Flipkart — Device is not working after installation

Dear Flipkart,
Reference to the order no OD[protected] for Godrej Ac which was supplied and installed on 11/04/2026 by your installation team on 11/04/2026.After the second day of installation the AC is not working.
Even after following up with your installation team they are not responding properly, not even getting support.kindly escalate the issue and resolve it ASAP.Thanks & Regards,
