[Resolved] Flipkart — Denied the product | |||||
Hi, I ordered Moto x play from Flipkart on their big billion day i.e. on 16th of Oct. I bought the phone in exchange offer for my moto G 2nd gen. i also got other offers as discount of 1500 from Flipkart and 10% cash back from yes bank. along with that I also ordered nCase Shock Proof Case for Motorola M.. for moto x play I as well as one of my colleague clearly read the terms and condition. it was no where mentioned that broken screen cannot be accepted. They had only written the phone should be in working condition. while delivering they were not ready to accept the phone as phone screen was broken. also they sent me a message as product has been rejected by customer. I talked to their executives and they said that they cannot deliver my product. If they would have mentioned in their terms and condition that damaged screen will not be accepted i would have not orderd only. Here I feel cheated by Flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
