My brother has ordered a laptop through Flipkart and the delivery was through ekart. The initial estimated delivery was 21st July, but at the last minute they changed to 22nd July, and again it was changed to 24 th July, even after contacting customer service of Flipkart several times, they simply said that it will be delivered by the given date and when the delivery date passes and when I tried reaching out to customer service again, they just replied saying that again it will be delivered by new delivery data, but the package was stuck at Ekart office at Bangalore and the delivery location is tirupati. Even when we visited the Ekart office tirupati, they simply replied that it will be delivered once we receive the package. They are not making any attempts to contact the Bangalore Ekart office where the package was stuck to get it resolved and even Flipkart isn't doing anything on their end. This is not the first time it happened for us when we placed order through Flipkart and delivery partner was Ekart. I kindly request appropriate people to look into this matter and get the issue cleared as my cousin who is studying urgently needed the laptop for his academic and because of this issue it's getting delayed.
