I bought a Mi 11 lite which is hanging while scrolling the screen. When I placed a replacement request a technitian came to check the device and he sees the problem the software he used to diagnose didn't recognise the problem, So my request got denied. The same have repeated 3 times now. I have contacted the customer like 7 times and they are unable to resolve the issue.
I mean, My device has a issue but the software cannot recognise it how hard is that to understand. That doesn't change the fact that the problem exists. So please Akshnav Online accept my return request.

    I have ordered a MSI laptop and it was supposed to deliver by yesterday. Delivery executive called me and said the order will be delivered in 1hr. I cancelled my other plans and waited for the delivery as there is noone else to receive. Forget about delivering yesterday, he is not even responding to my calls. I have been calling from the morning as I have to meet doctor. Even Flipkart customer care person also told me I should expect delivery Aug 13th, which is a week after promised delivery date. I don't understand when the product has reached nearest hub, why does it take 1week just to reach the address. I have formatted my old laptop as I'm replacing with new one. How can they expect me not to work for a week just because I ordered from Flipkart.

      At 29 july i ordered a bluetooth speaker boat stone 1500 on cod but within one hour I paid for this product through google pay .
      1st august when the delivery boy came and asked me for pay the money in cod he said that he didn't get any confirmation regarding my prepaid order. So i decline the order and order return to the seller but i didn't get my refund back.
      It's 11 day now I am still waiting for my refund.. I don't know why flipkart doing this.

        The issue that I have experienced was: I received a defective laptop from Flipkart and had just made a request to return it on on 30th July and get a refund for it. But Flipkart rejected my return request. I tried to return my product many times but whenever I created an issue the Flipkart authorities rejected my refund request by saying, “the seller is unable to process your request “. When I called them, they told me that a technician will come to visit and check my laptop but I have not received any input regarding the technician yet. I’m not able to place any request on Flipkart and whenever I open the app and see my return request, it says that my issue has been resolved even when it hasn’t. The name of the Flipkart customer care executives are Swaroop, Shreeroopa and Shreeshah who assured us quick resolution but we haven’t received any input from them yet.

        It occurred on: 31/07/2021

        I would like to get a refund of my product

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

          Sir, my account has been blocked today. I have created a replacement of my order as its IMEI no is showing wrong model name and wrong serial no on IMEI.INFO. I have not done anything illegal with Flipkart! Kindly consider my plea and activate my account ASAP as my replacement order is pending of which I am in dare need.

            I placed three orders with Flipkart.

            This was delivered but the packaging was really terrific so I ordered a replacement. Instead of replacing it, the delivery executive showed delivered. I did not even receive a call let alone the product.

            The replacement still hasn't been delivered but it still shows as updated. Disgusted by this behaviour. Never ordering from Flipkart again.

              Hi Team

              I bought motorola TV from Flipkart on 5th August it's got delivered next day but it's been 3 days now no one has contacted for installation, I'm also following up with customer service but they are not providing any new information, they are only saying that they have raised a complaint and they are working on it.
              This is very pathetic and frustrating.

                Flipkart has sent me a damaged screen MacBook Air and after return, they are not refunding the amount. Everyday they are saying the same thing that please wait for 48 hours and team is working. Their team never calls me back and always marks false update that issue is resolved, even without returning the amount.

                First of all, I was asked to wait till 31st July. Then the date got extended till 3rd August.
                Again it got extended till 6th, then 9th. And now they are asking me to wait till 11th August.

                Flipkart is delaying the refund process everyday by using unfair tactics.

                  I have purchase from Flipkart on 24 May 2021.

                  1- Laser distance meter (Order ID OD[protected]

                  Till now not received.

                  2- Android TV box (Order ID OD[protected].

                  Order for India Origin product but received china of Origin product without accessories and after compliant Flipkart duping Rs 5006, Super coin around 400 and blocked my Flipkart account. .

                    On *28th July 2021* and the expected delivery date is *Friday 6th August
                    2021* but didn't receive the product till now also their is no packaging
                    and no shipment details shared on Flipkart Mobile application.

                    at First the order expected delivery is *1st of August* and it's not done
                    also as per scheduled date it's on *6th of August* and still the product is
                    not delivered.

                    I've wasted my time and money for too much time and still I didn't received
                    my product.

                    Why such delays and why I'm not getting my product. Also I've paid the
                    whole amount and my product amount is high I'm get tensed as still I didn't
                    receive my order.

                      I am a seller selling on flipkart from last 3 months and my orders reached to 800+ customer and now suddenly the flipkart has blocked my seller account giving reason of seller fraud however they are only providing computer generated same reply they are not giving reason what fraud I did but they are not even responding They hold my amount of sale worth rs 65000 which they are reducing day by days they have holded that amount and they are not responding to any of my complaint. Now the returns which is damaged and fake for which I had raised request for claim they are rejecting all of them. I don't know what is my fault they are not giving any reason and also not given any warning mail. They have also not given any mail before suspending my account as they were stated that before putting hold they will sent us a mail.
                      They are doing worst with seller I have hear about so many seller who's account has been suspended giving same reason. Flipkart is doing it purposely to hold money of seller and use it for 2 month. But what about the seller like me who have invested all the money in business who's home was running with the amount of business. I am adjusting myself but what about other if any seller did suicide due to such pressure and hold of amount then who will be responsible for that?
                      Requesting to please take action atleast I want 1 chance or clear reason what I did or else my payment should be given to me now.

                            OD[protected] Sir this is order id which is updated in Flipkart App as delivered on 8th August. But I have not received the Product. It is wrong updation. Till now Flipkart is not providing resolution.

                              On 29th July, I ordered a Logitech Hyperion mouse which was on sale, the seller RetailNet was supposed to deliver by 30th July. Initially I chose the COD option but soon after that made the payment using PhonePe UPI. Now it seems my money is stuck in Payment Processing forever and they didn't even resolve the issue after calling them for over 20 times. They want me to place an order again and only then they will initiate refund for my previous order which has failed. I was like why would I do that? Who would take responsibility for my next payment if it is stuck in processing again? Everytime I ask for a resolution they delay it by 5 days, they have already done that twice. What is going on with them? Guys please be careful while placing an order on Flipkart. I should've placed the order somewhere else.

                              I want to file a case against Flipkart and how should I do? can anybody tell me?

                              What took them a month to solve the issue and I was at my breaking point. It felt like a cyberbullying so I will never order anything from Flipkart ever again. It is one of the trusted sites regularly buy from and all those "Cancel Anytime" are business gimmick. Today Flipkart has lost one of their Loyal Customer.

                                  i have orderd noice colour fit pro 3 for the price of 3999/- on july 26 and i have received on 30 july with completely different product.
                                  on 30 july i have raised replacement request, after 4 days replacement cancelled due to (there is no stock on dealers side)

                                  2nd time i have raised refund request and again refund cancelled without any information from exicutive.

                                  3rd time i had raised replacement request, but pickup not done untill now, the last date for pickup was 06.07.2021 still there is

                                  no calls from delivery persons.

                                  today im facing with my flipkart account, that account has been blocked. and im not satisfied with flipkart service and totally very disappointed, and still there is not resolution after discussed with flipkart exicutive.

                                  i request you to unblock the flipkart account as soon as possible.

                                      Last year I buyed marq falkon laptop now it's like 1year 1month warranty has expired but company should provide service though the service is available spare parts are not available for repair and which I said I will pay service charges and one more thing this laptop cannot be repaired by outside service centres, I didnt bought this laptop only for 1year right and they didnt provide any options...I need further option or replacement

                                      This issue has not been resolved it checked by the falkon service people and said the spare parts of laptop is not available it has same issue it just on for 2 or 1min and it shutdown automatically, , it stopped working exactly after warranty expired in a week
