    I ordered a furncentral study table from flipkart on 30th september and in one month time span also flipkart was unable to deliver the product to me. After then losing all hope of delivery, i cancelled the product on 1st nov and today is 9th nov and they have not provided me with the refund. I called customer care for refund they are saying like when the product will get back to the seller from that day onwards it may take upto 8 more buisness day for my money to get back to my account.
    There should be a fixed promise date for either delivery or refund. And one should stick to it and if couldnot provide some compensation to customers.

    In one month they couldn't deliver it to me lets say for another one month if they did not returned it back to seller then j have to waith for 1 more month and then 8 more days technically to get my money back.

    Does this sound anywhere professional.

      Hi flipkart,

      I'm s. Sai sharan has started playing games in flipkart, when the app was launched with video, ideas and new games just before bbd. I own a nubia red magic 3 gaming smartphone which has got some top notch software and hardware which also i bought from the flipkart recently. So, the flipkart games used to run much smoother and better on the bigger, better screen when compared to other mobiles of my family members in which the games used to run with some lag/delay. So, they started to play in my mobile with their own unique account. Yesterday (08/11/19) i and all my family's accounts were blocked from flipkart game zone. So, i think just because the game was played in the same device using multiple accounts of my family members, flipkart might have banned us. As far as i know this was a fair play and the reason is genuine, i would be very happy if flipkart unban the accounts from the flipkart game zone.

      This act by flipkart might be by their rules but the reason behind it is genuine. This has made me restless.

      I was very much happy with shopping and gaming with flipkart. We had won several rewards also. And for your information i'm a flipkart plus member and i had shopped recently in the sales worth around 1, 30, 000 (One lakh thirty thousand rupees) which you can check in my orders. I think flipkart doesn't want to lose a potential customer just because of some resolvable issues.

      Kindly help me in this issue and please get it resolved asap! Thank you.

          I have purchase sony multimedia speaker system model sa d40 from online selling site flipkart. I was ordered on 07 nov 19 and delivered on 09 nov 19 at 1257 hrs after unboxing i found the product is not working due any software problem and i lodged a return request at 1318hrs on flipkart. Flipkart company providing such product is worst and due to this my important time is lost and i have to gone through same process many times on online querry which again losted my priceless time. This item was not checked before delivered becuase if this item is broken i can understand but software problem makes sense of worst service by flipkart making fool to the customer and it waste my useful time... After return request the product will be going to replace to same on 13 nov 19 instead of refund.. I want refund for the product because service is like this how i believe that product how much long works. Replacement of the product is cancelled two times because i was asking for refund but comany has denied for refund... Pls resolve my issue..

              I have order a dell make i5 7000 laptop on 27th october 2019 on your website vide flipkart maha sale. Pay. Me 3. Tk/lap. Php. The vender is soumen stores order no[protected] and the payment through paytm vide 2019102411121381181683003093976 of rs.2199.
              But till date i have not received my item.
              Why after received the payment on date the materials is not delevered or the if not delevered, the amount was not credited to my account.
              Kindly rechecked and confirm the same at the earliest.

              My order no.is[protected] through Flipkart to Soumen Stores on 24th October 2019 for an amount of Rs.2199 paid by paytm. I can not understand why you can not find out my order. It is your duty when you are in such type of business where the customer is paying in advance but not receiving the item. One kind of cheating with the customers. If it is the fact and you are not going to solve my problem shortly I have to go for leading newspaper to publish this type of cheating by a company like flipkart.

                Hi i ordered a toshibha pendrive and it was expected to deliver on 11th october but i didn't received it.
                I received a call from delivery person that my order is miss placed and i will get a refund. But no refund was initiated and i called flipkart but the didn't took any action when i said i will file a complaint on 2 nd november then they took an initiative that they will resolve the issue till 6 but o cancelled the order and till date my money is with flipkart and the are not taking any action and i am not getting my money back nor the product.

                        I have ordered two tablemate total amount of package is rs.939/-
                        When i got the package nd opened it there was only one table mate was availabled in box. It’s was a combined package of both product delivery guy collect full amount rs. 939/-
                        When i complaint about this missing product. Customer care told me to return the product with in 2-3 days ur amount will be reflect.
                        Next day pickup guy came nd collect the product. Only one amount have been reflect in my bank account another product was declined. Again i called customer care they said return again. It’s came by combined package. But how they sent return separate. Now i don’t have any product available to return. How they will refund my money again. This is open fuard job by flipkart.
                        I’m not gonna leave this easily. It’s open cheats. They gonna repay for this. Whoever founder of flipkart binny bansal, sachin bansal ceo of flipkart kalyan

                          I have an approved affiliate commision around rs.3500 in my account from more than last 2 months. Now, there is total rs.7020 approved affiliate commission in my account. I have also verified my pan and address proof. I have selected gift voucher as payment mode.in this mode, threshold amount is rs.2500 and as per flipkart rules, approved commission is paid within 60 days of valid product delivery. So, i should get paid yet. I have also write to flipkart many times on their mail ([protected]@flipkart.com
                          ) but they have not responded to that. Plese, check the matter and solve it as soon as possible. If, i have to take any step, inform me as well.

                            Hello Recently,

                            I had purchased Flipkart voucher from added around 1k later i was not able to use my account and my amount was held within in since i was not able to login.

                            later when I contacted Flipkart they say this :

                            We tried to get in touch with you on 78XXXXXX to discuss the issue about your Gift Card details (Gift Card No: {6000XXXXXXX}) on Flipkart account but could not reach you.

                            We see that this Gift Card was not purchased using your email address [protected]@gmail.com. Please contact the original buyer of this Gift Card so they can help you out with refund of the Gift Card.

                            later When i contacted the original buyer they say the following

                            Hi M,

                            Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, please note, since the voucher was successfully applied on your last order however the Flipkart account is blocked by Flipkart
                            Hence we suggest you confirm the same with the Flipkart.
                            We personally thank you for your patience and cooperation.

                                I know that you people reserve the right! But there was no intention to fraud to avail benefits. You can even notice from the account history. Those were two separate accounts with separate multiple orders. Therefore, I request you to kindly unblock our gamezone, if not, please forward my complaint to some higher authority and if not, please tell me that when will my game zone be unblocked!

                                  With deep regret i would like to state that three items were placed for order on 01.11.19 vide order no. Od[protected] scheduled for delivery one of three order on 05 the november and remaining two orders on 07.11.19, in my office address at 21 a sadananda road, kol 26, but the same is not delivered and surprisingly it is observed just now that the same is cancelled. Full amount was paid on the date of placing the order on 01.11.19. I feel such defrauding activities should be immediately arrested and such concerns should be banned. Please note that the order were placed for gifting someone. Such type of activities from flipkart cancelling my order as per their whims, has hampered my prestige and status. Please also note that from 05 november to till date i had a talk with their customer care four times through toll free no. [protected] and in every occasion, they promised for delivery by sending my complain to their higher authorities, but yielded negative result.
                                  Please arrange to make discreet inquiry for the same so that no customer suffers such painful situation.

                                    Actually, my flipkart account has been blocked by flipkart without any reason and also ordered a phone in that account which is not delivered yet and also their delivery date was already been passed so i talked with executive and he said to me your phone is delivered by today and after sometime of this conversation, my account is blocked.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I ordered a phone last month on 16th October which was initially suppose to deliver on 24th Oct and later date was changed to 31st October but I still haven't receive the product .I called customer service multiple times for an update but everytime I get the robotic answer that team will get back to you in 24-48 hours and I am getting the same answer since last 10 days . I don't have any update where is my product and when it will be delivered. It was a prepaid order these is how you treat customer . App page is still showing delivery date as 31st October which is not updated as well . I am not sure if you are delivering from different planet or what so it is taking so much time and most funny thing is ur team is not able to get a update on this . Please take this request seriously otherwise I will have no option then going to consumer court and file a complaint about it . Below is my order Id and registered id-

                                        I'm purchasing for my family requirements but Flipkart thinks that I am buying to resell this. What is this ?? can't i buy for anyone infact i also need many things for me and for friends and thus collect supercoins though. What is my condition after so much supercoins collection you can just imagine. Few coins away from purchasing a gift card worth 3000 .### very bad service. At least they should alert us about something wrong happening. Very very bad.
