[Resolved] Flipkart — denied exchange of product | |||
I ordered samsung galaxy s7 under the exchange program against my old phone (Redmi note lte) but the delivery guy refused to take my phone because there were 2 slight crack on my back panel. I have exchange my old phone after reading the t&c for exchange (https://stories.flipkart.com/smartphone-exchange-deals/) and it say necessary requirement for exchange is 1. Old smartphone must be in working condition. 2. The display and screen of your old smartphone must be intact. Above both the condition is fulfilled by my old smart phone. I am very much disappointed because i thought exchange would very seamless as it shows on the website. Was this information helpful? | |||
