Product was delivered on 4nov 2019.
Installation date was given 7nov 2019.
But till now no action has been taken. I had informed flipkart executive s about the problem i had been facing what they did was just went on extending the dates.
If they don't want to install the product just let me know and take back the product.
I would go for another product. I don't want my time to be wasted due to there ignorance of duty.

As per as the telephonic conversation, request you to send the valid invoice copy of charges paid for missing accessory so that seller would be able to help you with the refund of amount paid in form of gift voucher.
