Flipkart — Dishwasher

I ordered the Dishwasher but it was not compatible at my house, I raised a return ticket and my return was accepted, I just have to submit the Job Sheet.
After submitting the job sheet, a flipkart agent asked me to resubmit as handwriting was not clear, I even did that.
Now they are saying that they cannot return the product.
I was promised by 3 executives that it will be returned, they can even check the call recordings. I was literally being harassed as I had to talk to 12 or 13 different agents, explaining the issue again and again.
I asked them to share the call recordings or an email as a proof but they declined as it is not there in flipkart policy but I guess it is written in the policy to make fool of the customer and harass them.

No update from flipkart, till now, that is what they do, they delay the resolution and derail the conversation.
