This is an extremely urgent request regarding my defective Realme P4 5G mobile, which I received from Flipkart on 3rd October 2025. The device had a charging defect from the time of delivery and was submitted to the Realme Service Centre, Jamshedpur for replacement on 4th October.
I have now received the DOA certificate from the service centre and have uploaded it on the Flipkart website as instructed. Despite this, there has been no confirmation or progress on the replacement.
I request you to treat this case as very, very urgent and initiate the replacement immediately. The replacement product must be delivered within 4-5 days (not beyond that), and I expect confirmation of the replacement and dispatch schedule by today or latest by tomorrow.
Please ensure this issue is resolved without any further delay, as the prolonged waiting period has already caused significant inconvenience.
