They will show you reasonable price as the exchange value for your old item and then you will proceed with the order believing you only need to pay the remaining amount. I am trying to return curtains I received in 26 Jan 2023, and the return date is 2nd Feb 2023. However, I am not able to return the product as it shows some error "oops, some error occurred" even though the product is returnable. I have tried contacting the customer care but they are also not able to resolve the issue.

A few days ago a Deactivated my Flipkart account but now I am unable to Reactivate it. On app it is showing contact to Customer Care.

Someone is using my gmail ID as their, flipkart ID, i am getting all the updates of his purchases. i even got his phone number, and name because it looks like he raised a complaint about one of his purchases and flipkart tried to call his phone to resolve the issue, when flipkart couldn't get to him over the phone, flipkart email (to my email Id) saying Mr. Mathew, we tried to call you on +[protected] but got no answer.

Instead of providing the correct product, again and again the seller says that I have not provided clear images of the product. It has been almost two weeks now.
