I ordered 4 Yonex Nanoray 70 badminton rackets when I was onsite. Each costed Rs 1715.00. They were delivered to my parents who do not know the product name that was ordered. When I checked after back from onsite, I realised that incorrect product was delivered. Only one racket was Yonex Nanoray and the rest were Yonex ZR 100 light which costed only Rs 500.00 each. I was scammed. Flipkart customer service is pathetic who keep on repeating the return policy. They care less about their customers. It seems like they have joined hands with scammers. Sad thing is they do not have the details of their sellers and acting as a shield. Order no: OD[protected]

      I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a recent exchange order processed through Flipkart. The matter involves fraudulent behavior by a Flipkart delivery executive, which has resulted in financial loss and a breach of trust.

      Details of the Incident:
      1) During the exchange process, the delivery executive informed me that my mobile had some usage marks, and as a result, the exchange value would be reduced by approximately ₹3, 000.
      2) I was instructed to pay this amount via UPI as part of the Cash on Delivery process. However, I discovered that the payment was directed to the delivery executive's personal account, raising immediate suspicion.
      3) Upon questioning the delivery executive, I received an unclear response. I promptly reported this issue to Flipkart's support team.
      4) Flipkart support advised me to verify the invoice and raise a complaint if the amount was not reflected. Upon checking, only ₹700 is documented as COD in my invoice, meaning an excess ₹2, 300 was collected unlawfully.
      5) Despite raising this complaint, and provided the UPI details of transection and other, Flipkart has closed my complaint twice without providing any resolution or clarifying the actions taken. I have now reopened the complaint, but the repeated closure of the issue without explanation appears suspicious. This raises concerns about whether Flipkart is attempting to hide the issue or if there is internal involvement in such fraudulent activities. I urge Flipkart to clarify its stance and take responsibility for resolving this matter transparently.

      Impact:
      As a loyal Flipkart customer, this incident has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. It also raises serious concerns about Flipkart's oversight of its delivery personnel and processes, especially regarding handling payments.

      Desired Resolution:
      1) Immediate refund of ₹2, 300 collected unlawfully.
      2) A detailed investigation into the fraudulent activities of the delivery executive.
      3) Clarification from Flipkart regarding the repeated closure of my complaint without resolution.
      4) Assurance from Flipkart about measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

      I am posting this complaint on a public forum to ensure accountability and to alert other customers about potential fraud risks during delivery. I request Flipkart to address this issue urgently and take the necessary corrective actions.

          See i have ordered Alpino peanut butter and i received it today that is 03 December 2024 but as i opened it there was butter all over the bottle even though it was sealed.It has no return policy so i want it to be replaced as soon as possible as i received damaged product and this is not my issue it is your issue

            Seller or brand's contact number unavailable switched off and many times phone calls and mail but no response service center..

            Purchase melbon kids smart watch but after downloading app and conect watch time showing error ( registration code)

            Many times complain but response by Flipkart last one month no response we require only seller or service center no but not provided till today I am very tired and I decided complaint registrar to consumer court

              I placed an order for Nike Air Monarch IV Training and Gym Shoes on 25th Nov at 8.32pm through the below link and paid Rs3692 via Gpay (payment proof attached) Ref No.[protected], although amount is been deducted the order is not reflecting in my Orders after 48hrs too. Need to cancel the order and get an refund for the same.

                The mobile recd was a defect piece and the screen of the mobile has already been replaced which was not noticed at the time of receipt. Now the screen of the mobile is not working. While checking the same it has come to the notice that screen of the phone has already replaced and the finishing of the screen is not good

                    With due respect I want to state that on[protected] a delivery boy having gpay no[protected] which is registered in the mane of shaban kumar s/o Bodh Raj delivered a parcel whose delivery charges are 310 rupees unfortunately I was not at home same boy called me [protected] from this no... . On this I send that amount on gpay but due to some technical issue amount didnot send to above said Gpay number and transction is under process so my mother gave the same amount on cash form... Yesterday my amount is deducted from my account and send to above said Gpay number. In this form delivery boy received double amount on my single product. Now I called him since yesterday but he did not received my call and didnot reply my messages..
                    So plz take intiaitive on this and return my hard money from this type of careless delivery boy

Now he wants they replacement of the product or they refund his amount ASAP.

                        I have a Purchased a Gaming laptop on 30th Sep, 2024 - order id OD[protected]. Flipkart sold it with 3 years onsite warranty + 3 years lenovo ultimate support + 1 year damage protection. However, I was given a defective laptop (battery drains within an hr), when I tried to reach Lenovo in the month of Oct'2024, they told me that my machine's warranty started on Mar2023 & expired on Mar'2024 & I have no active warranty.

                        I was initially made to sort out with Lenovo & flipkart denied any support from their end. I have shared the emails from Lenovo back to flipkart & also tried to reach out to their social media team via X.

                        I was assured that they will return my money as seller accepted my request, however, I was travelling that time I have asked them to arrange the pickup next week.

                        Now that I am back after a week, Flipkart team is back again with them, they are claiming now that my issue is resolved. They close any ticket I raise stating issue resolved without giving any resolution.

                        It's an expensive laptop, and I cant afford being a victim of their game & lose my money there.

                                I am writing regarding my recent order (Order ID: OD[protected] placed on November 12, 2024, for an Aldo backpack on Flipkart. The order was initially scheduled for delivery on November 16, 2024, but was delayed to November 19, 2024.

                                I made multiple calls to your customer support team between November 16 and 18, requesting updates and faster delivery. On the morning of November 18, I was informed that the order would be delivered within 24 hours. However, later that evening, I received a text stating that the order was cancelled due to non-acceptance during delivery.

                                This information is incorrect as I did not receive any call or visit from the delivery personnel. Additionally, I never requested the order's cancellation. Despite my immediate call to your support team upon receiving the text, I was informed that the refund process had already started, and no assistance could be provided to reinstate the order.

                                I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. I kindly request:

                                1. Reinstatement of my original order at the earliest.

                                2. Clear communication regarding the actual delivery status.

                                3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay and mismanagement.

                                Please look into this matter urgently. I hope to see a resolution soon and appreciate your attention to this matter.

                                Received a message today morning i.e. 19th November-
                                "Flipkart Item(s) Cancelled: Based on your request, ALDO[protected].1 L B... from your order have been cancelled by the seller."
                                I did not contacted the seller for the cancellation. This is not true.

                                      I ordered a phone through the "Pay Later" option and chose to pay in EMI. I received only one OTP, which I shared during the transaction. Furthermore, I received only one phone. However, when I went to make my EMI repayment, I noticed that two phones' EMIs are being displayed for repayment, despite the fact that I only received one phone. I raised this issue 15 days ago, but despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request you to investigate and rectify this error at the earliest, as I do not want to be charged for a second phone that I did not receive.

                                        I had ordered a 14 carat gold ring online during Flipkart sale of size 19 on 28th sept

                                        On 18th Oct, gold ring of size 15 was delivered
                                        I have raised a return request with images of the product and packaging
                                        This was denied
                                        I raised another return request and provided the same images and this time return was approved and pickup was scheduled for 4th Nov
                                        Inspite of multiple follow ups, no one turned up for pickup and my return was cancelled again
                                        On raising another ticket, I am asked to wait again for my return to be approved with no end in sight
