Same here.. they do ot attempt.delivery in angamaly . The address was clear and on the highway. They just wouldn't attempt to deliver. In fact it seems the guys want us to go and collect from where the the delivery boys set their shop. This is the second order about to get cancelled.
Same happened to me at my Aluva address. I live at Purayar and the item I order was returned saying that there is an address-pin code mismatch, and that too once it reached my nearest hub. The strange fact is, Ekart logistics were able to deliver another item which was ordered through Flipkart to the same address a few weeks back. I've a footwear ordered for my fiancee through Myntra, and they are also delivering it through Ekart logistics. Hopefully, they'll be able to deliver it this time as it's for a function on 16th. I don't care even if I have to call them this time because I want it so badly, even though that shouldn't be the way it's done. I wouldn't have taken this risk if similar footwear is available in stores, but that's not the case.
Same thing happening with me order number FMPP[protected] i got a message on Monday 7th august saying that my phone will be delivered that day... But no one called and no message was received... The day my phone was supposed to arrive was Tuesday 8th august or Wednesday 9th august..it's 9th today and I still haven't received any information regarding my order... Can someone atleast give me a contact number so I can find out the details... Please help me out!
Also I live in Aluva too...my order has reached Aluva on 7th.. but it's 9th and still not delivered...pls help

Very very bad experience with flipkart due to the pathetic service of ekart.Ekart is really a waste...not at all good for anything..

Better they shut off their ALuva Ekarte office and stop the service. Tracking system shows that item is at my nearest hum, that is aluva, since 16th April 2019. And today is 22 nd April already. When contacted their customer support, says that they have attempted the del;ivery; but failed which was indeed a big lie. Even after vigorous contact with their customer service, no productive action yet.So pathetic!
Also I live in Pathalapparambu, Valayanchirangara Post, Pin 683556 too... My order has reached Aluva on 1st Sep. and still not delivered. Your delivery boy Contact in my Regd Mobile no: [protected], my order not delivered.
