[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delivery boy misbehave and flipkart not give me any solution to reorder on new address

Hello Flipkart
What's going on with my Order ID - OD[protected] .the delivery is still 5 days late. And when i go the nearest hub where my parcel is available the delivery agent(ekart delivery boy) asking me 2000/- Rs for my prepaid order and talk to me in abusive language .he threats me on call on too. He try to punch me. The rude behaviour .and when i contact with customer support they always only raise complaint only. The delivery boy due to money issue raise a unnecessary comments on delivery like address mismatch and incomplete address. I regularly call on flipkart customer care 3-4 times in a day but i don't get my solution. The senior head not contact me .

And I am not able to cancel the product and reorder because i buy my laptop worth 77, 170/-rs on previous sale and now the price is increased to 84, 990/- rs . please try to resolve it .

Next time I never do shopping with flipkart

What kind of behaviour is this. I have complaint that Your so-called widhmaster is not delivering the product and abusing and instead of taking action against him, my prepaid order has been cancelled without any prior intimation. how could you cancel my order without my permission or asking me. I have been assured that the issue will be resolved by 16th August. is this the resolution?? Who is gonna pay the raised price and the loss of 5% cashback. Very much disappointed Flipkart. It's clearly visible that no action has been taken against the delivery agent and instead, customer is bearing the loss.

I placed a prepaid order on 5th AUG for ASUS ROG Strix G15 Core i7 10th Gen which was listed at a price of Rs.78, 990. There was an ongoing offer on Axis bank card so I arranged "FLIPKART AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD" for which I got a discount of Rs. 1, 295 (10% off in Axis bank credit card) + Rs.500 (Additional flat Rs.500 off on Axis Bank credit card) + 5% cashback on Flipkart axis bank credit card i.e. Rs.3109. The laptop costed in all me Rs.77, 170 (except 5% cashback). I was given the estimated delivery date of 9th AUG. The Pincode was marked Non-serviceable and the delivery executive (Contact Number: [protected]) asked for Rs.2000 extra to deliver the product to my Pincode. I tried receiving the product from the HUB as well but I was refused straight away and did not register any complaint against the delivery executive as well. Then eventually I registered a complaint by calling the helpline number against the Delivery executive elaborating them the complete concern and they assured me that the product will be delivered by 11th AUG. I waited for 2 more days believing that the assurance that is being provided to me is genuine and out of concern but it did not. The order did not reach me on the 11th as well. Getting no help from the helpline, I took the help of the social media team and one of the agents assured me that my issue will be resolved by 16th AUG (resolution TAT), making me understand that the logistic is a separate entity and the action taken by them is internal and i have every single conversation recorded with me as well. Finally, my order was canceled on 15th AUG, without my consent or even informing me and now the price of the product is approximately Rs.81, 000 and the loss of 5% cashback as I would not be able to arrange the Flipkart Axis bank card again. I have been receiving calls from teams and they are providing me the resolution by providing me the information about the refund which is not my major concern. My major concern is about the Price that has been raised and secondly about the 5% cashback loss that I had to bear due to the inability of the logistic team to deliver the product at the given address.

I'm here to humbly request you kindly provide me with the Price difference amount and Provide me with the 5% compensation that I would have got if this order would have got delivered or else I had to take this concern to the highest authority I could even it takes me anything so that Flipkart starts to value its customers and to improve its poor customer service. I expect a call from some senior, someone who has some authority to take decisions wisely and not the human robots.
