I bought a mobile phone on flipkart along with exchange of my old mobile. However the delivery agent rejected stating phone has a dent.
Firstly, as per flipkart t&c while buying phone, it was clearly mentioned that scratches, dent would lead to price reduction and not rejection. So why is flipkart not following the t&c?
Secondly, it is not a dent but a minor smudge. You cant even see it unless you look super closely and feel with your fingers.
I have raised an issue in app but i am not getting any response.
The phone is in very good condition and i am attaching pics for your reference. Also attaching the pic showing minor smudge and it is not even crack on the body.
I am still awaiting details on the rejection by delivery agent and what action flipkart is taking against this.
Many customers are suffering because of this. You can see the same thing has happened with others in lot of negative reviews and twitter so please define your policies, t&c clearly and follow it.
It is clearly written in the t&c while buying the phone on conditions leading to exchange rejection and value reduction. So please adhere to the same. Was this information helpful? |
