On 3rd of February I buy products from flipkart around Rs
1685 and I made payment with my bank debit card. When I make payment it shows technical errors and then I make the second one after few minutes and it was successful done but when I check my statement it was a double payment debited two times from my account. Could you please advice how can I retrieve my refund from Flipkart.

      After 2 weeks, technician visited happened on 16th February and he found that my phone has issues which can not be fixed.So he assured me that he will update it .I was happy and shared the happy code with him.But after 10 minutes, I received the message saying my return will be cancelled.even after finding my product has issue, they cancelled my return.The previous tech visits didnt happened because o[censored]nknown reasons from their end and that delayed the entire return process.They rejected my genuine return request just because that technician gave a wrong update.I have contacted customer care.They told me to take phone to brand which is 26km from my place.Since my issue is genuine, why I need to do that?
      but after a heated argument they forwarded the complaint to higher team.

      Today I received a mail from flipkart stating the following,
      "We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 18 Feb, 3:00 PM to get back to you"
      but I have not received any call from the team.Earlier the promised date was February 17th.Seems like they are purposefully delaying it.

      They have closed last complaint too without giving a response.Such a barbaric and indecent approach from Flipkart.If they can't even revert on my complaint, how they will resolve it?

      Flipkart team contacted me and told me that seller has approved my return and I have received the confirmation mail as well as the text message of approval.I received a message regarding the pick up mentioning the date and things I have to do before the pick up.Now I am waiting for the pick up to be done.I will close the complaint once I receive the refund.

      As I expected, Flipkart didn't pick the product on promised date.I contacted customer support and now they have given me a new resolution date.Amateurishness at peak.Poor service provided to customer.

      Flipkart failed to pick up the product today also.I contacted them today and another resolution date has been given as I expected.I dont understand why they can't inform the customer if there is a delay in any process.

      Flipkart did not arrange a pick up today also.I received the same message when I contacted customer support.
      "As per our conversation we are working to solve your issue with the partner."
      They are insensitive and unaware of the effects on a customer by their unethical practices .I feel helpless as I am getting the same message on everyday.

      One of the team members contacted me today in the evening and informed me that since the pick up has not happened, they will initiate the refund today and pick up will be done later.They assured me that refund will be reflected in my account by tomorrow, ie 24th February.I will close the complaint once I get the refund.

      After raising a refund request on 29th january, Flipkart was able to complete the refund process on 24th February.I received the credit message from bank at 3 am today.It took almost 26 days to get the money back.The pick up has not done yet, since it's not my problem anymore, that will not bother me.I appreciate both consumercomplaints and consumerhelpline websites for giving me a platform to raise my voice.Since I got the refund hereby I am closing the complaint.

        I have ordered a Order: OD[protected]
        Item: PUMA RS-X³ Hard Drive Sneakers For Men

        The same was received on 8 feb 22. The product was defective.. From the first view itself I found out is not a fresh product. The outside package was there but inside the pieces were kept without any packing.

        I purchased the product for an emergency reason. I eagerly waited for 2 days, I got a damaged product. The same day I have given return request. Each day I call customer care service and rescheduled retrun a disgusting customer service my return has been cancelled without discussing with me of the issue. Since morning i am calling customer care and trying to connect with TL. Advisors are disconnecting the call, this happened thrice with me and they don't even bother to inform their supervisor to call back. One lady called me from escalation team most probably as her voice was not audible as it cracking hence, requested her to call back she didn't. Not a single person bother to take a ownership for customers issue. Pathetic I am regretting why did my account is block without any consultations.
        I have purchased this product for someone and now customer care executive want his aadhar card how can give aadhar card of one month child because I have given a gift for her father in her birth. I have provided my adhar card many times but not resolve my problem.
        I have reached our 5+ customer care executive and talked with 2 escalation team members. No one gave me a proper solution. I got a common reply from all as per seller policy no option is there. Now I will receive the product only on feb 8th. The experience on purchasing the product was bitter and disappointing.

          Delaying the replacement for realme laptop

          Really had a horrible purchasing experience from both Realme and Flipkart. I ordered the Realme Book Slim from Flipkart on 18th of Jan, and it was on my father company’s name as he was going to use it. It took around 4 days to deliver it to the factory @Flipkart @realmeIndia 1/10
          and from there it took 5 days to our home on 27th of Jan. When I opened the product within 30 min of interaction with the device, I found out that the trackpad...

          Hello,
          I have query regarding cash on delivery for my pin code.which I had been ordered by COD only.i have already spoken with Flipkart customer persons, they said like I cancelled/ return more product.that is reason they have blocked my disable COD.
          I am a existing customer of flipkart.i have bought so many things but cancelled less product which was very cheap quality and size issue.there is clearly mentione that COD available for my pin code.once I came to payment mode then it is not taking same.do enquiry and please let me know the reason.they only disable my COD facility because other people who has belong my native place they can able to buy through COD.it has done by intentionally.

            I ordered a badminton racked Li Ning XP 70 IV on 24th January and the order was delivered on 28th Jan . The payment was done to the delivery partner via paytm (order id[protected]) to Mr Rajendra Kumar dhobi worth 479/-. On opening the product it was found damaged therefore a return request was made on the same day. The product was under 7 day return policy. Despite being delivered the status of order was not showing delivered on the Flipkart mobile application. After numerous attempts to return and request for updation of order status no progress was made. I have call recordings of Flipkart support staff assuring on matter but no progress made till date. On 8th Feb the order showed cancelled by the seller. Now again after multiple requests no progress has been made regarding the return and refund of the same.

              Sir,
              Flipkart blocked my account I.e. [protected] for a period i.e. 02/02/22 to 10/02/22.
              Due to which, I failed to clear my dues i.e. 999/- within due date i.e. 05/02/22. Bill generated 01/02/22.
              I have tried to contacted several times to flipkart customer care through call back and email by date i.e. 02/02/2022, 05/02/22, 07/02/22 and 11/02/22.
              But Instead of resolution, flipkart cheat me and leive extra charges I.e. Rs. 125.

              So kindly help me in this regard!

                I have tried to reach to Flipkart customer service through mails and calls but all they do is to cut the call. Only one associate told me she forwarded a written to the specialist team and to contact in the morning time as senior executive will be available. I order 3 items which turns out to be incompatible it's a tech product. When I ordered the items return window was available for 7 days but now the items has become non returnable both in order and product. My window should still be open as iam under my time. Even if the order was updated to non returnable category I should be able to get option as I placed the order before the update yet Flipkart don't wanna acknowledge.
                Reached to many associate via calls and they just put to hold and later cut the call.

                    I ordered a Wakefit Elara Engineered Wood Bedside Table on 16 Jan 2022 and as I didn’t want the product I refused the delivery and cancelled the order and requested a refund from Flipkart. The seller β€œWakefit” already cancelled and refunded the amount to Flipkart on 27 Jan 2022. I didn’t receive the refund after contacting several times to the customer support agent at Flipkart it was expected to be resolved on 9 Feb, but they didn’t do anything on my issue. They gave a new timeline and they extended it again and again without giving me a proper resolution. This is giving me hard times contacting with them and getting a resolution. No reply, no resolution, bad customer support, bad experience.

                      I ordered a Lenovo laptop with silver color and I received black with the dead condition. I lodge a return request they rejected my request and gave the Remark our courier partner confirmed the delivery of the right product delivered. But it was not delivered by OBD (Open Box Delivery), in this how can the courier confirm the item.

                          I got a call yesterday around 12:30pm, from somebody pretending to be a Flipkart delivery guy. He asked me for an OTP and changed my phone number to his, and now I don't have the access to my account. My account was linked with PAN card as I used Flipkart Pay Later and it still has a huge amount of credit left.

                          Please deactive my account and remove my Pay Later at the earliest. And cancel any orders that has been made within 24hrs.

                              I have ordered a mobile device on 27th January. Cancelled it on 28th January. order status is cancelled. But the item was already shipped by the time of cancellation.

                              The courier agent had delivered the product on 29th January.

                              Now, neither there is an option available for placing a return request nor an option to raise the refund request as the order status is cancelled.
                              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I am still waiting for the resolution of this issue.
                              Flipkart customer support is pathetic, Whoever I had spoken to till now had only tried to brush off the issue by simply raising an incident/escalation.

                                    I'm a college student, I was doing job as delivery executive in ekart with my cycle for 10days with the id named "Sunny Kumar Shaw", after 10 days i quit the job because it was affecting my study time and I wasn't able to manage further time. When quitting the office workers said I'll get my salary of 10days after 15days as their rules. Its about 16 days, I still didn't got my salary. Whenever I'm trying to contact them, they are not receiving my phone calls, harassing me mentally. I feel suicidal. Please help me
