Maine 1 oct 2017 ko flipkart.com se ek mobile phone order kiya tha jiski order id: od[protected] h. Product name - mi a1 (Black, 64gb). Sir mujhe 3 oct ko mail or mssg se inform kiya gaya aapki product ki shipping ho gyi h. Or sir mujhe 5 oct 2017 ko product delivered kiya gaya. Lekin product milte hi kcg der me apne room pe kch friend ke samne box open kiya to paya box ke under koi mobile phone nhi or mobile phone cover bhi nhi tha us box me (Mamaearth deeply nourishing body wash for babies (Net volume 200ml) tha. Lekin jb mujhe box diya gya tha bilkul puri trh seal pack thi. Mujhe wrong product milte hi jst delivery boy ko call kiya... Usne bola 5 minute me aa rha hu. Maine wait kiya delivery boy ka lekin woo nhi aaya. Fir maine customer support me call krke sari incident btyi. Fir mera product ke regarding return id bhi bani woo ye h (Return id:[protected]). Kafi tym tak maine bhut call or mail kiya lekin mujhe aapke concern team ki taraf se same solution mila. Isliye mujhe legally action flipkart pe lena para. Or case ki sari detail bhi m bta rha hu. Or document bhi attach kar rha hu.

Karnataka, india - 560105 ye adress aapke bill pe mention h lekin sir notice return wapas aa gya. Or btya ja rha h eisa koi seller mention us plot pe nhi jisse address bill pe wrong diya gaya h. Isliye maine phli pesi date me present hoker fr se aades court ke anusaar seller ko notice send kiya hu.
