[Resolved]  Flipkart — delivery boy use abusive language

As my product dilver date is 21 jan. So the man who receive my order call me. He asked my proper address so the man who is going to dilver my product use abusive language. And he continiously told the person who was on phone and i heard his voice cleary and he use such a abusive and harsh language. How can he use this type of language with customer, is this is the way to talk with the customer and specially when the customer is female
