Dear Flipkart Team, as your policy says block those accounts who request large number of returns and my account is blocked for this, but its not reasonable in my case because only 2-3% orders are returned and all are valid returns from my side and I've use this service because flipkart proudly says "easy returns" and aside of this Flipkart never warn or notify me that returns could block my account its very unfair,
The whole problem is occurred with my last order, i have ordered
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 6GB 128GB - black but I've received Samsung Galaxy Note 9 6GB 128GB - blue,
so i got different color and it is valid reason for return,
after i placed return Pickup is proceed but no one came to pickup and i got SMS says "Pickup Unsuccessful"
after next day when check my account its logged out when try to login it says "Your Flipkart account is blocked please contact customer support"
i contacted support team and they registered a complain and asked me " please patient for 72 hours" and the 72 hours is not completed till now since November 2019
i'm very disappointed please look upon this and unblock my account.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by anilcbcwebs Their is no high number of returns and last return is genuine, this is discrimination against customer, I'm gonna forward it to legal action if account didn't unblocked
I am really upset regarding the services of the company.
