On 16th April 2024, I ordered a laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad E14 AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 7530U - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) TP E14 Gen 5 Thin and Light Laptop) from Flipkart, Order ID: OD[protected],

After 4 days On 20th April 2024, I noticed that there are two very small dots on display. At that time I initiated a replacement request within 7 days replacement policy. In raised request, it was mentioned that technician visit date 2nd May 2024, replacement date 5th May 2024.

On 24th April 2024, Technician visited. He checked and confirmed the defect. He generated "E Report" and mailed on my registered email Id. That E Report pdf and 2 pictures of Dots uploaded on flipkart

On 27th April 2024, it was canceled without any reason. When I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for the reason, she told that it's canceled by the System. At the same day I generated 2nd replacement request which was cancelled on 28th April 2024 without reason.

On 28th April 2024, I generated 3rd replacement request which was canceled on 30th April 2024 without reason.

On 1st May 2024, I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for cancellation of request. She told flipkart backend team on your complaint. no need to raise replcement request. If you raise request the same will be happened. she told you will have to wait for backend team.

Today, I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for generating a replacement request. Executive Office told "it can not be possible becouse return policy for this product is expired. You should have to request same day or next day of cancellation date."

I am very hopeless. Kindly requesting you Sir/Madam take action on Flipkart. so that my problem could be resolved. Thank you!

Today, I got a DOA letter from Brand and shared the pdf copy of the DOA letter to flipkart but Flipkart not providing replacement of this product.

    I am greatly disappointed by the recent conduct of Flipkart. Without prior notification, they unilaterally shifted the EMI payment date from the 5th to the 2nd of the month. Consequently, I received a call on the 4th demanding payment, despite still being under the impression that the payment was due on the 5th, as per their previous communication via WhatsApp. This lack of transparency and inconsistency is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the accessibility issues plaguing their customer service helplines only exacerbate the problem. It is imperative that Flipkart addresses these issues promptly and implements measures to ensure better communication and service reliability.

      I purchased a stabilizer through Flipkart. It is still under warranty. It was damaged after 1 year and I sent an email on April 20, 2024.

      It has been 15 days and I have not received any response from their technitian team yet.

      They don't have an escalation matrix.

      Pathetic service and worst brand ever!!!

        I odered ifb 6kg front door washing machine product (2)on 15 April it will delivers on 18 April installation and demo on 20 April that day on out of station I said 21 April he will told 22 come but he will come on 23 April 1 washing machine completed and second washing machine back side door bottom parts dent it’s explained by ibf machine he only say please replacement product after I put on replacement but product will delivered on may 2 but today(may 2) same like dent product delivered again how long I will payment rs 22990 send more than 17 days still I can’t use product again it’s take more than 7 days for replacement product

          I have on 04 04 2024 purchased 2*400 gms(800gms) of Himalaya Quista DN health drink. An amount of Rs. 1341 was also paid in advance, After delay of 3 days from scheduled date of supply the box containing Quista was delivered to me on 15.04.24.
          But when I opened the box on 24.04.24 I felt that the weight of container is much less. When I cross checked the item it was found that I have been cheated by the supplier as they supplied 2*200 gm(400 gm). The size of the container was same as that of 400gm, deceptive and misleading.
          The n short the supplier has cheated me sending 400gm after squeezing out price for 800gm of the ordered item. Eventhough I contacted Flipkart they refuse help me, despite a clear case of cheating.
          I request you to help me to recover Rs.670 from the company with a compensation of Rs. 5000 as mental agony and distress.

            I have ordered one 1.5 Ton split AC Voltas on 07 Apr order no with order OD[protected], however the product is not delivered and upon so many times calling customer care i am still not able to cancel it through Flipkart App. I have requested for cancellation and refund, but till now there is no positive reply and no confirmation about my refund.
            Everytime date is being extended but no rep of customer care is giving me any confirmation its going to be a month and i felt cheated.

              Good Morning, Sir / Madam,

              In October 2023, I purchased an HP MT v220w 128 GB Pen Drive and utilized it to store portable apps. However, I encountered an issue where the pen drive stopped displaying any data. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I formatted the pen drive, but it only showed 32 GB of storage capacity. Subsequently, after another format, the available storage further decreased to 17.8 GB. This unexpected reduction in storage capacity is causing inconvenience and requires a solution to restore the pen drive to its original 128 GB capacity.

              I've followed the protocol outlined by both HP and Flipkart regarding the warranty claim for the product. HP has informed me that the product is deemed fake, which I've relayed to Flipkart along with the necessary email correspondence as evidence. However, despite providing the requested information, I have yet to receive a response from Flipkart regarding the next steps to resolve this matter.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  Today morning i received a call from flipkart [protected] at 8:41 am & again at 10:08 am and many other numbers from flipkart, they told me we have received a request for number change kindly press 1 for do not change the number - 1, pressed 1 after that they send otp & asked to submit (File attached), after that i received msg " you have successfully paid rs 7000 using flipkart pay later emi on flipkart.
                  I noticed the suspicious activity, informed that to customer service immediately but they said they can't cancel or return the product it is already purchased.
                  I requesting please take strict action against this & please cancel or return this item purchase & get my payment later money back to my account.

                    On April 15th, I placed an order for a printer on Flipkart with an expected delivery window of April 21st to 25th. Despite the product arriving at my location before the 21st, I repeatedly received notifications throughout the delivery window indicating that the item would be delivered, only to be disappointed at the end of each day when it wasn't.

                    Finally, on April 25th, I received a call from the courier informing me that they couldn't deliver the printer to my home and that I needed to collect it from their office. This was unacceptable to me, as I specifically chose the home delivery option when placing my order. If I wanted to collect it myself, I would have purchased it directly from a store instead of online.

                    Despite contacting Flipkart multiple times, they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution. They informed me that their delivery partner claimed my location had narrow roads, preventing them from delivering the product. However, this excuse is unfounded, as parcels from various courier services, including Ekart Logistics, are regularly delivered to my doorstep without any issues.

                    I find it completely unacceptable that Flipkart and their delivery partner are resorting to false excuses to avoid fulfilling their responsibility. If they were aware that they couldn't deliver the product to my location, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place.

                    Furthermore, the excuse given by the delivery agent, stating that the product is too large to deliver, is absurd. Despite my repeated contacts with Flipkart regarding this issue, they assured me and kept me waiting until yesterday, when at 10:57 PM, I was notified that my product was cancelled without my permission or knowledge. Flipkart took no action beyond simply accepting the courier partner's explanation. Neither is my product too large to deliver, nor does my location have narrow roads. Now, Flipkart is requesting that I place a new order, but at an increased price. This displays a highly irresponsible and unprofessional attitude on the part of Flipkart. I demand that they fulfill their commitment and deliver my product to my doorstep.

                            I placed an order (OD[protected]@Home by nilkamal Joyce Engineered wood (3door and 2door wardrobe) from Flipkart on April 1, 2024. I got the delivery on 13 april 2024 as promised. The installation date for the product was April 15, 2024. The installation team (Jeeves Consumer Services) simply closing the ticket without reaching me almost 3: tickets opened for installation all three got closed without reaching me mentioning false information...

                            I ordered 1 ton AC on Flipkart on 23rd April 2024 My Flipkart ( Order ID - OD[protected] I was canceling the order on the same day but the order was not canceled on the same day I am attaching below proof dated 24th April 2024 That order was out for delivery I don't accept that order I give delivery cancellation OTP to the delivery agent of Eckart Courier Company of Flipkart and I am attaching below the delivery cancellation message as proof of canceling that order I informed all to Flipkart customer care But they say your order has not been canceled, there is no update on our Flipkart website, it will take 48 hours, it has been 72 hours, but till now there is no update on their Flipkart website, in fact I canceled the order right away, the cancellation message is there. Proof is there but I'm not getting my full refund I want my full refund back

                                  I recently bought Oppo enco buds 2 from flipkart. It was the right product, because they open the product in front of you at the time of the delivery. Lets talk about the problems:
                                  1. There is supposed to be connectivity to an app to customize the touch features, but now the app has stopped compatability with this product which is fine, but they should mention it. False information
                                  2. The audio quality is so bad, its so choppy and cant make out what is happening

                                  I have already raised a complaint about a product on flipkart, which was Oppo enco buds 2. I want to return it for various reasons, but flipkart refuses to accept my return request.
                                  apparently, if its a technical problem i have to visit the Oppo store to resolve it. that is stupid, i bought the item from flipkart, i want to return it to flipkart.
