Order Id: OD[protected]Speed Post: AD[protected]INHi. I placed this order on Monday 30th March 2015 for Microsoft Lumia 435. I was informed 07th April delivery date due to Good Friday. On given date I was waiting for call from flipkart, however nothing happened. Then I called back to customer service and they told me that my product is in Noida, Sector-62 postoffice and I need to collect or they can deliver it on 10th April. Today 08/04/2015 I went to post office and they told me that my product sent back to flipkart. I called on customer service, a lady answered my call and she was unable to provide me any details. She put me on hold several times. In last she said that my product sent back to warehouse and I need to replace this order. I placed this order with credit card emi option. When I asked for refund she was unable to give me any update. I asked for manager and she put me on hold for more then 10mins. That was a blank hold without any notification. Finally I hung up the call. I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE SORTOUT ASAP. I WANT MY PRODUCT DELIVER ON GIVEN ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE ITS NOT FIRST TIME WHEN I PLACED ORDER ON FLIPKART. ONLY DIFFERENCE IS, I PAID FIRST IN THIS ORDER. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT. Was this information helpful? | |||
