked.
                            Till now i am used my flipkart account only for my personal purpose.

                            My loaned amount is holding by flipkart, i cant redeem it and i cant access to my account for further procedures

                                    I am not able to play Flipkart games scince I moved to my other phone.whenever I try to play any of games I am getting an error message saying 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'.

                                    I am a bonafide customer of flipkart. And I have frequently purchased many products from them. So it is quite wrong for not providing me equal opportunity with other Flipkart members, to play and win in thier games.
                                    So please solve the issue as soon as possible .I am providing my Flipkart id with this query.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I don't know why Flipkart blocked me to play games.
                                      It says "we encourage fair play".

                                      But i don't know if I did anything wrong.
                                      Then i thought i can play with my brothers account but later they also blocked that account to play games.

                                      I can do shoping but not able to play games.
                                      Please help.

                                      What type fraudulent activities you are talking about, to give your mobile to your family and friends is fraudulent activities?
                                      Suppose if you consider this as fraudulent activities then where is the warning message and why customer not aware of this.
                                      I am not the only person who has this problem but if customer not aware of these all things, is not yours responsibility to aware, why you need to hide such kind of policies.
                                      To right the only term "term & condition" doesn't mean how and what should a customer take care.
                                      My advice is please attach the all violation rule and regulation with the game zone so customer aware of all these can understand what they did wrong.

                                      Have you ever noticed the topper of quiz that you organized on daily basis, they score[protected] score, it mean the customer answering the questions in less than one second, is it possible ?
                                      This activity is called fraudulent activities not mine which is not possible to read and answer the questions in less than one second.

                                      I played the some game with my ability and won sometime.

                                      If you consider me as a fraud please don't give my benefits to me which i won, i have no problem and also you can deactivate my account permanently if you want.
                                      Because i can not use Flipkart, if Flipkart thinks I was involved in such kind of activities.

                                      One more thing i want to ask why your customers care representative don't know about these issues and resolution and why they ask everytime to give 2 day, 5 days to solve the issue as this is the general issue as they must aware of these terms and conditions.

                                      If they asking us for time it means they don't know what type of issue is this, they are just wasting the time and also they are not aware of yours term and condition so how can you expect from a customer that he/she know these rules.

                                      So at last i would say thank you for atleast replying and do whatever you want to do and again i would say take my all rewards including Supercoin and deactivate my account permanently if you want, but don't ever tried to say me a fraud.

                                        I have a complaint about a order whose order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered this product when I was on ship to my friends home and when I came back and found that I have received a fake product. I have raised a complaint against it but customer care team denied to raised complaint against it and they resolve my querry by saying you are very late to return this product. And yes it's true that I trust on flipkart and order this product earlier and have not check it's Originality. But the thing is flipkart has written it's a verified product so how could they sold me duplicate product. And I have paid for a brand but they gave me a road side product. I have last talked to Mr. Ali Khan from customer support as he is senior and he said that I have no other options and they forcely saying that your querry is resolved. So according to consumer they have cheated me by sending me fake product.
