I ordered poco x2 on Flipkart on August 27, While ordering I selected my asus max pro m1 as my device to exchange and even mention that my screen has cracked, which even led to decrease in exchange value by ₹2500, today my order arrived and the wishmaster denied it saying the screen has cracks i cannot approve the product. Now when i called the customer care, they said that it is all in the hands of flipkart's wishmaster he may have the final decision. The concern is: if everything is in the hands of wishmaster why are you even giving the option to select faults, and if you are: why is the wishmaster (so called delivery boy) denying it. Worst exchange ever. While amazon has clear cut policy. They don't mess up like flipkart does. Worst customer experience. Having issue with flipkart the second time in a year. And wow, issue isn't resolved by the customer care, their phone no is just for hearing this issue cannot be resolved.
Even their terms list that phone can be denied onlyyy when:- model is different, lock screen is not opening, imei doesn't match, none of which is mine. So the company is not following its own terms. As a proof i have attached the images below
