I have ordered the mi let tv 55inch 4 k tv, that amount around 40, 000. They have send the wrong service number product and the service number mentioned in the invoice is different. Now, i have asked for the updated invoice, that flipkart group was replied me as, we will do replace or refund. I mailed them as both is ok for me. Now, that flipkart team informing me as, we can’t accept replace or refund. Now, tv have problem, if i approach service center means, they have asking the invoice and product service number is different. Can you please guide me what necessary action can take against the flipkart group.
