[Resolved] Flipkart — different/incorrect imei no. on my invoice | |||
I bought a cell phone from flipkart (Moto g 3rd generation) for 13, 000/- back in october, 2015. I was selling it to a person who asked me to show the bill to prove that it was actually purchased by me and not a stolen handset. I showed him the bill by requesting invoice for the order after which it was pointed out to me that the imei mentioned on the phone did not match with the one one the invoice. I cross checked this and was shocked to see the same! I want this looked into and a rectification to be done on the bill aswell. The imei no. S that are displayed on the phone are: 1) [protected] 2) [protected] However the imei no. Verified Support Oct 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complaint that he received a different IMEI number and he is contacting regarding this now for the product which was delivered on 2015, so apologized and as per seller policy politely denied, since now brand warranty is also exceeded and closed the complaint from our end.
