[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate Item - Samsung Handsfree | |||||
Hi, I ordered a Selfie Stick Accessory Combo from Flipkart with Invoice date of[protected]. They claimed that the items are original, however, the Handsfree was found to be duplicate since it got damaged with in one month o[censored]se. I went to the Samsung Service Center & they did replace the Handsfree, however, it was again damaged within one month o[censored]se. Also, the Selfie stick is not working from day one & the third item I have not used till date. I am not at all happy with the product quality that I received & would like to have my money back by returning all the items. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SUCH ITEMS FROM FLIPKART. Thanks for your info. And some of the products have life period based on usage. Also to be noted that before purchasing product in online in any website please be analysis the consumer / buyers review. After that u may proceed for purchase.
