          I tried ordering a product from flipkart on 27th Dec 2023 and paid Rs 3144 for the same but order was not confirmed and after much effort tracking the same with the flipkart team, I was told that money is stuck in gateway and should raise a ticket with my bank for refund.
          I was told by my bank as per details below that money is already credited to Flipkart account and customer care are showing helplessness to refund this amount claiming they do not have any information

          Here is the communication from bank "Bank of Baroda" against my complaint - BBPU[protected]
          "Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you! We have checked the disputed transaction and would like to inform that transaction is successful and amount has been remitted to the beneficiary bank. In case of dispute regarding delivery of good/ services, please take up with Merchant and if issue still persists, kindly lodge fresh complaint in correct category UPI ?Fund transfer to person/merchant(status/wrong fund) ?ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT GOODS AND SERVICES NOT RECEIVED FROM MERCHANT ? Submit with attachment of Merchant engagement/ response/ email copy to take up the matter with Beneficiary Bank. Thank you for banking with us"

          I have been wronged for my amount of Rs 3144 as the order wasnt confirmed and failed to get refund of this amount from flipkart

                I'm onkar thorat I ordered boat airdopes on Dec 22 2023 of amount Rs.1199/-, it was delivered on Dec 24 2023, but at my hometown there is no one to received product at that time, so I gave otp and delivery man gave product to caretaker of apartment, when I take product on Dec 29 2023 and open it the packing of box is fine, but the inside box the Boat airdopes 161 is totally used and airdopes case is dirty as it used. At same day I try to return the product but the flipkart app giveing unknow error, then at midnight I called to customer support of flipkart and with the help of them I raised complaint and request for refund as I changed my mind after receiving damaged product to order an other headphones, but next day my refund request is rejected, again I raised refund request with the help of flipkart customer support again my request is rejected after uploading the proper photos as per rules and regulation, again I raised replacement request with the help of flipkart customer support and again on Jan 02 2024 my request is rejected, I contact again flipkart customer care they cut my call in the middle of conversation, I again request for call then I get calll, and they say your request is resolve by Jan 05 2024. I'm very disappointed to this as flipkart is not solving my issue as I pay whole amount for product and get damaged product and also disconnecting call in the middle of conversation.

                I request you to look in this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible, I'm attaching all my details and photos of damaged product for your reference.

                    My flipkart account has been blocked. But I have few pay later emi dues. Now I don't know how to pay them. The link sent via email by Flipkart is not working.Repeated contact with Flipkart is not resolving my issue.Please send the link via SMS to my registered mobile number so that I can make the payment on time.

                        I purchased Boat AirPods from Flipkart along with an extended warranty. When I declined the extended warranty, I contacted Flipkart on December 11th to register my complaint. They assured me that they would address the issue. Around December 25th or 26th, I received a call offering the option of a replacement or a refund for my product. Opting for a refund, I was informed that an executive would be sent to pick up the AirPods, and the amount would be reversed after verifying my address. However, after waiting for 2-3 days, I contacted customer care again, only to be told that they had no record of my complaint being unresolved and denied any knowledge of the refund process.

                          The scheduled delivery date was 29 Dec 23 11PM.
                          On the promised date at 11PM, the delivery date was changed from 29 to 30 Dec 23.
                          Now on 30 Dec 11 PM, i have not yet received my order nor I am able to track the order.
                          Customer service Rep is not giving satisfactory information and i feel they are passing the time till the matter dies its own death.

                            I ordered a washing machine on 5th December and I received it on 12th December, it was canceled due to product damage and I made online payment of 9000 thousand and I was told that I will get the refund within 24 hours but today is 30th December. Yes, no refund has been received till now, it is such a bad service that people of Flipkart have not been able to get refund till now.
                            And I have called so many times to the customer service, I have been facing problems, I have been calling again and again, one thing has been said, I will get a refund, but today is 30th December, no refund has come.

However, I recently encountered an issue where almost 80% of the items from various sellers are marked as "Not Deliverable" or "Currently out of stock" specifically for pin code 786001.

                              What perplexes me is that when I check the availability of the same products in pin code 781001, which is also in Assam, all items...

                                I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products
                                on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart policy. I ordered products in medium quantities for me and my family and friends.
                                Because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of order generated in my Flipkart account, that's why they blocked my account by mentioning RESELLING, my account is in blocked phase more than 2years that time when i contacted to the customer service of Flipkart they assured me that after some days or month it will unblock automatically but unfortunately it didn't happen yet. now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that this account is very much needful for me, i have thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again
                                request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

                                  I have ordered graphics card online from Flipkart and it was there written that it would be a one day delivery but then when I ordered it on 26th 8 PM

                                  I ordered this thing and it was packed it was scan it was dispatched shipped on that day but since 27th 28 and today's 29th I don't have any update and it says the shipment is stuck at motherhub_Delhi JHAJHAR and this is I am quite worried about this .
                                  Still havent received my order and customer care is saying they will be dispatched and delivered by one more business day so I am really worried about this
