[Resolved] Flipkart — Disappointed with service by flipkart : JBL T200A | |||
Oreder number : OD[protected] and OD[protected] My name is Nandan Mahajan. I have ordered 2 the original JBL T200 A on 30th July 2015. One with yellow & grey colour combination and another one with Red & Grey. Red & Grey headphone order has been cancelled by seller itself without giving any prior indication. Regarding remaining Yellow & Grey Original JBL T200 A headphones, i have received duplicate 50 Rs. headphone instead of receiving original JBL T200 A headphone. I called up immediately to customer care and registered the complaint that i have received the duplicate headphones. Very Low and substandard quality product which is not even worth Rs.50 in the market. Flipkart customer care registered my complaint and assured me that they will send original JBL T 200 A product under order replacement/ Return facility of Flipkart company.After few days i have received the same very Low and substandard quality Product you can say a DUPLICATE PRODUCT from Flipkart again. On both of these occasions/ situations i have noticed that the delivery is not from E-kart and very arrogant and adamant when i told him that i am receiving the same duplicate product again. Still patiently i accepted the order and informed Flipkart customer care service as per procedure to return my order and delivered the original product. On second time of order replacement situation Flipkart customer care officer spoke with me very rudely and arrogantly instead of hearing my concern and trouble i am getting from Flipkart to received Original Product for which i have paid Rs.539 by Cash payment. The arrogant customer care officer shouted on the phone that Flipkart never give you a fake and duplicate products and flipkart have reputation in the market for good customer service. After listening to his arrogance and blah blah things i stuck with my point for expectation of original product from Flipkart after facing trouble already before. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for Original product customer care officer was saying we will give refund instead of product. I have ordered this product to gift someone and clearly mention my situation that i don't want Refund and i want Original Product. He agreed to sen me original product with arrogance that Flipakrt never send you duplicate products or fake products. I patiently wait for the 4 to 5 days and Today 24/08 i have received the same very Low and substandard quality product with EXTRA Samsung Headphones inside it. Does that mean reputed Flipkart company trying to compensate mental torture given to Customer with simultaneously 3 Fake and Duplicate Product Deliveries with and EXTRA Samsung DUPLICATE Headphone. After receiving the 3 replacement ordered i had called customer care officer and asked him for the Original Product. As per his information the product is not available and offering me Refund which i don't want at all. If it's a matter of investment of 539 rs. i would have definitely invested some where else than Flipkart. I am attaching screen shots of my ordered receiving and replacement on my Flipkart account also attaching the photographs of all the product received from Flipkart with Invoice details and LOW STANDARD PACKAGING. Please have a look and tell me is this the service you provide to the customer by shouting at your customer and saying Flipakrt gives only Original Product. I am also trying to get in touch with consumer court and complaints facility provided by Government of India. After begging you for the Original Product and good service no good response from your end. so let me know about confirmation of ORIGINAL PRODUCT and when can i expect the deliver and resolve this issue. Verified Support Aug 26, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he told he had again received duplicate headphone and he only needs original replacement else hard cash in hand. Informed customer both is not possible and we can arrange for RVP and process refund to bank account.
Customer was very adamant and he was not agreeing for anything forcefully wanted to disconnect the call.
