[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery boy unable to accept product which I am going to return

I have placed order for adidas shoes but due to poor quality i am raising request for returning the product. Return order is accepted by you but delivery boy who are coming to pick the product are not accepting the product because he told me that product was used so we can not accept.
Let me bring to your kind notice that product was used only for 2 days but after using the product we come to know that quality of the shoes is very poor.
As adidas is a good brand we never thought quality is being concern for returning the product but due to quality issue only i am going to return this product.
As i am placing lot of order from flipkart and also received good service but this time i am not getting proper service from your side.
Request to instruct the deliver boy to accept the product and refund my amount at the earliest

Request you to note down the refund reference number FT[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
