[Resolved]  Flipkart — Didn't give refund as promised by them after receiving the order

I bought Compaq 109 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV when the cost was at 18999/- before applying card offers provided my Flipkart and with 7 day price match promise, but after I ordered price of this product decreased by more than 1000/- and I claimed for price match promise.
I got a reply from your side that rs 1000/- refund will be credited after 48 hours of delivery
But refund is not credited as you promised.
After receiving mail from Flipkart, continuesly three days 9 pm to 10 pm price came to 17459/- but I didn't cancel my order because of reply from Flipkart.
Please kindly go through images I am sending with proofs and credit my refund as promised by you.
