My Flipkart account is being blocked from almost 3 weeks without any information even though I am a Plus member and not violated any Flipkart norms. My paylater is due for March 5th 2022. I requested for a link to clear the due amount to avoid the fine. Flipkart team has sent me a link with some random amount which is more than what I have purchased. When I contacted customer support they ask me to wait and cut the call. Without knowledge they say it might be because of the late payment even though I am paying in time. Careless behaviour and answers even though its their mistake. I need clear details about the purchase history and the amount to be paid.

      This is Upesh Kashyap, a Flipkart user and also a member of Flipkart Pay Later.
      The issue is that, the bill generated on the basis of installment is not accepting payment and shows error at last payment gateway and on my first month due bill when I select to pay through any medium which is showing pending of the previous month and because of which that payment link is to be showed as "Duplicate from Merchant" and I'm unable to do any payment.
      For this month it's till 5th March my due date is there and however, after that I'll be charged with the penalty that too unnecessarily upon merchant fault.
      I'm still trying at every moment to make it but everytime it comes error and also showing as "Your Bank Has Exceeded The Limit" and then payment failed...
      I kindly request the concerned team to go through the issue and provide with a resolution ASAP...

        Flipkart is fooling people in the name of exchange old mobiles and delivery executive try to reject product on unusual basis. Flipkart customer support didn't respond and cut the call in between the conversation. Services are getting worst day by day.

          Dear sir/mam
          I ordered Samsung Galaxy F62 (128) GB, but I received empty box,
          So I raised return request but seller again and again rejected my request, so I contacted Flipkart customer care, so they raised issues and create new return request and later some days, I watched my return request rejected, so I contacted customer care they have crated once more return request, but later that request has been rejected, so I contacted Flipcart they escalated my issue, and later I doesn’t able access of my account, I got email of higher numbers of returns in your purchase history so you not able to use your Flipkart account, but I ordered only one product in my this account, still now,
          I daily contacting Flipkart for my refund but every day they giving me new day, new date, and only saying
          We will resolving your issue early, we will giving refund, but still I doesn’t received my refund, If you not able to activate my account so no I have no issue, but I want my refund, later I received email from the team, they asked me if proof
          And I send all documents
          And I received update from Flipkart that is they said me we will initiate refund in 24 hours but30days go’s but still I doesn’t received my refund, I want my refund

            Several complains were made regarding non delivery and refund thereof, but nothing has been done from flipkart side.

            The first date of delivery of the product was 14-Jan 2022 and till now nothing has been done. Its been nearly two months. Below is the last incident number recieved but they didnt do anything after

              Above are the incident numbers pertaining to which i have raised issue about non delivery of my product twice. The product first delivery was on 14-Jan-2022 and till date flipkart has not done anything regarding this. Several times customer executives have only shown sympathy only. This is really depressing, frustating and made me losing faith in flipkart services.

                Recently I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered, when we opened the parcel box there is no headphone in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
                I`m still trying to contact with yours customers service support but no response me yet.
                No resolution is being given even after sending the complete documents.
                Not only this, my Flipkart account has also been blocked by Flipkart team instead of giving resolution. what a shame this is.
                Please help me and contact me as soon as possible so we are connected with well reputed Flipkart in future also.

                  Flipkart blocked my account without any prior information and wrong reason is given by them.

                  I ordered items for me at my address and for my brother at his address.

                  Flipkart is giving reason to block my account is that i am reselling products.

                  :-Important- i have 2575 rs. Gift voucher in this account and they blocked my account. Either unblock my account or give gift card to another account. Flipkart is ccheating with its customer.

                  Please take strict action against them

                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 98653*****. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account asap.

                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 781012 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 781012 about few days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 781011 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense.

                        I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number even the email was linked with the same number so I'm not able to access that...Reach me at [protected]@gmail.com

                          Hello, i have ordered an blutooth speaker from Flipkart and recieved any empty box i complaint about that they created return for me and after that they asking for Adhaar or pan card.
                          I will attach image of my order details and the mail that i have recieved from Flipkart.
                          Please sir why i share my personal information with them. There's no rule or law that ask us to send these details without any crime.
                          I want refund from them... As soon as possible.

                            My Experian credit score has decreased because of IDFC first bank limited (sponsored bank for Flipkart pay later).
                            IDFC first bank filed wrong suits which are of
                            1. OVERDUE ALL AMOUNT

                            Based on the above issue I have contacted Flipkart many times over the past months. on JAN 2022 one of the Flipkart told me that there is no outstanding balance or any overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account and it is showing in Flipkart because of a technical glitch. Regarding this technical glitch, our partner IDFC First bank limited directly reported the CIBIL and the suit filed will be removed or rectified in the next report. (Incident: IN[protected], IN[protected] )

                            I have called customer care to IDFC First . They informed me that there is an outstanding balance of 4865 Rs on my account number: they told me that they couldn’t access my account statement and told me that they are just a sponsor for Flipkart pay later and we can’t do anything about it, just resolve the issue with Flipkart only.
                            again recently, I contacted Flipkart on 17th feb22. They told me that “at any cost, my issue will be resolved by 22th of feb 2022.” After contacting me again 2-3 times on the 22th of feb22, they told me, “we will send you an update on this within 36 to 48 business hours.”
                            today is the 23th of feb22 they are not even replying to me.
                            when they are saying that there is no outstanding or overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account. I don’t understand why they are not able to provide me with the full and final payment link and why they are making me suffer even though I am not at fault.

                            THEY TRAPPED ME, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT AT FAULT. I HAVE PAID EVERY DUE ON TIME.

                              I ordered Asus rogts phone and on the second day after delivery i understood the problems it had, it was overheating, wifi turns off and turns on randomly, voice calls get dropped, keyboard malfunctions at times, etc. Since the second day of delivery i am trying to return or replace the product, Flipkart customer executives hang up calls midway and don't call back. One executive'sakshi' put me on hold for 18mins then hung up. After rejecting my return request multiple times now the return period is over. I will take strict action in a legal way of my issue is not resolved. Customer care executives hang up calls on purpose and delay return time.

                                Flipkart has blocked my account while I’m trying to return a product. I have contacted customer support. They said they have raised complaint will get resolution through mail. The mail says account has blocked due to number of returns. But i have returned only 2 or 3 items. I want my account back...

                                I had ordered mobile but I got empty box for which I complained then he has blocked my account. I also have the unboxing video of the product.

                                  My nephew, sk sanouir, ordered a boat sound bar ( order id : OD[protected] on 23rd February, 2022. But he received a faulty battery- sound bar. The battery did not perform well and dropped from 70 percent to 20 percent within minute. When contacted the Flipkart customer care they denied to replace the item

                                      My flipkart accout got hacked and with continuous day & night follow up with customer care team, they reinstated my mobile number after 11 days !!! By that time the hacker misused the account for around 55, 000/- and now flipkart is asking me to pay for the amount which was purchased by using Pay Later.

                                        I have purchased refrigerator from Flipkart and after delivery, installation team was expected to install the product but on the promised date of installation Flipkart cancelled my installation without my knowledge. Installation team never called or never contacted to me and they cancelled my installation which is causing me wasting my time .
