Order id: od[protected]. Rejected my replace request without proper resolution and without replacement. Customer care will say everything is a minor problem and its not a big deal for new phone. Mobile brands better stop selling through flipkart or else provide multiple platforms to buy so that we can avoid flipkart cheap tricks and their fake cc and jeeves services.

customer has raised the issue with regards to the logo of the headphone not reflecting on the display as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated to the concerned team and we have arranged for the technician visit twice and as per the report from the technician the issue has been resolved so informed customer to visit Authorize service center
Flipkart: I am done and I don't want any services from you anymore. Look into below things.
1) You closed my case relying on your technician feedback not on customer confirmation.
2) Your technician told he is gonna process the request for replacement and he told to flipkart issue resolved, see you hired a two tongue guy and because of him you lost a customer.
3) You are not maintaining a written records just using verbal words. Ex. Samsung phones will handle 50'c heat and Samsung phone won't display earphone icon (Reasons for my replacement reject by technician/Flipkart CC). Please take a written copy from Samsung and provide the same to customer.
4) Remember "Customer is your first priority" or else don't do business anymore.

    I ordered redmi note 5 with flipkart on 14th march 2018. I got delivery on 16th march 2018. On opening the package i found that mobile phones cam is not working properly and the images are not up to the mark. Immediately within 2 days i requested for a replacement/refund on 18th or 19th. Then they told me that tech visit has been conducted will come on or before 25th. Now tech came on 22nd he did something and went away without letting me know the report or result. After that no response from flipkart till 29th. Now when i called up flipkart they were having no idea about the technician visit. Then they told me that your replacement/refund is cancelled. On the other hand on 27th i got an email from flipkart that your replacement is in process. You will get your delivery by 30th. I was like what the hell is this. 1 side i am getting an email from flipkart and other side when i followed up on 29th they cancelled my replacement/refund for no reason. I want either a replacement or refund for my product.

        Ordered product on flipkart order no-OD[protected] on March 22nd, 2018 and i got a used product from them.i have reported issue to flipkart support on march 23rd, 2018 but still there is no resolution from them.They keep on pushing dates and it's really frustrating with their support.Today is april 03rd but still they need more time and they are working which is insane.And the response from support team is same template email format...only email signature changes in their emails.No escalation point of contact and don't know who is working on this issue.It is the worst customer care support process and if you hire me...i would have defined far more better support process than your existing stupid customer care service..

            I added mi 43 in tv in my cart on 03 april sale. Product was added to cart successfully. When i clicked on place order, suddenly order became out of stock. I am very disappointed with flipkart on this. Atleast you should give us some time after adding it to the cart. If the product was not added to the cart and it goes out of stock, i can understand, but this is not acceptable. My registered email address is [protected]@gmail.com

            Due to overwhelming response from our customers the product got out of stock real quick. Please try placing the order in the upcoming sale on 05th April at 05:00PM.
            During flash sale of redmi note 5 blue today, i added the item in my cart, but while making the payment it got failed and item went out of order. However flipkart says once the item added to customers cart, the customer have 8 mins to go for payment, but this seems not true. This is cheating to customer, and annoying even.

                Flipkart doing the fake flash sale for the mi tv 4. Mi tv 4 will become out of stock within second start of the sale. When you contact the customer care they are not aware about is there any seller available for them to sell the mi tv 4.

                This is completely fake sell to buf[censored]p the customer. I have been trying to book the tv more then a month now but the stock become unavailable within the seconds.

                Flipkart should maintain there reputation and brand name rather then fooling the customer

                  I have purchased and acer laptop (Oder id: od[protected] from flipkart on 14 march 2018. But the laptop had serious display related issue with it. So i requested for a replacement laptop which was delivered to me on 24th march 2018.

                  The replacement laptop was also faulty having same display issue and now the sound on this replacement laptop also starting crackling. I dont understand how flipkart is shipping this faulty laptops to customers with out any quality control.

                  Anyhow this time i decided to apply for a refund. So i raised a refund request on 24th march 2018.

                  Flipkart said account to their return policy a technicial visit will be don at my place to confirm the issue by 31st march 2018. So i had been waiting for technician visit which did not happen. So i complained to flipkart about the technicial visit being breached. They said they will get back me within 3 days, which they didnt did. So i request please help me to return my laptop to flipkart. I am stuck with a faulty laptop.

                    I bought new laptop, lenovo ideapad 310 from flipkart before 1 month. After 2 days it s screen was not coming, so i exchanged, and new one was working properly. Suddenly now showing that, microsoft office expired. I don't know what will be the reason, may be trial version or not. Anyway, am a regular user of word.
                    So please consider this and give a solution as soon as possible.

                      I bought a zook bluetooth speaker from flipkart. The day it was delivered to me i submitted a complaint with flipkart customer care about the product being faulty. A return request was raised and i was told to courier it back as pickup facility was not available. I got a return approval mail from flipkart and in that return address was mentioned.
                      So i booked the parcel thru dtdc courier vide no f10614548 dt 22/02/18. But got the courier back on 8/3/18 as the courier was not accepted by flipkart people at the delivery address. I had a chat with flipkart customer care person and i requested him to kindly arrange a pickup but he didnt listen to the request and instead told me to send the courier again bk on the return address.
                      I again did the same and dispatched the courier on 14-3-18 thru doc no f10613341. The result is again the same it has not been accepted by flipkart people as return location.

                      Now at present i m online chatting with flipkart person but they r just kicking me from 1 person to another without any solution.

                      Request u to kindly solve this issue otherwise i will be forced to take legal course of action against you. I have faced lot of harassment both mentally and financial lose as well.

                        I have invited the range micromax canvas knight 2 of date 15/10/2017 by online shopping from your company, the bill number = fabbes[protected] and the date of the bill = 15/10/2017. This phone has not been used for just 2 months because it stopped the software problem. When this phone was sent to the company's service center on date 10/02/2018, but due to bad service this company, i got this phone 09/03/2015 return date. Neither the camera and flashlight there, too close
                        When i talk about this to the mobile company, my phone with the company calls back to the service center and all the service centers of this company are located 40 kilometers away from my area and when i sent the reprieve to my phone before. The company's bad service because of me, i was returned after one month. I have spent 25% of my phone's cost back to get this phone back from the service center. I do not want to spend more money on my phone again in the service center.
                        Therefore, i request you to give me a good feedback from your company so that i do not have to spend more money on this phone and i can not even use this phone due to the camera and flashlight in this phone.
                        I have more time in the service center than i used to have this phone.
                        Please replace my mobile phone as early as possible.
                        And now i hope you will help to resolve my problem.

                            It is very sad to know flipkart is doing this with a loyal customer like me, i have ordered a casio ghsock watch-for men order id
                            Od[protected] and i placed the order to my office address and sadly i recieved the message to my mobile that i have to pick my order from smartbox locker-dlf cyber greens, dlf cyber city, sector 24. My point is why i have to pickup my order whereas i order to my office address. This is not accepted by the ecomerce giant like flipkart, i call to customer care and i have recordings in my mobile also for apology for the change delivery office address to pickup location.

                            Flipkart team i need my packet today only if i did not recived it i will not accept my order and i will escalate this case to courts.

                              Requested replacement.

                              Tech visit (For replacement approval) was scheduled to be completed by 2nd april.

                              Now, they're saying: appointment date breached.
                              To be solved on 4th april.

                              I have contacted dell, they have nobody coming from their side.

                              Yet flipkart says: technician from the brand "dell" will visit.

                              May be they will breach that date too & re-schedule it to 2 days after my death ceremony.

                                I am mr. Francis d'souza from goa. My home address : house no. 308/3, nearby zagoria temple, dando - waddo, siolim, bardez, north - goa. I have purchased g five g9 3 mobile phone from flipkart online in february 2018. I have received on 26 february 2018. Among all these three mobile phone one of the mobile phone is not coming on from yesterday on wards
                                Please you see that by tomorrow anyhow you will have to send anyone of your person to my home above mentioned address and collect these mobile phone. You will have to take back these mobile phone and replaced these mobile phone to me and give me another new mobile phone that ie. G five gg9 mobile phone.

                                Please you do my above mentioned favour as soon as possible..

                                  I orderd laptop keyboard on 22nd march, order no - od[protected]. To check apps update order will deliverd before 28th march., but still i didn't get item. Now i check the app, the item returnd.
                                  This is flipcart online purchase?? Very bad. Same item in amazon. I think amazon is better than u. I waste my time. I will share this feedback to all

We have interacted with the customer and informed the customer that the order was cancelled due out of delivery area. Also, the informed the customer that as per the update from seller the refund has been completed on April 01, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      I have ordered lg ac on 24th march 2018. I ordered 2018 model ac but i have been given with 2017 model. For this flip kart arranged for technical officer visit on 28th march. Flip kart technical officer kalil bhai and abdul made promise that they will provide the replacement product on the same day when they did uninstallation but i haven’t received any replacement on the same day.
                                      Kalil and abdul made promises that they will do installation for free of cost for the replacement product. But now they ask me to contact flip kart directly.
                                      I want to take action against them

                                      I have done replacement of my lg ac. Flipkart agreed to fit the qc for free of cost because flipkart's authorised service centre called jeeves had already gave commitment to do it for free of cost.

                                      Even i got a call from jeeves service that installation will be done for free of cost. Suddenly flipkart and jeeves service centre both are saying now to pay me for installation.

                                      I am getting calls from Flipkart but they seem to divert the issue and saying the same thing again and again.

                                      This is not a first time iam suffering because of Flipkart. For most of the products iam facing issue.

                                      Just saying sorry is not enough.
