I ordered one item on Oct-12 and it was expected to be delivered by Oct-15. On Oct-15, it was out for delivery from the nearest hub to the delivery address which is in distance of 2 km. But it was not delivered on that particular day. Neither I get any update on the next day (Oct-16) from Flipkart or ekart i.e logistic team responsible for flipkart delivery.
Hence I contacted flipkart customer support and asked for an explanation they couldn't help me instead created a ticket for this issue and asked me I will get a call from logistic team which I still didn't..
Again on Oct-17 I got sms that item has been out for delivery and tried to connect to delivery agent whole day. Neither he picked the call nor he delivered the item. On contacting to flipkart support, they didn't take responsibility again. It looks like a scam. There is no contact id or support number to connect ekart hence reaching out here. It looks like a scam which is repeating in loop. Can you please take action immediately?
