I ordered an ASUS ZENFONE 2 for Rs 13499/- from Flipkart by order no.: OD[protected]n 24 june 2015. The product was delivered on 01 July 2015. The handset is a dual Sim mobile. But the second Sim is not working. I contacted Flipkart on 06 July 2015 and put a request for return. They contacted me so many times and enquired several things and suggested some steps. I followed them but the defect could not be rectified. Further I contacted them but now they are not responding properly. even after providing a time slot for contact they are not contacting. Now, I request a Refund from Flipkart as I can not believe them further. They have harassed me mentally a lot. Customer complains stating that sim slot is defective and it is not working. It is found that a scheduled call back is arranged from our technical team on 11th Jul, 2015. So closing the case as the issue is taken care.

    I had placed an order : OD[protected] on flipkart on 2nd July. The order was confirmed and packed on 4th July.


    The order tracking page showed "Bangalore Whitefield Warehouse" and the item has been dispatched from the seller warehouse. I waited till 7th July, and there was no further update on the courier or tracking ID.

    I called the customer care just to know the order was cancelled due to non-serviceable location.

    Now the status shows "Pick up has been scheduled. We'll pick up the item you wish to refund by Wednesday, 15 Jul'15"

    Refund (Return ID:[protected] ACCEPTED and Refund will be initiated once we pick up the old item.


    While I called the customer care, they do not have a proper answer for my queries, instead started telling me cock and bull story.

    I have a few questions to Flipkart.

    When a courier tracking number was not generated, it shows the product is still in warehouse. If the product is in your warehouse, why are you scheduling a pickup, and do you really need 8 to 10 days to pick it up from your own warehouse and process refund?

    If it means the product is still in your warehouse, why are you still not giving me my money back? WHEN WILL I GET BACK THE AMOUNT..

    This shows that you have held my money for 5 days after ordering, then cancelled the order and now need 8 to 10 days for collecting the item in your warehouse, and then more days for refund?

    It means you are playing with others money for a month or more without stock in your ware house. REALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE.

    GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

      I have ordered a mobile(Redimi 2) with order no (Od[protected] on urgent basis on 7 july, as it was shown that it would take 100 rp more to deliever next day, but it is now 10 july, 2015, and still i am getting no response from flipkart, they have their own autmoatic responce mail, which is really annoying.

      Please help me on that

        We have purchased on line a Moto E(2nd Gen)3G vide your Invoice No:BLR_WLFD[protected] on 15.3.2015 for Rs 7029/-. The same has been delivered to the following address: A.Srinivasarao MIG-10, APIIC Colony, Ramanayyapeta Kakinada-533005, A.P As the same is not working and as there is no authorised dealer at Kakinada, we have taken the set to the Authorised Service Centre of Motorola at Rajahmundry on 18.6.2015. They said there is some problem with the software and have reinstalled the same and returned it at free of cost as it is in the warranty period. Now again the same problem and the mobile is not getting opened.Also we find that the battery gets discharged by the morning despite the same has been charged in the earlier night. Please advice as to what has to be done to get repaired or replaced as there is now Authorised Service centre at Kakainada

          This is the first time I am buying something from E- shopping and that would be my last;thanks to Flipkart. The products are a mere deceit and whatever shown in their website is almost 70% different from the ones delivered to me. I had bought a canvas ballerina shoe which is of very poor quality and is written as China manufactured. I don't know if our new govt. is taking a lot of pain for implementing "Make in India", these online shopping companies are really divulging from national ethics. Secondly I bought a Maths book- Magical Book on Quicker Maths by M.Tyra.(in a discounted price)...Disgustingly a lot of pages are missing from that! So discounted price has no meaning if they cheat us with defective items.. So Kindly help me in contacting those from Flipkart so that I get a replacement or refund of my money...             received damaged mobile, NO SIM and SIM management is not working issue, Really painful services, lodged complaint on 7th, no calls against repeated comitment by flipkart, my request rejected without discussion. flipkart system shows that i have been called 3-4 times but "no answer" from my side, but i can prove that i have not been called even single time from flipkart technical team. Really awful act.. i feel cheated as now i have received sms that my request rejected (without even discussing or verifying), fon is dead not usable as it is not detecting SIM, i have checked with local retailers and Airtel shops, they proved that its phone hardware issue... will not purchase from flipkart and will surely refer this to my friend/family circle

              I purchased Moto G on 26th June'2015. Since then i have been experiencing quality issues with the phone. It was replaced last week but again some problem with the new phone.I am really disappointed with Flipkart . Without smartphone my work and business both have been adversely impacted. I hope Flipkart is not selling Refurbished phones ( which we hear often these days). How can the same product has issues two times within a week of delivery? I cannot wait until 20th which they have given my for the 2nd time replcament. I need to buy another phone ASAP. Kindly initiate a REFUND for this order . I do not want to experiment with the same product thrice please. Its enough already.

                  It is a very much rediculse service provided by flipkart team. I am ordered mobile from flipkart order no is OD[protected] as per flipkart delivery date is 2nd July, I was canceled this order by telephonically on dated 29 June 2015 complaint no[protected] & my Refund id is (Return ID:[protected] as per your customer care team order is canceled & refund will be made within 8 days in my account but its not happened. After that I am logging a new complaint regarding this on dated 06 July 2015 complaint no is[protected] but still there is no call or any intimation regarding my refund or product cancellation. Its almost 17 days down, but still my complaint not resolved. How many days I want to wait for this ?? I hope after this mail necessary action happened & all issues will be resolved by Flipkart Need prompt support on this issue.

                  Spoke to customer, Cust claims that he request to cancel the product but product was delivered to him with out contacting him. Customer didn't opened the product at all and informed customer if seal is opened then we not bale to take the product back. Created wait and refund.

If the location was non serviceable then why did they take the order in first place. If such was the case then why was it not informed to me earlier after placing the order. All after 5 days i get a mail from them that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. While i called the customer care they do not have a proper answer for my queries. Insted started telling me cock and bull story, i do not appreciate this and suggesting my friends and family ppl not to buy any products from flipkart from now onwards.. What a crappy service and customer support team..

                        Regarding Worst experience -Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] This is really Annoying and this kind of policy is just putting me off from making any further purchases from Flipkart This is so unfair that you dont listen or solve issues the problems of your customers and just close the case saying vendor is not ready to Accept and disapproves the return WTF...??? Why te hell have you mentioned 30 days policy for return, just scrap it and say NO returns No exchange, then it sounds better whats the fun of being a Flipkart first customer and also a a genuinie buyer who is facing issue swith the handset, which is getting heated up so much that cant even talk Why would you listen, You are just selling and Selling, NOt selling Shame on You Flipkart WIll never buy now from you Nipun Sachdeva

                          if i had to describe this last/latest shopping experience i had with flipkart, the word BAD would be an understatement. i ordered a lenovo k3 note on 8th july, 2015, during the flash sale that started at 3:00 pm. My purchased was approved by the seller after the payment for the same was confirmed. i also opted for the one day express delivery. in morning i received the 4g sim card sent by the seller itsel[censored]nder a promotional scheme, but after staying the whole next day at my home and putting on hold my office and work, after being told by flipkart executives to wait till 9 pm and my product will be delivered twice during my calls to customer care during the day . all i received a little before some time before 9 was a message and a mail saying that my order has been cancelled and the money has been reverted to my bank account. but i never cancelled when i called customer care i was told it was cancelled at the seller end. my question was how can that be if the purchase was approved by the seller and i didn't asked to cancel. for that there was no information of the reason. to this the executive said it could be because of non availability of the stock. That being the case the sale shouldn't have gone through at all. being a customer i feel cheated, mislead and exploited from flipkart as well as the seller end. and more than the seller it should have been the responsibility of flipkart to avoid such an incident. all i want is the product but nothing else., without any delay, which the seller nor flipkart would be able to furnish, neither i had any expectation from flipkart that it would do anything about the feedback i have given to them, . as the flipkart executive only advised that i should wait for the 15th july when there would be another flash sale, but what is the guaranty same thing will not happen. kindly see into this case and if there is anything that can be done to cover up the inconvenience caused to me, to get me the product, and to avoid something like this to happen with someone else, please do the needful. dear flipkart, please stop testing the trust of the customers by such top class service. regards shashi ranjan an unsatisfied and exploited customer of flipkart.

                              I ordered a Sony CP-F10L/BC 10000 mAh powerbank. In two days o[censored]sing it, I found out, it is not working properly, So took it to Sony Service centre. According to them, Power bank i got from Flipkart is a DUPLICATE one. They refused to repair that item. Straight after that I contacted Flipkart to complaint about this problem. Some guy from customer care placed my replacement order, and after few days of that call, the replacement order has been cancelled automatically. I called them again to tell this query. This time they only had option to refund me. This is a way of cheating people by showing a huge OFF on product. Hate Flipkart.

                                I am Flipkart First customer which means the products i purchase from WS Retail on Flipkart ships and delivers my orders within one day. I ordered a Lenovo K3 Note mobile phone vide Order No.OD[protected]. I was given a tracking no (WSRC[protected]) and was told the delivery will be made today, i.e., 09.07.2015. When i checked the status of shipping and deliver on the Flipkart site, i was shocked that the shipment has not reached Hyderabad even at 7pm. So, i called the customer care. They asked me to wait till 9pm and when the shipment was not delivered even by 9pm, i called the customer care again, only to reach a sleepy, lazy executive who was in no mood to look in to the status of the order leave alone apologizing. When i asked him why the delay, he started explaining me that the unit(mobile phone) needs to be picked up, packed, and shipped to another place(Hyderabad in my case), as if this was the first time I am making purchases on flipkart or for that matter online. When i asked him why did Flipkart take the subscription charges when it cannot deliver in 1 day, he started giving lame excuses like it depends on the location and area of delivery. I blasted him saying when Flipkart asked for 400 bucks as subscription charges, it already checked my location and pincode for confirmation whether products can be delivered in a day or not and I even told him that neither i have changed or shifted my residence nor have i asked to deliver the product to some other place. I tell you, off late this Flipkart is becoming a one big head ache. I dont know how companies like Lenovo, etc agree to sell their flagship products only and only on sites like Flipkart where they cannot keep their commitment and when asked for reasons, give lame excuses. Moreoever, they ship the orders with logistics like Ekart which has not contact numbers or addresses so that we can directly speak to them like Bluedart or DHL instead of holding the phone on the Flipkart customer care for 15-20 mins and then meet some sleepy, lazy executive who hardly care to help customers like us. Its hight time, Flipkart higher authorities take note of this rather than ignore them and mend their ways. I am a Sailor by profession and my company and my ship will not wait for me just like Flipkart is asking me to wait for 1-2 days to get the shipment. Ridiculous ! Sailor

                                I 've ordered K3 note via Flipkart on 29th Jul and till now I haven't received my order. This is not the 1st time that I am ordering from Flipkart, however this time I am really dissapointed with the delay in service. On 5th I got the tracking status that it has reached Bhiwandi Sort Facility (Mumbai), and then on 6th there were no activity on tracking status as if they all slept that day, now on 7th Aug its the same status. Really unprofessional stuff. I want some one to get into this on urgent basis. My tracking no: WSRP[protected], Order id: OD[protected]
                                Guys, Remember - delay in product delivery is like loosing your warranty period by those many days - so even delay of a day is one day less warranty - which is loss and one can measure this loss only when issue arise in product and according to seller warranty is over which might not be for you.
                                Horrible experience buying a product from Flipkart

                                I placed an order on flipkart on 9th April, Initial delivery date they mentioned while placing the order was 11th to 13th of May. So I thought let's wait for a month even though I paid the actual amount of the product in INR is Rs.22990.
                                As I didn't get any update till 3rd of May, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care who confirmed me that It will be delivered on the promised delivery date.

                                Yesterday when I logged in to the App, to my surprise the delivery date has been modified to 31st of may with out any intimation. Immediately I called up the flipkart customer care to ask them to check on this un-intimated update of delivery date which is almost 1 month delayed.
                                Non of the customer care executive is ready to accept that it is a mistake from flipkart that the product delivery has been delayed by 1 month.
                                I am really surprised that how come they take 2 months to deliver a product to Tier one city like Hyderabad .When I asked there is no proper response or any kind o[censored]pdates on the delivery date nor they are ready to cancel the order.

                                These guys are simply making fool out of the people who believe online shopping is hassle free. I completely lost trust and suggest my fellow consumers to consider this (FlipKart.com) e-Com website for any purchase.

                                Very poor delivery service.
                                Please don't order stuff from flipkart if you need them urgently. Other online websites like myntra and Amazon are much better in terms of delivery. Atleast they deliver on expected date and don't change the date a day before. Flipkart, you are loosing your loyal customers.
                                Very very poor delivery experience.

                                I had ordered Honor Mediapad with them last week, ie, on their so-called grand festival sale, Saturday 13th, 2018, with a delivery date of Tuesday, 23rd, 2018, but not shipped until now and their tracking system is also useless, not showing anything.

                                    My experience with flip kart is not less then any nightmare. I bought 3 product from flipkart on 15th june 2015, which was sutra decore analog dia wall clock and 2 rbj 1000mil oil dispense. I received first only one oil despenser, while i ordered 2 and i was also charged for 2 but till now no refund done, second i recieved sutra dia wall clock, when i recieved that product it was no ware similar to product displayed in website. I callled first to flip kart call center and one lady attained me and informed that it is not possible to return product on first place, you need to replace, i tried my best to explain her that i want to return but she was just not ready to listen me. At last i got agreed for replacement. Today is 9 july, approx 3 weeks no replacement done yet, in these 3 weeks i called more then 5 times to flipkart callcenter but everytime once i explained my issue, some or other way, executive disconnected my call. Lastly one of the representative said that my refund for rs 475 (One rjb oil dispenser, which was not delivered) initiated long back, but till now i didn't received bank refund. Again i called flipkart call center for sutra dia analog wall clock, one lady representative named"priyanka"told me that my replacement is already initiated, so it is not possible to return that product now, she was not only arrogent and rude moreover she disconnected my call too. I again called flipkart call center and again explained everything to a diggerent representative, he said before 7 pm tonite my replacement product will be delivered, it is now 7. 00 pm but no one delivered that replacement product nor i got any call from delivery boy, i also received one sms about delivery boy contact details, but when i called in that number, number was switched off.

                                    I really regrate why i bought product from flipkart, i am harresed and moreover my money is stuck. I am feeling like cheated and wanted to take help from local police. You guys are fraud and hopeless. I will try and make sure to to let everybody knows what happened to me, so that no one else will face same situation.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile on date 22 june 2015 with prepaid option and paid Rs 6999 online. The order ID generated was OD[protected]. I got the package on 29 july 15 around 1:30 PM and opened it with a video shoot (my usual habit). I was really shocked and surprised when a saw magazine coming out of the box instead of expected mobile. Immediately I registered complaint on toll free number [protected] around 1:49 PM and twice on 9:18 PM as well. Customer care executive gave a some default answer to wait for 24 hours and mentioned that a replace or refund will be initiated but nothing happened afterwards. I called them more than 5 times but miserably I got the same answer to wait for 24 hrs. I am so disappointed now and feeling that this was my biggest mistake to order something online. I am attaching some snapshots of the box that I received and if you want video proof of same I can provide that as well. Kindly provide me deadline for resolution of this matter or initiate refund or replacement for the same. Regards Yogesh kumar

                                        I have ordered the Lakme silk forever eyeliner on 22nd June 2015, after getting the broken product after a week or so, i have asked for the replacement and this is the day i.e[protected], i have not received my fresh product. If i ask customer care they say, you cancel ur product and the money will come into the wallet or wait for next 8-10 days for fresh delivery .May i please ask why would i choose flipkart if i can get the product from my nearby store. If this is the status of flipkart i am sorry to say, i will put up a complaint into consumer forum. This is an example of poor services of flipkart, i will never recommend flipkart to anyone now on. But or the happy endings kindly deliver my product because i have invest appox 400 Rs and an extended period of 3 weeks. Thanks.
