I paid 9999 rupees on 29 dec 2019 while purchasing a mobile handset.
When i paid amount with transaction id upiar/[protected] at 3:04 pm with my flipkart id [protected].
Item gone out of stock and order id not generated.
In my flipkart application no order is shown but i have transaction id and bank details of my payment
My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com
Many times i wrote and try to ask about my concern and refund of money.
But they are asking for more time to wait.
Check my transaction details and help me to get refund.

    I have orderd am edifice ed470 analog watch on 6th january 2020 on flipkart for my husband's birthday. I am planning to go to out of station based on the delivery date by which i would receive it which was mentioned as 9th january 2020. I received message today saying that i will he receiving it today. I also spoke with a customer care executive of flipkart today and said that i will receive it today. But suddenly i received a message saying that the product is delayed and that i will be receiving it by 15th january 2020. The person who spoke with me was mr. Singaravelu and he disconnected the call while i was speaking with him and his response was very poor. I demand an apology and an untime delivery. Customers are not fools to wait and that flipkart just changes it's time. I demand a responsible answer, my product on time today 9th january 2020 as promised earlier and an apology from the staff for disrespecting me.

      Hi,

      Flipkart has stopped the affiliate marketing, i have earned 4150/- they have a minimum of 5k for eft, i have dropped emails multiple times. But no response from them, how can i get the funds to my account.

      I have waited for almost 1 year, still the amount is not credited in my account. It's been pretty long time but it's hopeless, please help flipkart team.

      Flipkart please transfer the amount asap, my tracking i'd is 'cashfreek'.

      I have raised this complaint long back, team has sent email that it is closed and shared the amount, but still i didn't receive any amount on part of affiliate. There is reference number that is mentioned but i didn't receive any amount of 4150/-

      I have raised complaints twice, but no response. The mail says Gift voucher is issued. But I haven't received any mail related to that. Every time I get an email to share the number so that they will contact me for he issue.

      But Flipkart team never contacted me for the same.

      Struggled a lot to earn the affiliates, but finally that has not reached me only. Which is very bad about flipkart

        I ordered a jacket but recived different one so i requested return and my request has been accepted by seller but curior didn't pickup my product.
        I applied 7th times but every time curior denay to pickup.
        Every time flipkart tells that your puckup will happen next day but curior denay.
        So refund my money immediately and talk to your curior partner.

          charged for the same product twice

          I order apple airpods (Version 2) on flipkart on monday 6th january. During the course of the order procedure there was an issue. Initially i chose to pay the amount (14, 900/- inr) online through debit card. During payment i was shown a message that telling me that the payment could not be made and the order was unsuccessful because the transaction was rejected by the bank.           Placed and paid an order at M/S FLIPKART.COM along with other item on 23.12.2019. The promise date of delivery was 30.12.2019 later delivery date updated as 03.01.2019.

          Till 4th January 2020 there were no update of the order, after contact they assured by 08.01.2020 my problem will be solved.

          Till date 08.01.2020{08.20 pm) it was not delivered. Now date of order forcefully and tactically changed to 08.01.2020 instead of 23.12.2019 by wiring order date and confirmed date.

          And as the information provided by FLIPKART it will be delivered before 03.01.2020.

          I want necessary action against them and their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SEEMA

          I have never declined the item neither Flipkart have asked confirmation.

I will never recommend anyone Flipkart they are cheaters looted my wallet money. They should improve their service first.as nobody wants to get their accounts blocked.               I had created flipkart account 3 years back with a mobile number 992911xxxx. It was my mom's number and she lost her sim about about an year ago.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as the old no. Sim is lost and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

But they thinks that i use to further resell phones. What if my family members want to buy a phone. I use my id so that i can earn some super coins also. But this is wrong.

                  I have joined flipkart affiliate programme in jan, 2017.

                  We have successfully completed the payment threshold in september we have earned 7, 444/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in dec 2018 (Completion of 60 days). But the amount was not transferred in our account in dec 2018.

                  We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

                  They are not providing any support and not even there is a number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard-earned money.

                        Order OD[protected]
                        Date of Incident 9.12.2019

                        Description of Issue:
                        I am Loveleen sharva and I ordered SAMSUNG GALAXY PHONE from Flipkart worth 25900.
                        They delivered a faulty Phone and i reported immediately for a replacement.

                        The Ekart person came for pick said, the complaint option selected in the system is wrong, please correct option and file again.
                        I cancelled the replacement and it took 72 hrs to reopen the option to file a complaint.

                        I filed the complaint the Ekart person came again said there are multiple problems with Phone, please talk to Customer Care they can raise the Multiple issues.

                        I again cancelled the replacement request waited for 3 days, the option again reopened and I called the Customer Care, they assured me the replacement.

                        However when the replacement phone arrived Ekart person said the Option selected in Ekart is not matching with the Option selected, so please call Customer Care.

                        And when I again said that cancel and file the complaint again.

                        Customer care started saying the period is over we can't replace your phone, please go to the service centre as the phone is under warranty.

                        this was the moment I realised that they just wasting my time so that the return period gets over.

                        Once the period over they say we can't replace your phone.

                        All this has costed me 25900 INR.

                        Resolution: I need my money back 25900

                              This incident took place on 7th jan 2020 . I have ordered products from my flipkart account([protected]@gmail.com). on 5th jan 2020 as I ordered grocery products and made payments regarding those orders but after a day of order placement they automatically cancelled few products from those . I hereby suffered a lot they did not refund my money for that cancellation and neither they filed a compolaint against that.

                                A complaint had been lodged on 11 August 2019 for a defective Marq TV 43 inch. Subsequently their engineer has come and de-installed the TV.
                                A mail has been received saying a refund has been approved post pickup of the TV.

                                Till date no one is coming to pickup the TV.

                                Several calls have been made only to receive assurances that the matter is being escalated.

                                Attaching pictures mail and sms's exchanged although I'm afraid they may not be in chronological order.

                                I'm still forced to use the old TV which obviously we have no other option to. The colour has turned pink we have no choice.

                                Its obvious these people are using delay tactics and do not want to refund the money at all.

                                I didn't ask for a refund. The TV was good while it worked so I insisted on a replacement. Yet being their own brand they are not able to replace it and neither are they picking it up so I can get the refund and buy another one

                                  I placed this order (Sony CyberShot DSC-HX90V/BCIN5) on 26 December, and they confirmed the delivery date as 3 Jan. I paid ₹26, 951 (including ₹52 as delivery charge). Until 3 Jan, the status of the order has been "Order placed" and hence I raised many complaints (with no use whatsoever). A few customer care executives contacted me, assuring that the issue will be taken care of. But the status of the order remained the same. On 3 Jan afternoon, I found that the delivery date has been changed to 9 Jan (with no communication regarding the same to me).

                                  Flipkart themselves is not sure if the product is available. They cant share the contact details of the seller as its against their policy, nor do they have any alternative to get the product to me (from another seller, may be). All they do is give automated messages such as "I do understand your concern." or "Please don't worry, I will definitely share your concern with the seller." "Please be assured this time, since we are closely looking into your issue and will make sure to get your issue regarding order delivered resolved by January 10, 2020." -- How irresponsible is that? That too after getting the full amount from the customer!!!

                                  I want the product to reach me at the earliest as possible (not beyond their agreed timeline -- i.e., 9 January).

                                  This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!

                                    Dear Flipkart management,

                                    I’m one of the regular customer to Flipkart recently I have purchased one LG TV Smart 32 inc it has been delivered @ 25-12-19 but which is the delivered product is stock defective then I was requested to replace the same product 15 days got over nobody is not responding now it is showing in Flipkart app we will replace the product on[protected] days required for replacement product ...??????
                                    In between I had called n numbers of time to Flipkart customer care even they also not responding properly they said replacement is not possible from my end that’s it no more discussions this is the way of speaking with customers..??????!!!
                                    Also demo & installation call also cancelled 3 times without my knowledge why it’s like that it’s shameless to Flipkart management.!!!
                                    Even after customer paying the money Why should struggled customer & why should take unwanted tensions in fully fed up on Flipkart service & mentally disappointed so for the above F-CK OFF reasons I need a compensation & immediately replacement of the product.
                                    At least this time I’m expecting quick response from your end ..!!!
