I will claimed your flipkart and ekart because ekart service is not deliver any shipment at home. Ekart service very slow and my shipment without ask me cancel. I have to face many problem from your service. Ekart service very bad.. And your friend face many problem because each fe visit our town masseur to sitamau.. Distance 30km and under sitamau town 220 village.. Your fe does not visit under village.. Then public's donot satisfy your fe. Plz improve your service otherwise all shipment sent to home town... Ekart doesn't work properly.. And not cover one dc to all district.. Plz make a part of dc in our district.. And send local courier as like ecom express, delihivery pvt ltd. Verified Support Feb 10, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order placed was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled from the courier service provider. Apologized for the cause and said feedback will be conveyed for the same. customer agreed for it. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
