[Resolved]  Flipkart — exchange of crt tv for new led tv

They believe delivery boy are technician, they intend not to deliver the TV. He checked old TV found everything ok. But when he didn't got any excuse for deny for delivery.he said the old TV is too old. And behaviour was very rude. Flipkart will lose reputation with such staff. There was few friends was also there they also surprised with the behaviour and incident. I request to take action against them.

as per discussion with customer care have reordered with same offer and same delivery guy came and entire episode repet... so have to buy the product by paying difference amount while getting delivery.

But during detail chat with delivery guy i came to know its big scam only, he shown some bills also, the exchange offer just to cheat customers. he accepted that he can not take old tv bcz he has instruction exchange product by giving any silly reason and customer care will close the complain with sorry we cant help note.

This is really pathetic - seems this is a big scam by Flipkart... Buyers should be aware of this.

Mine too CRT TV - but denied exchange stating that picture is not clear when seen on Mobile Camera - CRT output never will be clear on Camera... How come delivery boy will be in a position to decide as technical person.

Same kind happened to me, CRT TV exchange rejected by delivery boy stating we dont take CRT tvs in exchanges on Flipkart. He also mentioned that only LED/LCD tvs are considered for exchange. I have paid an exchange amount of 4700 to him (some crazy offer on exchange even for not working tvs)
