I have ordered an MOTOROLA G40 Fusion on 27th Feb 2022 in flipkart by exchanging my old mobile which is Lenovo K8 Plus which is valued at 2200 INR in the app while purchasing, while delivering the new product and picking up the old product at the same time they have asked me to pay 1200 INR more saying that flipkart only valued your product as 1000 INR. as per the flipkart terms and conditions that are mentioned they have said that if the phone is good condition without any issues they will take it as 2200 INR if there is any crack or dent then 1650 INR, if screen is having issues like touch not working, discoloration, screen coming out, body deshape then they will take it as 1000 INR but my phone is having a small crack on the screen which means according to them my phone valuation should be 1650 INR instead they valued it at 1000 INR. When i have complained this to their customer care they send the mail saying that my exchange mobile screen came out that's they have valued it at 1000 INR but that's not the case so i have replied saying that not the problem with my exchange mobile it' just a minor cracks on the screen so my valuation should be 1650 INR but they are replied by changing the word from screen came out of the body to crack on the screen and said that we can do anything. they have made the mistake but they are not accepting it and not paying back my remaining money that I have paid extra. they are just saying thanks for the feedback and brushing it off.
i want my money back which i have paid extra and the time i have spend on them to making them understand what happened, compensation for that.
as a proof i am attaching all the photos and videos.
