I purchase moto g one year back but i did not get the bill copy hard or soft. now i lost the mobile and i want to erase the data but moto support require bill copy and details of the same . as i purchase samsung s7 from flipcart and after recieving this mobile on next day display was damaged from my child as there is one offer of never mund offer of samsung but due to invonce i got difficulty for that even u never recieved invoice for that mobile phone so i caaled several times in flipcart and on that i just get answer please press 1 oue executive will call you still i am waiting for call.ther is one option in my order but for invoice of my order is empty so it is not working properly too./ so do not trust on their service totally worst experience .
