I have ordered a split AC with

Model number 153IPG23WQ, split AC with the serial numbers
Indoor unit-153IPG23WQI[protected], Out door unit-153IPG23WQO[protected]
1. My AC was not cooling so I lodged a complaint for warranty claim id 9054015 on 19th April 2025.
2. The service persons visited 2 times on 25th and 27th April 2025 but did not resolve the issue. They said they need to replace outdoor unit pcb and has ordered the same and will resolve the issue within 7 days.
3. But time passed, and even after 10 days when nobody came, I called customer care they said case is closed.
4. I asked them to reopen the case as they have closed it without resolving the issue on 29th April 2025.
5. After that even without a single technician visit, they closed the case on 5th May 2025 without resolving the issue.
6. I asked to reopen the issue and it was reopened on 6th May 2025.
7. No service person visited but they closed the issue on 7th May 2025, with false remarks "Customer denied repair'
It is unethical and unprofessional behavior by the customer service. Also it is illegal to close a case without technician visit and false remarks that customer has denied repair.in the contrary I as a customer am mailing time and again to repair the AC and resolve the issue.
It is more than 20 days and issue is still unresolved, kindly the process to resolve it by 7 days otherwise the case shall be moved to consumer court.
