Flipkart — Sold me a used laptop i am not getting any warranty from dell.

They have sold me an used product for which they are not giving me any replacement .or refund my laptop is crashed and dell is saying that is a refurbished product . [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

HP laptop received without battery and adaptor. When contacted customer care they informed to purchase and submit the bill for refund, Have scanned and sent the bill multiple times. No response absolutely. Please do not treat a customer this way for the sake of purchasing from Flipkart.

The product was shipped to Coimbatore city by 19th May 2016 evening 6pm. The product was not delivered and on asking the customer care they changed the delivery date to 24th May 2016.
