"maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal and this is what kind of experience you are providing to your customers....

I've recently changed my phone number on flipkart since I lost my old number and I'm not using it anymore. After changing the number, I'm unable to recieve otp for verification of Flipkart pay later. I've been using the paylater for the past 6 months, and now I'm having this issue. Whenever I choose the Flipkart pay later option, the app keeps loading or buffering and that's it. So I ordered a phone from flipkart (also a scammer website) on exchange. The asked amount was 13k something, but on arrival of my product, after the delivery executive examined my phone (which was almost new in condition), the price automatically went up to 15k. I ordered a neckband oppo enco m32. When I received the item, the packaging was intact but the item inside is of different brand not oppo but some old and damaged product from boult. Even after sending all the necessary evidence, the seller is not accepting my return request and Flipkart is saying that they cannot do anything if the seller doesn't accept. So, if a seller wants to screw you over you are on your own. Flipkart won't help you....

I have ordered laundry detergent on 4 th june 2023 with order id OD[protected] and it was supposed to deliver on 8 th june but extended to 10th june 2023.
