Flipkart — fake get invoice with macbook air 2019 | |
I had ordered a macbook air 2019 on 28/9/2019 from the said seller on flipkart. The serial number mentioned on the invoice and the product which was delivered on 30/8/19 is totally different.in fact, the serial number of the product as mentioned on the invoice is totally fake and it doesn't exist. Probably the same fake bills are being used to pass on various apple products to unsuspecting individuals. This not only voids my warranty but also helps the seller to evade gst. I'm attaching the product detail and the invoice. Flipkart agreed for a replacement but till date, on 11/9/2019 i have not received the replacement.in fact, the return request was automatically cancelled by flipkart once. Flipkart has left me disappointed and repeated talks to their customer care have not helped a bit.

Sep 15, 2019 Updated by Nripen Gaur Update: today as on 15 September, I'm my concern regarding the product is not resolved. I'm left with a costly machine which has no warranty due to the fake GST bill. All I have got from flipkart is assurances. Truly disappointing, this makes flipkart equivalent as grey market. At least in grey market you'd pay a fraction of price for product. 15 days is enough time for any responsible company to adress the concerns of their customers. In fact the repacement product which they refused to deliver to me also had a fake serial number ...I'm attaching the snapshot of the invoice. The serial number can be verified to be fake on apple website. This appears to be a big scam running under Flipkart's nose. It's their audacity to just a p ahead of the model number and project it as a serial number of product. Any layman would also understand what's cooking in here!!!  | |

Update :Today as on 15 September no resolution from flipkart side, only fake assurances.15 days is a good amount of time for any responsible company to adress their customers concerns. Truly disappointing!
