Flipkart — Delivery boy is rude and not answerable - OD[protected]

I have ordered a 3 set Safari Trolley bag and wanted it to be delivered by 5th March 2025. I got the delivery boy number via notification and i tried to reach him since 8am and he never picked up the call or gave a return call. When i just stepped away for something around 12.30 he cam home and said he will deliver the product to the Neibhour. I insisted that Ill be back and asked him to wait. He did not say anything, abruptly disconnected the call and left with no info. Then i got a notification saying package is undelivered and only can be delivered the next day. Next day as soon as i got up checked and noticed the delivery date changed to 7th March. The delivery persons changes the delivery status and dates according to their wish and nobody bothers to address this in flipkar. Numerous calls to customer service made no difference and all of them are rude. Now i dont know when it will be delivered as nobody seems to give a proper info and the deliver boy doesnt accepts the calls.
