I have not received the product i received only mt box there is no product in the box.
If your asking me to make a payment for the no product in the box
Why do i have make payment?
Why are are sending massage everyday??
After discussing many time with customer care problem not resolved.
How you people are sending massage to and mail's as well

More over i have already raised complinet regards this issue after open the pocket next minute

I am unable to receive my order which was delivered by 7-2-2020 flipkart representative didn't contact me by mobile nor other means and said by him costumer unavailable this is big issue to deceive

నేను మొబైల్ బుక్ చేస్తే అది మొదట ఆర్డర్ బుకింగ్ అయినట్లు చూపించి తరువాత ఆటోమేటిక్ గా cancel అవుతుంది.ఎందుకు అని flipkart వాళ్ళను call చేసి అడిగితే ఎవరు సరైన సమాధానం చెప్పడం లేదు.నేను flipkart pluse member ని నాకు ఎందుకు ఇలా జరుగుతుంది

    I have been complaining twice for return of wrong product found in the pack from customer care team to raise request of received damaged different item, but they didn't file complaint accurately as wishmaster doesn't pick it because image in their application is not matched, how can it be match when the product is totally different.       This is regarding complaint about refund/replacement of defective mobile recieved from flipkart on january 18th 2020. I have been facing hang issue, self touch issue and few other performance related issue with the mobile after few days o[censored]sage. I had informed flipkart regarding this and they had arranged technician visit on the same four times but the technician visited only twice. First time he said he did os reinstallation and it worked fine for that point of time, but after 2 hours it started having the same issue along with multiple issues. Second time, i gave for a return request, and again techician visit was allocated but he did not come and gave a fake update as issue is resolved. I had informed this to flipkart but of no use. Again, i requested a return and this time the technician visited and he seemed to have done display test on mobile instead of performance issue testing on mobile. When i asked him what he is doing, he said he is doing engineering test on it. I clearly haven't heard of something like that.

      Now again, it did not work as expected. I informed flipkart but they did not approve of it and told me to visit service centre. When i visited service centre, they did not take up the issue, saying their chief technician is not available and come after 2 days (Which means i went on thursday and they asked me to come after 2 days. I asked shall i come on saturday. They said to visit on monday). I told them the issue but they said they can only repair but cannot refund or replace it as i had bought it from flipkart and not offline. I had informed this to flipkart but they said they spoke like they are not responsible.

      Then again i went to mi service centre. This time it was even more frustrating because they said they cannot take the mobile in the evening time, since they finish off any issue the same day itself and asked me to do screen recording and bring the mobile the next day. They had added some software or updated software. I did as they said and bought it but when i went and gave them the mobile, they asked me to show which recording has the issue popped up. I said ok and went on to search for it. Moved those recordings to seperate folder and gave it to them. While doing this one of the video got stuck inbetween and a popup got displayed saying "mi video is not responding."i took screenshot of it and also showed the exact issue to the customer executive. She took it and showed it to the person working on it. By the time the video started to play (Is what they said). They seemed to be ignorant of the issue but later accepted it has issue and took the mobile for observation and they kept it. I asked when to get it back, they said they will call and inform me about it. But they did not call next dy and i informed about this to mi by contacting them through toll free number. I again waited for 3 days without mobile in hand. All thes while i kept contacting flipkart and informing them about the status and everytime different customer executive speaks and i have to explain the whole issue from the first.

      I literally got fed up with their service. Over 6 times they have rejected my return and replacement request. I had send emails to them since they had asked me for the complaint number but no reply from them. Everytime i call and raise concern, they say my issue will get resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Soetimes even 72 hours but till now. But issue never gets resolved. I have more to say but i am stopping here.

      I asked flipkart executive that if my mobile has no concerns even after tech visit, then why would mi service centre say that it has issue? I have raised this concern within 10 days of replacement policy and still not resolved. I want an answer for this. I do not know any higher officials to contact to and i hd asked them to help me connect to them regarding this issue but no one helped. I have all rights to ask for return or replacement for this product. I will take this issue to as many people as possible, if flipkart is still not ready to do the refund or replacement of the product.

        Total poor service flipkart, i m regularly customers of amazon, but this helpless i can say because, flipkart team not providing proper information, after many calls request, they only say sir wait u will receive your order soon wait for one, on 10th of february, i had placed the order a phone which promised delivery time 2days, but on 12th i only received a message by ekart delay delivery 3days late,
        You know what why this is important to share with you because they was an anniversary gift i plan to give my wife on 12th february, you guys fail it, i waited till 13th february same i raised complaint on your flipkart help department, no issue resolve same i cancelled the order on same day,

          Dear team, i have ordered the aforesaid watch (Timex t2n 943) and made a payment of rs 11350.00 on 10.02.2019. I have received the order on 15.02.2020, and to my surprise i found that completely different order has been received, that too in a shady condition. The price tag in the current product received is 2800. This is pathetic and how shameful operation can be on part of flipkart. Such type of delivery and product quality for flipkart customers is not desirable and i can assure that customer trust and satisfaction level is zero. Flipkart from nowonwards cannot be recommend.
          I want immediate action toward s my order which needs to be picked up and arrange for immediate refund of my money.
          I am attaching the photos that i have received ana the item i have ordered

              Hi i make a order id - od[protected] on 11th feb 20 for a mobile. I used 2 gift card for making payment of value 3997 and 4002/-. On 14th flipkart cancel this order. I didn't receive any refund of value 4002. I connect with customer care. They are making excuses for do wait request you to please look into the matter and help to get my money.

                  I do not understand why everytime the led tvs from vu or iffalcon and thomson are not deliverable to my location.
                  My location pin no is 787057. It is a semi urban location and one of the proper city in our state.
                  It is really unfortunate everytime i try to buy led tv from flipkart, it shows the items is not in stock for my location. But why???.
                  There are many delivery service providers in our place. I have check the delivery options for other districts of dhemaji also. It's not delivering anywhere in dhemaji district. It's really a big question to clarify from your side. Mere excuses would not work. If you are really doing business then this type of situations are not fair for customers. I hope my complain will be heard and necessary actions will be taken by your company.

                    मैंने दिनांक 07/02/2020 को flipkart से alan jones solid men dark blue track pants ऑर्डर किया जिनका order number - od[protected], कीमत 699/- था और दिनाँक 13/02/2020 को delevry हुआ परंतु colour बहुत ही different था जब मैंने flipkart से रिटर्न करने का प्रयास किया तो मेरा flipkart account को ब्लॉक कर दिया गया, जब मैंने flipkart custamber care से बात किया तो 15/02/2020 तक इंतजार करने के लिए कहा गया जब 15/02/2020 आया तो email के माध्यम से contact करने कहा गया मेल मे मैसेज करता हू तो कहता है कि मैंने कई बार रिटर्न करने का प्रयास किया जबकि term and condition मे ऐसा नहीं है, जब मेरा समान मे कुछ प्रॉब्लम है तो उसे रिटर्न कर सकते हैं, flipkart ने मेरे साथ बहुत बड़ी धोखाधड़ी किया है मैं flipkart के ऊपर national counsumer girevane मे flipkart का fraud का camplain दर्ज करूंगा, flipkart बहुत cheating किया है!

                      1. My registered no. With flipkart is[protected].

                      2. I have placed an order for 'hometown simply engineered wood study table' on 23.01.2020

                      2. It has been delivered to me on 11.02.2020.

                      3. A technician come today i. E. On 15.02.2020 and found that the table is defective.

                      4. Thereafter, return & replacement request is placed by him/his team.

                      5. Now, i do not want this product. I just want refund for rs. 3, 141/- which i have earlier paid for this product.

                      6. I have called the customer care and the executive told me that there is no refund policy; there is only replacement policy.

                      7. I am a faithful customer of flipkart, and i have ordered many items from the flipkart. Usually, i do not prefer return of any item.

                      8. Now, in this case, as the item is defective and return request has been placed from the company side only, then why we the faithful customer cannot have the right to claim refund.

                      9. If the product is not trustworthy, can't we customer have simple privilege to get the refund?

                      10. I request to kindly make arrangement to refund my amount.

                          Od[protected]. Not satisfied by your resolution i wont take 100 rs gift card only for missing bag beacuse it is too less and not adjustable. So kindly request your seller to plz increase the amount. This is totally cheap and bad service. Kindly note very carefully thati will not take 100 rs thats final. My prefered amount is 400 to 500 plz be noted

On delivery, after i paid cash, the package contained two documents, one was an invoice and other other was a letter stating that i need to contact a business watsapp no (91-[protected]) or the email id ([protected]@razersharp.in) to get the license key. The wastapp no was switched off and on emailing also, no response was received.
                            Upon canceling the order and asking for refund, the flipkart customer care representative assured i will get my refund within 2 working days and someone will come to collect the package back.
                            Neither the person has come to collect the package nor have i received my money back.
                            It compels me to insist that now the person coming to collect the package need to give me written confirmation on flipkart letterhead confirming that the money of rs. 3000/- shall be refunded back to me.
                            Request you to please help me out and expedite this matter. I am in urgent need of cash.

                              My flipkart paylater is not working from last 3 months.

                              I have tried more than 100 times in different phones. "its says try after some times." or try again.

                              I have tried re-install app also in different phones its not working.

                              When ever i call flipkart customer care they will to try after 24hrs this is redicules

                                  I ordered karbon keypad mobile phone (Order number - od[protected] on 5 feb 2020.. They delivered me this product on 11 feb, i got the defective product as it's screen keeps blinking speaker quality is bad and also the back cover is not worth it.                                     Ordered for an huami amazfit bip smart watch from flipkart and for which i was really disappointed to get a product which has the worst quality in the world and moreover does not match the display description as per portal. i have even called flipkart may be around 04 times to return the product and whenever i speak to the associates they take my request and use only one rebuttal "i can understand your problem:" and when i ask them to escalate the call to the supervisor they always disconnect the call. i have proof and recordings for the same. nobody from the escalation team calls back the customer. as per flipkarts return policy i have asked the return from the same day the order was shipped.
