Flipkart — Exchange of phone rejected without any reason

Ref to mentioned order id. I have ordered a phone with an exchange offer. But when Ekart wishmaster checked my phone which was supposed for exchange. He just rejected it saying that display is coming out. Which was actually not coming out. And the phone was perfectly ok.

Still as per flipkarts policy mentioned in Order details.

Issues leading to reduction in exchange value
Phone screen issues like crack, discoloration, screen coming out or touch not working.
Phone body issues like deshaped phone, bent phone, dents, cracks & parts missing. "Unqoute"

There is option of Value reduction and not straightly rejection of exchange.

Then why wishmaster just rejectes it straightly.

I dont think in this way Flipkart can make a buisness very long. Many of peoples are already disappointed with such kind of issues.
