[Resolved] Flipkart — didn't exchange product when it's under condition. | |||||
Ordered moto x4 in exchange offer. My exchange mobile was redmi prime which i sin very finest condition they rejected by saying it's have scatches (But they never mention such things in replacing condition they just mention about damages) screen is too superb (Not even single scatch). Here in my case mobile is superb and they telling it's as damaged one and they own sell crack dent mobiles in the name of refurbished. When i share mobile pics with flipkart, without intimating me cancel the order and within second they refund get process. Was this information helpful? | |||||
