Another day has gone.
I have sent last msg for installation is not being yesterday and even not today, its still pending. While I call today customer care to know what is the status of coming service engineer than customer care said me that Pls wait till 7 pm today (20/11/22). He will come definitely and confirmed after enquiry.
I already told to Flipkart customer care and service engineer also that I work in company and I had to take leave for attend the service engineer. One more day i will have to take leave for waiting and installation.
This is very nonsens and waste of time with money.
From 22/10/2022 to till date, I already taken leave 5-6 days leave. Now 6 days salary will be deduct from salary. Who will be responsible for all this. Rs 4200 deduct from my salary due to take leave for attend service engineer and every day has been delay.
I m very disappointed still for service.
It is all failure. No one is understand. Just doing formalities and doing Nothing.
I m continue follow but there is any one responsible person or not. Why don't understand of customer problem. It's better to buy product from local market

Today was installation day after replacement. But not done
Please see below msg which I sent to Flipkart help msg center.
Will Anybody confirm how much time they will take for installation. Everyday is important for me. I cant go anywhere to do other work becouse service engineer can come any time .

Than customer care told me . Pls wait till 8 pm today (19/11/22). I m waiting still and I call him ( service engineer) who was appointed for installation today.
He said me that today installation will not be complete. I ask for next day. Than he said don't know about installation tomorrow will be done or no.

I want to complaint regarding the components used in product of seller.
Seller - Omnitechretail.
I have recived product after 20 minutes it has been turn off suddenly. I have raise a complaint on 23rd oct 22. Technician had about to come on 26 oct but he came 30th oct 22 and open the product at my home I told him u just replace my order and not open here u can take it your service shop or center. And give me replace the product.
He just call a person and open my tv in front of me all port or connection wire disconnected by him and take photo and send his service provider.
Than i observed and note that the sunvoice speaker used in product is 20 watt only ( 10watt+10watt- two speaker) and in product have mentioned 40 watt cybersound i have taken a photo on that time.
It is totally fraud. If the technician not open the product than how could i know this fraud. I don't know how many item will be used in product which is can be as low quality.
note - Technician not arrived at fix date . I taken leave for attend him. 2-3 days salary will be deduct from salary. I do a job. I have suffered very much regarding this unstallation.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
