I ordered redmi 7pro with exchange offer from flipkart on 30 th september . My old mobile model and imei no is also mentioned in the order. All the conditions fulfil as per flipkart policy for exchange.And only a little scratch there in the body of my old mobile, which shoukd be accepted by the flipkart with reduction of my exchange value. At the time of delivery the delivery agent come to my place and without checking my phone he refused to exchange the product and said previously he is loss by accepting exchanging products of some other customers. The delivery guy somehow want to reject it. When i told him whats the reason for rejection, he said scratch mark in the body. When I told him you can't reject my exchange maybe you can reduce my exchange vaue for the scratch in the body, as per flipkrt policy. After that i contract flipkart customer care, they said it will be resolved by 3 rd october, but on 2nd october they cancelled my order without resolving anything.I'm attached below pictures of my phone. I am very disappointed. I WANT TO KNOW IF THE DELIVERY MAN CAN REJECT MY ECXHANGE FOR SCRATCH IN THE BODY OF MY PHONE. Was this information helpful? |
