While attempting to place orders on your platform, I have repeatedly encountered a frustrating problem. Whenever I initiate a transaction, I receive an error message that reads, "Transaction declined on the basis of risk checks." This has caused considerable inconvenience and disappointment as I have been unable to complete my purchases despite numerous attempts.
I have made several attempts to seek assistance by reaching out to your customer care, but regrettably, the issue remains unresolved. In my efforts to resolve the matter independently, I have also taken steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the Flipkart app, as well as attempting to place orders from both laptops and desktop systems. Unfortunately, these attempts have proven to be ineffective in resolving the issue.
