π Delivered it on 16th January
π Raised replacement request on 16th due to poor display quality
π Received call from executive on same day.Troubleshooting steps were given, but it was not effective.
π Flipkart arranged tech visit multiple times, but no one came.
π Done numerous calls with executives and issue was escalated to the team.
π Team overridden the tech visit and seller accepted replacement request on 26th.
π Replacement was delivered on 29th.Noticed speaker issues and created refund request.
π Received call from executive on same day.Troubleshooting steps were given, but it was not effective.

π Done numerous calls with executives and issue was escalated to the team.
π Received call from team and was informed that seller can not accept the return since tech visit has
not happened and advised to approach servcie center.but fortunately another tech visit was alloted
after a small argument
π Technician came on 16th February and acknowleged that phone has issues.I was told by him that
my return will approved, so I shared the happy code.
π Received return cancellation message after an hour.I called customer support and told that it was a fake update from technician and they escalated
the issue to team.
π Registered complaint on consumercomplaints and consumerhelpline, contacted flipkart through
facebook and twitter.
π Team contacted on 20th and informed that seller has approved refund and pick up will be done by
21st.
π Pick up did not happen and on 23rd february, team contacted me to inform that seller has initiated the
refund and amount will be reflected in bank account by 24th.Also, pick up will be done later.
π Received money in account at 3am on 24th
β Record video during tech visit and do a call with customer care executive to make sure the
technician don't give wrong update.
β Tell the executives to mention your problems clearly while escalating an issue to the team
β Don't miss any call from team, it will only delay the process as they don't call you again on the
same day
β don't use the chat desk, calls are more effective.
