Flipkart — DOA

I ordered HP DeskJet 2331 on 22aug delivered on 25aug After that I tried to print and the paper got stuck and the ink leaked. I called Brand HP for service they visited and told me it was a defective product and I was under a return period so they provided me with a DOA letter. Then I contacted Flipkart on 30aug and told them to create a case after that they offered me an email which I tried to mail but said it was not valid so I called again on 01sep and they told me the higher authority would contact me by 06sep without contact me they marked resolve it on 07sep. Again I called on 08sep and they told me the higher authority would contact me by 13sep and told me to provide a DOA letter to the app help center again without contacting me they marked resolve it on 10sep. Again I called on 10sep and they told me the higher authority would contact me by 15sep and told me to provide a DOA letter to the app help centre again without contacting me they marked resolve it on 14sep. and so on 14sep, 15sep, 16sep. on 15sep I also called HP they told me to tell them to accept the DOA letter they provided its a valid one but again on 16sep flipkart declined.
