This is the second time i have been blocked from playing in the flipkart gamezone. I really do not understand on what basis do you guys decide that i have cheated because i have not.

Even last time when i started winning regularly flipkart blocked me from playing and now again after i started winning regularly, i am blocked again for no good reason. It is not fair of flipkart to block me for just winning regularly because that is what we play for. By blocking me it is flipkart that is not playing fair.
So please unblock my account from flipkart gamezone at the earliest.

But why are you blocking me when I have not done any fraudulent activities while playing on the contests. I would like to know on what basis have you identified or decided that I had done fraudulent activities to win the contests?

I believe you guys are blocking me just because I have been winning regularly. But I win regularly because I am good at playing those games.
So please give me a valid proof of my fraudulent activity for which you have blocked me and if you are unable give that, then I would request you to unblock me.

This is really not expected from you guys, to block users whenever you feel like blocking them without any reason.

    I ordered product 'labrada muscle weight gainers/mass gainers (5443 g, chocolate)' order id - od[protected]. Amount paid : rs. 4049/-. My product got delivered on 13th-december-2019. I received fake product from the seller. There are no details such as mfd, lot no., etc on that product delivered to me, so i raised return requests several times but wishmaster have cancelled it again and again without any valid reason. Every time i raise return request, i got message with pickup boy mobile no. And pin but each time wishmaster deny to come to pick that product as he said that didn't got any mail for pickup of product from flipkart. Wishmaster cancels return request every time with false reasons and didn't even contact me for pickup. I feel trapped in circle where i am told to wait for 24hrs again and again from customer support from so many days and i got no proper response about why my pickup is not getting completed and getting cancelled again and again after raising refund request. My latest pickup had to be completed on 23th december but still i got no response from customer support why product is not getting pickup. Please pick this duplicate product asap and i want refund only and nothing else asap.
    Need the resolution as earlier as possible because its been high time now.

      I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.

      And provides an option to go back to game zone.

        Hii, my lost debit card was used by someone to purchase something flipkart. My card details were filled by the unknown person but no transaction happened because i received the otp. Can i know the id of the user who used my card so i can find the person because along with my atm some of my important documents were also stolen. Need help.           Hello, i have ordered one pepe jeans shirt on november 23, it arrived with massive smaller size issue, immediately contacted customer service for the same, they were about to initiate return request that time. But i was travelling somewhere out of town so requested them to initiate the return request once i return back in the town. Now yesterday i have returned but the issue was different, i tried to place the return request myself from my fk app and website but due to some technical issues i was unable to submit the return request on their app and website. Even tried to contact with them over phone, but that time all customer executives were busy so i was getting only callback option on ivr, placed the same but still did not receive any callback, and clock stroke 12, november 24th around 00.15am i got connected with them over chat channel, but the support agent completely refused to take the product back as 30 days policy passed, they didn't understand even what issue i faced exactly. Not satisfied with fk, this is complete example of worst customer support and they try to save their back after providing incorrect products. Immediately do the needful.

              I have ordered crocs scandals size 8 but i received size 9 then i checked their was no replacement in the column only refund option so i called flipkart i spoke to their coustomer agent for 1.30hr but they handed my call by saying nothing. But why they deliver wrong product if they don't have
              Secondly i have ordered a t-shirt half size xl and half length but i received large size and different print also again same...
              Thirdly again i ordered crocs scandal same size 8 again i received size 9 and again they dont have any solution expect refund but being a coustomer i just want my thing delevired... If possible i need a wrttie. Mail from flipkart stating apologise for what they have done.

                  Error for fair game play pops up everytime I try to access any of the flipkart games. I have used only one ID since 4months and This is the first time this error is showing up for no reason apparently. I use only one account and comply to all the terms and conditions for the same.
                  Please fix the issue ASAP!
                  Or provide an explanation for the exact violation of terms and conditions done on my part.
                  This vague exclusion is absolutely horrible and unforgiving.

                    I am flipkart plus customer and i ordered multiple items from flipkart but they are not providing me valid awb numbers or tracking id i complained several times and cancelled my orders because i am not able to track my orders. When i called regarding this matter they are simply telling that sir we can't track it is server issue but till wait for promised date you will get the order if you don't get it even after promised date then call us and we will look into it. If we can't track the order how can we know where is it and when will we get it we also have to arrange money if it is cash on delivery order. If we can't track the order they why the hell tracking option is given. My orders are given below

                    Its been around a month or two that my flipkart affiliate payment is due. I have crossed the minimum threshold and all banking and verifications are done. I have tried to repeatedly connect with them but i got no response. My payment is due and I've not gotten any update or any communication and it is still due.
                    I have ordered one Nokia mobile from flip kart on 7th DEC 19. Yet order is not placed on expected delivery time by flip kart team(17th dec). also i don't get any response from flip kart representative.kindly do the need full.

                      I am Flipkart plus user and claimed Youtube premium membership for 6 months. After claiming reward, I got some different terms and conditions than it was before claiming it. I had registered a c complaint against it but Flipkart call centre was not ready to listen. I feel like betrayal. 0 customer satisfaction.

                        I have ordered apple iphone 11 128gb. But flipkart delivered me an apple airpod after complaining for the same they have rejected my return request without any update again i posted their fraudulent activity on twitter then they asked me for 24 hours and after that they have sent me a message that they have confirmed it with the courier that the product is successfully delivered to me.
                        Is this a joke??
                        I will not stop till i get my product or my hard earned money.

                            1) regarding iphone 11 camera protector: nonsense design. Check the iphone backside camera and compare with the protector (Attached pic). From front side seems ok, however when flip this to back side black part is sticky part, which have glue to stick with camera bump. Such a foolish people even before designing this they didnt think that this will also cover the flash light and laser auto focus pointer.

                            Please check all the screenshot attached in the feedback. Even having such non sense product flipkart kept is non refundable.

                            Ideally, when a promising products are not delivered, they should at-least return the money for the same disregards of either refundable or not.
                            See the screenshot which they were showing in site, its say clearly its a iphone 11 protector.

                            2: gorilla tripod: flipkart return the product however sent again a faulty product. I ask for refund the amount because i cant back and forth for products.
                            In tripod mentioned it can hold 1.5kg, however its so tiny that even in 200 gm it was not able to stand or hold in tied conditions.

                              I ordered a hp laptop and it had an issue.

                              I was told it will be picked up by 18rh and still no one had come.

                              I need the refund asap as i want to buy a new laptop.

                              I ws told that it will be picked up by 18th as still no response from flipkart.

                              This is the third time i have received a faulty product from product and no proper solution ws given by your team.

                              Need to be careful buying products from flipkart as faulty products have been sold in discount its better to buy at local shops then on flipkart.

                              This things keep on repeating and don't think any actions are being against the seller.

                              I have to buy a laptop and i don't have time for your delayed response.

                              When is the order getting picked up so that i get refund of amount in my credit card as i have to buy a new laptop from a shop?

                              Can i have a update on this?

                                I ordered a "nitaitech edge to edge tempered glass for honor 8x mobile phone on december 19, 2019 wor th rs.179/- (Order id:od[protected]. The item delivered on 21.12.2019. At the time opening and inspecting i understand that the glass is not fit my phone. It is very small type and not fit my phone... But flipkart not provided return policy. Kindly interfere with this issue for refund my cash as early as possible.

                                  Flipkart has blocked my account saying high number of returns. However i can challenge one by one all recent orders why it has been returned or cancelled. Have shopped from flipkart in past years so much that myself being a flipkart plus member. Without consultation flipkart has blocked my account, also when contacting the customer care, they don't have any authority and continuously saying that backend team has blocked it. The last purchase was a jacket where the size was small and needed to return or exchange, which i am not able to do so having my account blocked. This is the service getting from flipkart being a flipkart plus member. The customer service is not upto the mark in this service having the expectation set up by flipakrt.

                                  Have you checked the history of purchases or discussed with me? Did you try to even check the reasons for the recent returns? Have you ever checked the total purchases made by me from that account?

                                  Did you respond to my emails? Did you tried to escalate it to the next level support who can do a thorough check?

                                    I have bought a water purifier in the month of september 2019 which got installed in first week of october. After installation the purifier started giving trouble related to tds maintenance and in last two months i have raised 4 service request to kent and inspite of changing the spares related to tds the water is still showing low tds value and low asked horrible. As the mineral content is low entire family started getting joint pains.
                                    Now when i approach kent they are claiming that we can only do service and they asked us to get back to flipkart as we bought the purifier through online and when i approach flipkart they are saying as per policy we can’t replace, so i would like to raise a complaint against flipkart as i got a defective good and kent is claiming that they can’t repair it anymore.

                                      Flipkart seller is doing fraud with me, i still did not receive any refund (₹ 1649/- and ₹ 1549/-) in my bank.

                                      Flipkat backend team is not taking any action. I feel very much shame that i do order from flipkart.

                                      I will never ever gonna use flipkart in future. I want you investigate this issue in detail and take action on flipkart backend team.

                                      Note: i escalated this refund issue in my bank and nodal officer confirmed that there is no refund provided from flipkart side.
