I have purchased a mobile phone samsung galaxy s9, order no is - od[protected] dated[protected]. When i used my mobile i saw it is not working properly so i complaint to return my mobile but yet there is no solution done by your executives. One day executive of filpkart comes to me and say your phone will replaced as early as possible but he closed my complaint without intimation, i am not satisfied. Yet there is no solution given to me. So it is humble request please do the needful and replaced my mobile phone otherwise i have to knock the door of hon'ble court.

    Sir/madam actually i purchased a mobile flipkart named as asus zenfone 5z 8gb variant after reciving i am not able to acess the device the touch screen was not working as u can seen in below video i upload.. I had been daily calling to the flipkart they were simply wasting my time and they sended the technician he checked the device the video shooted by him... But flipkart still now not arranging replacement... Just only i no more need u r product give my money take your...10days from 10days i was suffering.. I am begging don't sale like this device don't make us fools

      I have been blocked to access flipkart gamezone from past 3 weeks. The reason they are saying we encourage fair play as if i have done fraudulent activity.in their app, it is nowhere mentioned that it will be blocked i[censored]sed on multiple devices or anything related to it. This is not a justice to the consumer. I have tried contacting flipkart customer care services, but they all are giving the diplomatic answers and not resolving the issue.

        The total was already processed and i had also sent my id proof.
        But sir, my flipkart account is blocked since 6 days and i am not able to
        Open flipkart application.
        Therefore, sir, i request you. P please reopen and activate my flipkart
        Account so that i can shop from flipkart again.

          I am having a flipkart plus account. I have ordered a t. V on jan 19th, it was expected to be delivered by feb of 3rd but till now the product hasn't shipped yet. I called flipkart customer support nearly 30 times and the funnier part is they haven't come with a solution. It's more than 3 weeks the product hasn't shipped yet and the customer hasn't come with a solution.

          I have purchased a mosquito killer on 10 jan but i wasn't satisfied with the product so i returned it on 17 jan.The refund was initiated on that day but after passing more than 15 days the refund hasn't been yet credited to my account

          I purched shoe cabinet from flipkart on 5th January 2020 and paid by card.they took order and give expected delivery date of 21st Jan.After that they revise delivery date 4 time.i purchased item almost before a month but didn't get it until now.
          How should I pay if my Account is blocked? I'm not able to log in my account from anywhere... Is this a joke? What is this?? Such harassment is purely unacceptable...

            I requested a return of an order id numer od[protected].. I called the pick up agent and i told him to pick up the order from 11-1:30 or will come after 4:30 but he said he will come at his wish and refused to my instructions.. Now 2 days have been already gone my pich up has not been picked up... I want my return should be picked up by tomorrow before 11 am as i will go for coaching or in the evening pick up can be done... I want my return as soon as possible done... It is the worst service from flipkart that i m getting...

We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has schedule the pickup from your address by 13 Feb 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.
            I order a led tv on flipkart.
            I order on 22 january 2020. Flipkart commit me 6th feb. 2020 is deliver date of my led tv. But their are no update in may oder till now. I do not receive any update. I complaint on flipkart's call center. But there are not satisfactory answer.

              It's been three months, I am facing issue with my account and I am not able to pay on flipkart paylater as my account has been blocked on your end. I am ready to pay my money due i.e. Rs 900 but how can I pay if i am not able to login to my account. I have already raised my complaint several times, I am writing you to this again the whole issue -

              On 26th November, my account was hacked as someone changed the contact number and mail id of my account and I have raised the complaint regarding that to your executive and told them to not to change the contact number and mail id, but they did. Then i have continuously called your helpline to resolve the issue, I even provided my PAN card and Aadhar card as well. It was recovered in December by your team, but the person who has hacked my account had bought something on flipkart pay later basis and after recovering you have raised the payment of 15000/- out of which I only purchased tarkan foldable table of Rs 900/- only. Again I raised the query to your team. On 13 January 2020, you executive assured me that I have to pay only 900/- and they will only freeze my account for one day to make necessary changes, but since that day i am not able to login to my account nor I am able to pay. I am receiving threats of legal action and its not my fault, its on your end . kindly look into the matter.
              My account was registered in my contact number i.e [protected] but after it got hacked you ask me to provide other number so i have given my mothers number [protected], and mail id - [protected]@yahoo.in.
              Now she recieves call from your flipkart pay later team unnecessary as i have also told your executive to call on my number i.e. [protected]. I am humbly requesting you to look into this matter and solve it as its been three months and no proper resolution is provided.

                I made a bus booking through flipkart. Flipkart using make my trip as backend to book bus tickets. My transaction of amount 2000 was successful but booking was unsuccessful, so i booked same seats in goibibio and finished my trip in peace. I made this transaction with flipkart on jan 13th 2020. I waited for 7 working days for my refund which i didnt got yet. Later i started calling flipkart, my bank and makemytrip (Mmt). Everyone pointing fingers to others. Bank said transaction was success, flikart said transaction was successfully delivered to mmt, mmt said that they didn't received money from flipkart. Everyone simply pointing fingers to each other with no resolution till feb 4th. On feb 4th i called flipkart again and they are again saying to speak with mmt. Then i started fighting with them saying "why i should speak with mmt, i didn't booked in mmt. If i want to book in mmt, i would have booked in it directly, they have their own app and website. But i booked in flipkart because i believe in flipkart more than mmt. I don't care whose help you are taking in backend to make your bookings, i made booking through flipkart, and flipkart agreed that they received the money but booking was unsuccessful. So, i want flipkart itself to refund my money. If you want you directly speak with mmt but i wont. I want resolution from flipkart itself". Then they registered complaint on same day i. E. 4th feb and said that my issue will be resolved by 7th feb. I waited till feb 7th and on that i got a mail stating that we need more time till 10th feb 10am. I called customer care on 10th feb 1pm and they requested to wait till 9pm. I have waited till 11th 1pm but i didnt got any call or message or mail from flipkart.

                I didn't not received the product but it was showing it was delivered.and I did the call to filpkart customer care.they taken the time of Feb 8th I did not get any msg or call form there hand.

                  They are only offering me 100 rs gift card as a compensation which is two less man .That bag costs around 400 to 500 .And also i wont be able to replace it because Its been a 1 week since i am also start using this item because when i raised a compliant they clearly told me dont worry mam seller will provide you compensation for missing bag but i did not expected onky 100 rs .I am very clear that i wont take 100 rs my final prefered amount is 400 to 500 .I

                    Received default product even after replacement and now flipkart is denying to return our money.

                    Purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Shield 6 L RO + UV + MP + MTDS Water Purifier (Black) on 12th jan 2020 .

                    After first free installation product stopped working and started leaking for which i have raised a replacement request which took more than 2 weeks to deliver replaced product and no one appeared for installation.

                    Flipkart requested to do installation by our own, and then we arranged the technician from our end for the installation, now the technician reported the second delivered product is also faulty.

                    We called back to the flipkart that this time we want our money back and dont want to continue with the product, but they denied saying that only 10 days return policy is there .

                    Issue is they only told me to hold for around 10 days saying that they will be doing the installation and at last flipkart told us to do it on my own. meanwhile these 10 days has past away . Thus not fulfilling the policy.

                    Flipkart played with our health as unknowingly we drank bad quality water for around 2 -3 days . and getting issues with product return now, want to file mental harassment case as well. As i am not getting proper response from their end.

                      I placed a order for mobile infinix hot 8 of β‚Ή6999/- but I received empty parcel inspite of a detergent cake. Then I lodge the complaint but they rejected.                             I ordered iphone 7 but received phone was having metallic color pealed off at backside so i raised replacement request.
                            But the replaced product which i received was not in sealed pack and its having minor scratches in phones screen and side panel.

                            I raised many complaints to flipkart but they are rejecting the same sayin they found unusual returns from my account.
                            The truth is i never ever returned anything unusually in flipkart. i return only if it has defect.

                            I have been flipkart's customer before 2012 an over this 8 years i have purchased many products. This time its very frustrating experience with no hope.

                            I purchased it by seeing the return policy that if the product has any defects then Flipkart will assist. So atleast you need to assist me on this order as I have already paid for it.

                              My order id is od[protected]. I have purchased vivo v7+ phone from flip kart which is not original. Flip kart has fooling people by selling stolen phone. After the purchase i am receiving calls from crime branch and they are claiming that the phone purchased is stolen and they are asking to submit the phone for the investigation. When i visited to check crime branch indore to verify that calls was real or just a fraud, then i got to know that they were really from crime branch & that was true.
                              According to crime branch indore there are many phones of vivo purchased by many customer from different different platforms are stolen. According to them around thousand phones are having fake one ime no ends with 009 which was sold to many customers.
                              As per crime branch there are many sellers who has sold stolen phone with one ime no. Around 1000 mobiles are detected on the one ime no (Same ime no which is mentioned in my phone information ends with 009). As per them they are submitting all the phones which are purchased by same ime no for the investigation so that they can trace all the seller & then they will block all the phones with same ime no.
                              I even have different ime no., ime no.in my phone information is different from the ime no. Mentioned in the invoice. Ime no. Mentioned in invoice is [protected] & in phone information ime no mentioned is [protected], both are completely different. Please check the screenshots i have attached.
                              Police is submitting all the phones for the investigation. I have purchased this phone from flip kart by paying those 22000. Now police has saying to submit the phone for investigation & they are saying all the phones with this duplicate ime no. Will be blocked after the investigation as it is having fake ime no.
                              I don't understand what wrong i have done i have just purchased the phone from flip kart where i lost the phone also as police is taking that n lost the money also which i paid to flip kart for the stolen phone.
                              I have lost my 22000 rs & phone too as flip kart has sold stolen phone to me with fake ime no.
                              I have purchased this phone on bajaj emi, it took 2 years to clear phone installments, after clearing the installment police is claiming that phone is stolen and having fake ime no this phone will be blocked. When i contacted flip kart for the same they are not ready to take any guarantee of this fraud, they are not ready to help.
                              Where is the assurance which was given by flip kart for the security n authenticity of the product? Flip kart claims that they sold original products then how came this type of stolen phone they have sold. According to police there are many other phones which are sold by flip kart.
                              Now flip kart is saying they don't take any guarantee of this kind of thing. They are not ready to answer for any of this. I don’t understand what is my fault in all these i have purchased the phone legally by trusting online platform flip kart paid all the emi of bajaj then also now i lost the phone also and my money also.
                              Kindly help me to get my money back from flip kart which i paid for the stolen phone.

                                Fraud flipkart company... Very worst service by flipkart team.. Not expected

                                I have very bad experience with flipkart they are really worst and they are making money in very unprofessional way. As i have ordered one trolley bag whose cost is rs 2184 (Order number od[protected] and payment mode cod but when the product was delivered the product quality was not good so i returned on 4th feb and in mail it was mentioned i will get my money bank in my bank account by 6th of feb and then i was waiting for money
                                But i didn't recieved my money then i was started calling to customer care. On 6 only i started calling to flipkart customer care i used to call 3-4 times in a day and they were saying wait for today you will get your money today then i waited and again then on 7th feb i called them they were saying wait for today you will get your money or else contact with your bank they i called to bank also they (Bank) were saying they haven't recieved any refund from flipkart. As from last 5 days i was continously on call and it was very frsutration for me.
                                Atlast they mentioned your account number is this then i matched with my provided bank account which was not matching then they asked for my correct bank account number and i have given them then they told wait for till 10th feb you will get your money in your updated account. Later i waited till 10th feb till 8 am then again i called to them then they are saying contact with you bank they will help you.

                                  I ordered a shoe from flipkart but sent me a size bigger than ordered. When i tried to exchange it they blocked my account giving reason as high returns even though its a new account. I have ordered 5 products before shoe and returned only one cause it wasn't as expected.
                                  If i try to contact them they give me a date and say your issue will be solved by this day and you will be contacted by our executive which i am never get.

                                    I had ordered lenovo tab m10 (Fhd) 32 gb 10.1 inch with wi-fi+4g tablet (Slate black) during flipkart sale on on feb 3rd 2020 on a good discounted price on advance making the payment. Product was suppose to be delivered on feb 5th 2020 but flipkart dispatched the product one day before the delivery date. As i was not aware and avilable on feb 4th 2020, so i requested delivery person to deliver the product on the given delivey date i. E. On feb 5th 2020.

                                    On feb 5th 2020, i waited for an half day (Till 12 pm to 1 pm) but i did not received any update about my product, so called up flip[kart customer care and update them about the whole incident and requested them to delivered the product by today only.

                                    Still till (3 pm to 4 pm) i did not get any response from the flipkart side, so i again called them to know the status of my product. They assure me, that product will be delivered by today only and disconnect the call.

                                    Finally around 8 pm, when i did not get any update about my product again i called up flipkart customer care and had a word with mr. Manpreet (Senior person) at 19:53 complaint no. In[protected], he assured me to get the delivery of the product on feb 6th 2020. I waited for the whole day on feb 6th 2020, but i did not get any call or message from the flipkart regarding my product delivery.
                                    On 7th i was travelling, so i did not get time to followup with flipkart team, on feb 8th 2020 i received message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled on my request. I was so shocked to see that message, without any further delay i called up flipkart customer care team and tell them about the message i received and ask them to give explanation for the same, as i have not cancelled the order and i am the one who is following up with these peoples.
                                    Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, executive is pressuring me to re purchase the product. During sale i got that product on 35% approx discount and they want me to repurchase the product on higher rates and when i denied to do that and ask them for justification, they disconnect my call.

                                    I need proper justification, on what basis they have cancelled my product, they wasted my 2 days making following up with there team and also taken advance payment for the product.

                                    I have all the evidences with me regarding this whole incident and can be provide, when required.
