Change mobile number without OTP verification of old number

I have flipkart account using since last 7 years. I lost my mobile phone and wanted to update new one.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.br...

Flipkart flight ticket rescheduling issue

I booked tickets 24 march 2021 on Flipkart from surat to Toronto so the flight is connecting flight from surat to delhi, airindia and from delhi to Toronto air Canada. Grocery items delivery complaint

I ordered grocery from flipkart on Saturday evening, which was supposed to be delivered by Monday evening, and order didn't get delivered even on Tuesday. Received Fake Apple Airpods Pro from Flipkart

I orders Apple Airpods pro from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on 20th Jan'21. After receiving the product on 21st Jan, I instantly came to know that the product is fake. I also went to 2 apple stores just to confirm my claim(the executive at the store also confirmed the same).

Order not placed but money debited from credit card

I was ordered a Motorola G9 on 18 Dec 2020, and select the payment method by SBI credit card but the order not placed even after the amount of this phone debited from my credit card... I talked to flipkart executive and they raise my complaint and said that I will get my money in 3-4 working days...
