Led shipped from gati courier[protected] and delivery date was 14 10 2019 and i was received on 17 october. On 19oct, a person named vinod bansal came from jeeves for installation and demo. When he opened the led for installation, the entire panel of that led was cracked. He took his picture and forwarded his complaint on his behalf. Then he said that i have forwarded the complaint. Talk to the customer care at your end. And they will give you the new led provided. After that i called mi customer care and told them all my problems, they said that if you have booked through flipkart, then they will provide you the new led. After that, i called the customer care of flipkart and told them all their problems. They said that you should be assured that your complaint has been forwarded from here. You will get a solution as soon as possible and they gave me a date on the 23rd that a technician will come on this day and he will visit. But no one came that day, so i called customer care again and they gave me the next date on the 27th. Even if no one came that day, i called again, so they said you can rest assured that your led will pick up on 4th november. And by the 10th, you will be given a new led. But no one came to pick up even on the 4th, so i called him again today on the 5th, so he said that you can rest assured that your complaint has been forwarded. We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 08 nov, 3:00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
I have been very upset for a month, but i have not found any solution yet. These are being increased on every date and i cannot find any solution for this. Please i hope to exchange my id as soon as possible. Now the limit has been reached, now i have to find some other way, or i am going to register the complaint in the consumer court. I am very upset.. If you can't change led give me my money back. Either solve this problem as soon as possible
