    Fraud by flipkart thief Flipkart. New return request created need refund immediately.
    Need refund as soon as possible
    Take immediate further legal action against flipkart and refunded mymoney as soon as possible.
    I am Plus premium members on flipkart.since 5 years to go I am on flipkart never faced any issues like this Erlier in my purshace Life. Trusted on flipkart. Recently on sale from flipkart I purshace Daikin 1.5ton ac worth 36490 Through bajaj emi for my relatives anniversary gift purshace our family selected this brand ac for gift so purshace emi basic. Yesterday 25th January was delivery date. Delivery agent know my address so they without any call(you can check on system record)come my home with 2 box. The time I was absent. They given2 boxes balcony and leave. While I came trying to moov boxes another place look like light weight. Immediately I cut both boxes and shocked totally. There only inserted thermocol and some poly and cartoon instead of outdoor and indoor unit. I immediately trying to contact Flipkart customer over call from another number but no information given support team another account. Cause Register number not having incoming service also using my sister she is out of station now. I contacted support over chat they raised return and refund request. But today I can see my refund rejected without Refunding amount. Reason shared Courier confirmed parcel was intact condition. Note my words Percel front sealed was intact but under percel seal was cut mark look like someone open before delivery. I am sure now they theft my products. Take immediate action against flipkart and banned this ecommerce. How they can deal name of sale normal people hard earned money they are playing game. Find our what is error. I want my money as soon as possible. Either I will do Court appel with police CBI and charge compensation for harassing people. Also do broadcast the issue allover social and tv news channels. Make sure refund process as soon as possible.one more important things register number belong with my sister she is out of town education purposes. Unfortunately shipping address contact number out of network I am trouble with communication with flipkart. As soon as possible give access to support team to create return and refunded. Once Again return request created need refund immediately thief Flipkart.

Recently, I discovered that my account has been blocked without any prior notice or clear explanation. I have always adhered to Flipkart's terms and conditions and maintained a positive purchasing and selling experience on the platform. This sudden action has caused me great inconvenience, and I am unable to access my account, view my order history, or make any new purchases. and also have almost 1800 rs in flipkart wallet I kindly request you to provide clarification on the reasons behind the blockage of my account. If there has been any mistake or misunderstanding, I would appreciate any assistance in rectifying the situation and restoring access to my account

        Bought haier refrigerator 602L from Flipkart on 19/01/2025 with expected delivery 20/01/2025. They did sent it on 20/01/2025 but they are refused to give at door steps even it was mentioned in the flipkart site. They said they will attempt re delivery again as they don't want to take risk as my house was on the first floor siting narrow steps. Flipkart made us assure that they will attempt delivery again on 23/01/2025 but till 27/01/2025 we have not received any update from Flipkart even though I did talked with support multiple times even I raised this issue in the social media platform. Today on 27/01/2025 we got message that we are cancelling the order due prolonged delay. They asked me to order again within 10 days for 500 discount. The refrigerator I bought at rupees 47, 845-/ now it is showing rupees 57000-/ why should I pay 10000-/ extra without my mistake. Please help us with this atleast if we get it at the same price we will buy again but 10000 difference is too much as a consumer.

            Bought ethnic yard semi stiched lehenga which got delivered on 18 January 2025 leaving the ten days return window open. On 24 January 2024, I filed a return request but the pick up boy refused the parcel citing non availability of tags. As no tag came with the product, I connected with the customer care. Since then the company has been playing the petty game of making the victim look like a culprit. Speaking to atleast 6 customer care executive this entire weekend with no avail. Product is unharmed and unused.

              I have bought LG refrigerator 185L in flipkart which given by seller IWQNBecommerce. When it got delivered, there was a dent below the product. Called LG support to come and check. They suggested we can't do anything, please request refund or replacement. I have filed the request on 12th jan and today is jan 26 there is no update on that. I have been calling there support team daily and they will say we are checking and back end team will contact you. When I received the call from them no one spoke from other end and they closed the request saying I didn't respond. Flipkart is the worst customer service and dont ever buy anything on that.

                Delivered damaged or defected tv

                I purchased tcl lcd tv from flipkart on jan 6, delivered on jan 7 there was no visible physical damage at tv, jan 9 technician came to install tv upon installation when he switched on tv there was lines on display, technician said it is damaged item so we need to file request for replacement of tv to flipkat, I filled replacement request to flipkart but flipkart refused request and said it is not damaged it is defected so we need to contact...

                I ordered "RED CHIEF RC3506 001 Lace Up Shoes For Men (Size-7)" with Order ID - OD[protected] on 20.01.2025, which was delivered to me on 22.01.2025. However, the shoes do not fit me as they are too large. On the same day, I requested a replacement for a Size-6 pair. When the delivery agent came to my doorstep on 22.01.2025, he refused to pick up the product or process the replacement. He said to me that, "In my app, while entering the article number of the product, it shows invalid, so I cannot proceed with the pickup or replacement. You need to contact customer care to resolve this issue."

                The next day, i.e., 23.01.2025, I contacted Flipkart customer care. After waiting for 9 minutes, a representative named Miss Jyoti informed me that "this is not within our capacity to resolve. I will forward your query to our Back-End Team, and they will contact you." However, I have not received any resolution until now. On 25.01.2025, I found out that my replacement request has been cancelled by saying that 'refer to seller return policy'. That's too ridiculous.

The refund of ₹1909 has been successfully credited to my bank account. However, it would have been even better if they had replaced my shoe size from "7" to "6" as per my request. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the Flipkart call customer support team where I raised my concern first, as they closed my concern as "Issue Resolved Successfully" without contacting me or actually resolving the issue.

                      I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mr. Y.C. Pandey, and I am a retired Senior Government Officer Delhi. I am writing to you to express my deep concern and frustration regarding a recent experience I had with Flipkart on January 16, 2025, involving the delivery of a Samsung Solo microwave.

                      Here is a summary of the unfortunate chain of events:

                      Delivery of the Item: Around 7.05 p.m, two delivery personnel arrived at my residence with the microwave. They inspected the exchanged item for about 10 minutes and then proceeded to open the box and take photos of the new item and informed me that this is my new item. They further informed me that the installation would be handled by a separate team and that any requests for replacement could be made later through Flipkart. However, they did not allow me time to inspect the microwave and said they have checked everything is fine and for any concern I should check with Flipkart customer service.
                      Handling of the Microwave: I requested the delivery personnel to place the microwave in the kitchen. They put the microwave in a plastic cover and left it in the kitchen. Both delivery boys promptly left my home after collecting the OTP (they insisted on me providing all OTP else the exchange item could not be processed) and took my old microwave. They also asked for additional Rs 100 to process the exchange even though my daughter had paid all charges in advance while placing the order.
                      Discovery of Damage: They left in hurry and gave me excuse they have lots of pending deliveries to be done and they couldn't wait for me to inspect, however they assured me in case of anything flipkart customer service will help. As soon as they left, I noticed a significant dent on the microwave’s body, which appeared to be the reason for their haste in leaving. This was around 7.10pm
                      Attempts to Contact Delivery Personnel: I immediately contacted the delivery personnel, but they repeatedly disconnected the call. After further attempts, one of the delivery agents finally answered the phone and stated that they could not return to collect the damaged item as they had already moved on to other deliveries.
                      Customer Support Interaction: Immediately around 7.15-7.20 pm I contacted Flipkart’s customer care and filed a complaint, which resulted in the generation of a ticket. The next day, another customer care representative spoke with my family and requested additional details about the item. A return/refund request was then initiated. However, on 17th Jan I received a message indicating that the return/refund request had been rejected. When I contacted customer care again, they assured me that the matter would be further investigated. Since then I have raised multiple complaints/return requests with the flipkart team but to no resolution. I am mentally harrassed by this situation.
                      Urgency of the Situation: As a senior citizen, I rely on the microwave for daily use, and due to this unfortunate situation, I was forced to purchase another microwave from a local store.
                      The entire experience, particularly the rushed delivery and the failure of the Flipkart support team to address the issue adequately, has been deeply frustrating. I was left with a damaged product and no resolution in sight despite multiple escalations and attempts to resolve the matter.

                      I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and ensure that the damaged microwave is collected and a full refund is issued. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and mental harassment, and I am relying on Flipkart to uphold its reputation for quality service.

                      I have shared all relevant evidence, including images, call logs, and escalations, with the support team, but I have yet to receive the assistance required. I would appreciate your immediate intervention to resolve this issue,

                        I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart and Expressbees for failing to address my issue of wrong product delivery and unresolved refund despite repeated calls and emails.

                        I received a wrong product from Expressbess on 11 Jan 2025 (1:32 PM).
                        Later, I received the correct product from Flipkart on the same day at 3:58 PM, which I accepted as I urgently needed it.
                        Despite multiple calls and emails over the last 4-5 days, Flipkart has not initiated the return or refund process for the incorrect product.

                        The return deadline is 20 Jan 2025, and the delay in resolution is causing me significant inconvenience.

                        Immediate initiation of the return and refund process for the wrong product delivered by Flipkart.
                        Confirmation that there are no duplicate charges for the correct product delivered by Expressbees.

                        Supporting Documents Attached:

                        Order confirmation email from Flipkart.
                        Delivery proof from Expressbees.
                        Photos of the wrong product delivered.
                        Screenshots of email and call logs showing my attempts to resolve this issue.

                        I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action to ensure that Flipkart and Expressbees resolve this issue immediately. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to seek further legal remedies.

                          Prepaid order cancelled but not refunded

                          Ordered item amounting Rs 2071. But the order was prepaid which was cancelled by flipkart. 2.5 months had passed refund not initiated yet and further my id was blocked. As per policy you can block user account but can t take money if you had not provided services/goods. This is the final reminder, now I will file legal case and you would be getting legal notices for the same.

                                I had recently ordered an item from Flipkart on 05/01/2025 which was cancelled from the seller end on 05/01/2025.
                                The Refund was initiated and show's status as "Refund Completed" on 10/01/2025. But the Refund amount is not yet credited to my account. I tried contacting Flipkart Customer care But they were of no help, They wanted me to verify with my Bank with the 23 digit refund reference number that they've provided. I did so, but the Bank needs an transaction id, which is of 12 digits to verify the above. But Flipkart customer care gave me a 23 digit refund reference number which is of no use for the bank and the bank is saying that the reference number is invalid, my bank is SBI. I contacted Flipkart again asking for the 12 digits transaction id. But they say they don't have a 12 digit number and asked me to contact the bank again. I'm stuck in this loop between Flipkart and bank and the issue is still unresolved. I don't know what to do Further please help me.

                                Please help me, 23 thousand is a lot of money for me, kindly help me in this situation, i am requesting everyone.

                                    Hello my name is Pankaj Kumar I did a UPI transaction on Flipkart pay on dated 13.01.2025 its status is still showing as pending nor has the money reached my account yet . I am not able to even file any complaint in the recording of this thing. The complaint which is being released is failing again and again.
